"The hotel looked good but when you got inside you felt warm, there is a window, we try to open it, we couldn’t. We thought maybe the temperature would drop down and there are two fans beside.   In fact, I was wrong when we tried to sleep the temperature still very high even use two fans ,it didn’t work because the fan didn’t work well and the hot air always inside (the window couldn’t open). We sweated all the night and couldn’t sleep. I wonder how can be because outside the temperature was 14 degrees and inside the room felt more 28 -30 degrees (the heater was off). We were very disappointed, we liked the room but the strange temperature ruined our stay."

Aberystwyth

"Great location. Lovely and clean. Have stayed here multiple times (8+). This occasion was very poor! Rude staff. 2.5 hour wait for dinner (we went at 6pm when it opened). Fridge broken in plus room and they knew as they said the couple before us were happy with a box of ice as an alternative. Paid for early check in and was told they have to check if the room is ready (at 1pm instead of 11, well what did we pay for early check in for if not ready?)"

"I went here unplanned to stay for one night and it was so good I stayed for 2 weeks. The staff and locales are like a family and more than happy to welcome newcomers to the fold. The rooms and food are fantastic and very reasonably priced, the location is also perfect with everything on the doorstep if you do feel like venturing out. I'm very much looking forward to my next visit."

"Our child was participating in the Urdd finals across the road. This was an ideal location. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was great."

"Superb location..But the state of carpets,decor and windows was really not good. I wouldn't walk on the carpet without socks and wore shoes most of the time. Bed was great and so was the shower."
