"Pros The restaurant was very good The pool is beautiful. Lots of loungers. Kept very clean. Clean room Good air conditioning Service was great. Cons - The apartment (the cube style ones) are in the middle of a waste ground. It’s very difficult to get to the pool with a pram as there are no paths- just loose stones. You’d struggle if you didn’t walk well. Our view was weeds, toilets and a JCB tractor. - the apartment furniture was cheap MDF. Bed was pretty uncomfortable. - we were charged 6euro for a 250ml cup of lager. It seemed excessive. - finding the hotel was a nightmare. The location on Apple Maps is away from the hotel and there are no lit signage for evenings. You would really struggle to find it unless you look during the day. Do not use Apple Maps location! We ended up down some one track roads, scratching the car, and we definitely weren’t the first for it to happen to from the reaction of the hotel reception, or the walls down the track! If you stayed at the hotel I’d recommend you use one of the villas and not the cube apartments, as that was our main issue. They seemed unfinished. And organise your directions/ print them off if you’re arriving at night!"

"We zijn ervaren reizigers, die het verschil tussen gemiddelde en uitzonderlijke kennen. De eigenaar/exploitant ging uit en hielp, met suggesties voor het bezoeken, eten en een gedetailleerde uitleg van de geschiedenis van zijn historische huis en zijn olijfoliebedrijf. Alesio is zo dicht bij Gallipoli, gemakkelijk toegankelijk met de auto. Parkeerplaatsen zijn beschikbaar. Maar om te proberen de accommodatie te verklaren zou het niet gerechtigheid geven. Het is wow! Een oude olijfolieproducerende gebouw veranderde in een b&b, met alle antiques rondgesplitst. De eigenaar is trots (en ik begrijp waarom) op hoe hij alle originele vloeren deuren en meubilair heeft gehouden. Het ontbijt is uitstaand met verse gerechten en vruchten. Dus vergeet niet op deze uitzonderlijke accommodatie."

"Gewoon check in om te begrijpen dat het is als om thuis te zijn. Gefeliciteerd met de houder Vincenzo en de twee vriendelijke meisjes. Reiniging, ruime kamers, maar vooral top ontbijt. Elke morgen snoep en zout samen, gebakken, primaire met schilderijen, groene en zwarte olijfpasta, vuil en salatine brood met tomaten en olijfolie. "I spent 3 nights at this accommodation and we enjoyed it. The outdoor space was just beautiful and well kept, with a very nice swimming pool and lots of space filled with nature and very well maintained. The rooms were very clean and spacious, which we also enjoyed, and the location was very good. Regarding breakfast, it was not as complete and delicious as I had expected it to be, and I was disappointed. For instance, the bread was not very good and didn’t feel like it was fresh, and there was no fresh juices or anything. Additionally, I was disappointed that towels for the pool and beach were not made available. However, all in all, we had a pleasant stay, but we expected more for the price paid."
