"Pros The restaurant was very good The pool is beautiful. Lots of loungers. Kept very clean. Clean room Good air conditioning Service was great. Cons - The apartment (the cube style ones) are in the middle of a waste ground. It’s very difficult to get to the pool with a pram as there are no paths- just loose stones. You’d struggle if you didn’t walk well. Our view was weeds, toilets and a JCB tractor. - the apartment furniture was cheap MDF. Bed was pretty uncomfortable. - we were charged 6euro for a 250ml cup of lager. It seemed excessive. - finding the hotel was a nightmare. The location on Apple Maps is away from the hotel and there are no lit signage for evenings. You would really struggle to find it unless you look during the day. Do not use Apple Maps location! We ended up down some one track roads, scratching the car, and we definitely weren’t the first for it to happen to from the reaction of the hotel reception, or the walls down the track! If you stayed at the hotel I’d recommend you use one of the villas and not the cube apartments, as that was our main issue. They seemed unfinished. And organise your directions/ print them off if you’re arriving at night!"

"Let me start with the positives. Masseria Tenuta Mosé is an incredibly beautiful location. An old country house that has been completely renovated. Everything exudes class and charm. It is, therefore, not cheap. We paid €325 per night and stayed for 4 nights. For a service job, you are entitled to expect something. Unfortunately, not everything met expectations. - Although it was reasonably quiet in the hotel, we were given a room in an annex. A bit of a walk (dark in the evening). - The air conditioning didn't work the first night. After some complaining, that was fixed. - There was no shower head. - There was no coffee maker in the room. - We did not receive clean towels twice. We used the same towels for three days. - No towels at the pool. We had to go get them ourselves. - No seats on the chairs on the terrace by the room. - No new toilet paper twice. - No staff at the pool bar. These are all minor issues, but for the amount we paid, they are quite a lot. The restaurant is a bit stiff. Nice service, but very formal (dressed in black tailcoats). The menu was also uninspiring. The food was okay, but not great. Positive: As mentioned, an incredibly beautiful location. Breakfast is super. Beautiful pool and garden. I think it would be a beautiful wedding venue. Not something we would repeat."

"Het was een prachtige ervaring om in dit prachtige Italiaanse paleis te blijven. Toen we aankwamen, liet Salvatore ons helemaal thuis voelen. Hij was ongelooflijk vriendelijk en altijd bereid om te helpen. De kamer was charmant en smaakvol versierd, en de atmosfeer in het hele huis voelde zich rustig en echt. Het ontbijt was een echte behandeling, met heerlijke huishoudelijke pasta bereid met zoveel zorg. We hadden niet kunnen vragen om een betere gastheer of een minder gedenkwaardig verblijf."

"Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely perfect! Nestled within a beautiful olive grove, the property truly felt like stepping into a luxurious paradise from the moment we arrived. The private, enclosed area provides a sense of seclusion and tranquility that is hard to find elsewhere. The accommodation itself was impeccable, and having our own terrace was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing. The pool was a delightful addition, offering a refreshing escape. Breakfast each morning was outstanding, featuring a wonderful selection of homemade products that truly enhanced the experience. Last but certainly not least, our host, Sarah, was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning to this amazing place!"
