Hot Springs hotels in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan

The buffet, public bath area, room, staff and etc. are all perfect!!! Especially the game center, swimming pool and the musical performance at the night. You can simply spend a few days in the resort! It is close to the attractions so the place is perfect!

De kamer heeft een Japanse sfeer. De kamer is schoon en ruim. Het WiFi-signaal werkt. Er is een onsen waar je in kunt badderen. Het personeel is goed. Ze spreken geen Engels, maar willen graag helpen. Er zijn geen restaurants in de buurt, dus u zult naar de 7-Eleven moeten gaan, die op ongeveer 400 meter van het hotel ligt.

The facility is more likely an apartment . A big space for family traveler- We are family of 4. Our rooms have a onsen bath which is very good. Room was equipped with all necessary cookware. It is good for preparing breakfast.Also very clean! Location is good in case of travelling by car otherwise it’s quite far from Nikko train station. 1 minute walk to 7-11 and 5 minutes drive to big supermarket where you can find everything. Check in process is OK and convenient but you have to read instructions email very carefully, hotel will sent to guest 1 day! prior to check in date.

Nikko Station hotel Classic located at a strategic location:-👍 (a) opposite its hotel ( cross the zebra crossing) is the entrance of JR Nikko Station 🚉 ( JR Nikko line 💚) -5-8mins walk (2) clean n neat modern Japanese bed with rather big bathroom (3) morning breakfast is at level one with 24hrs coffee n tea vending machine besides for hotel guests . Hotel guests can enjoy their slow slipping of coffee ☕️ n private chats at private area besides. (4) hotel breakfast is simple but its sufficient for both of us. We simply love to enjoy a big warm bowl of curry rice with hard boiled eggs 🥚 🥚 n some bread 🍞 n toasts. (5) Simply falls in love with its Sukura restaurant its Tempura Don. very delicious 😋👍 although its small . (6) Hotel is conveniently located along a long stretch of shopping streets with another Railway station ( Tohoku station 🚉) nearby. (7) Hotel is very near to Local bus-stop , local buses ,tourist heritage buses n stations.

ラウンジがあることを知らずに行ったのですが、 お酒もお菓子も充実していて、 清潔感＆高級感もあり、クリスマスツリーもあって、 とってもリラックスして友人とおしゃべりを楽しむことができました！ 館内は全て清潔で、文句なしです！ お風呂も綺麗で広くて、2時間くらい露天風呂を楽しんじゃいました😆🫶🏻 お風呂上がりのドリンクも美味しいです。 とーっても贅沢に時間の流れるホテルでした。 山の景色も美しいです。 ありがとうございました❤️

Great traditional-yet-luxurious ryokan near the UNESCO temples of Nikko.  The room was amazing: it had a private hot tub, tatami mats,  a massage chair, and even binoculars.  Dinner was a delight, a classical tasting menu full of surprises.  My only complaints are about the shuttle system.  Hotel is extremely inflexible in how and when you can get a ride to and from the sites and train station: other than a couple of fixed time slots, they make you either walk or take a taxi.  Expected a bit more in this regard.  They also very much rushed me out the door in the morning which went counter to the relaxing experience I’d had.  Other than this, easy to recommend.

This ryokan was a lovely stay in Nikko. The location was the #1 feature as it is 5-10 minutes away from the popular Toshugu Shrine attraction. The breakfast and dinner meals were some of, if not the best meals that I had during my 2.5 weeks in Japan. And the service was super attentive and there are many English speaking immigrant staff. I never encountered overcrowded public onsen during my 3 day visit. I would totally stay here again for future trips to central Nikko.

Was a little far from the center of Nikko and traffic started backing up all the way to this hotel. Good thing is we rented bikes and rode into town thus bypassing all the traffic. The onsen was ok and the rooms were ok too.

De locatie van het hotel is onverslaanbaar, u kunt op loopafstand naar twee heiligdommen en een tempel gaan. Er rijdt een gratis bus naar Ninja Village voor de deur. Het personeel bij de receptie informeerde ons enthousiast en zorgvuldig over de vervoerswijzen naar Huayan Falls, en het hotel beschikt ook over een shuttlebus. Super aanbevolen.

Dit was mijn eerste bezoek aan deze plek! De sterrenhemel 's nachts was werkelijk prachtig. Omdat ik die avond erg laat aankwam, ontdekte ik bij het bevestigen van mijn reservering dat ik een eenpersoonskamer had geboekt. De manager heeft ons echter gratis een upgrade gegeven naar een Japanse familiekamer (waar we erg dankbaar voor waren). Ik heb erg genoten van de nacht. De openlucht warmwaterbron was geweldig (het kost extra, maar is niet duur en zeker de moeite waard). Het is absoluut een bezoek waard! Het enige nadeel is dat je er een stukje voor moet rijden. Na die dag zijn we naar het Nikko Toshogu-heiligdom gegaan. De weg ernaartoe was prachtig, met een geweldig uitzicht! ^^ Waar ik het meest spijt van had, was dat ik niet in het hotel had ontbeten. Misschien kan iemand die hier komt het eens proberen.
