Great staffing with great service.
Able to catch multiple free shuttles from/to Wado-Kuroya station. I just have to make a free call through the Trip.com app to contact the hotel, although the staff speaks little English, we were able to communicate using google translate, make sure to use simple language to make it easier for everyone if you are only English speaking.
Train at this station is not frequent so best to plan ahead.
Only to improve on is i wish we have bigger room for 4 people with the price we were paying. But overall it’s a nice traditional Japanese Ryokan.
Great location in the middle of the main warehouse district and accessible by bus from the nearest train stations.
Cozy room, clean and modern design and facilities.
Shared bathrooms are also clean and well maintained.
Food court on the first floor provided a quick and easy breakfast.
Easily my favourite hotel at all time
Bang for your bucks
Really clean hotel
Basically close to brand-new
The hotel staff are really polite
The welcome Drink is really delicious.
The public Bath onsen is really relaxing
The quality is basically the same as those paid path house outside
I will definitely come again
Although the location isn’t too close to the main train station, but it’s a close walk for around 15 minutes.
Booked this hotel for overnite stay while on the way to Nikko. The are is quiet at night time. The room is just a standard Japan hotel room, though size is bigger compared to those in Tokyo downtown area. The hotel spa (or onsen) is actually few mins walk away (and need to go up to footbridge to cross the road). We drove to the spa mainly because there is a restaurant that we could have dinner. As we arrived late, we didn't try the onsen there. The spa looks good and staff there is very nice.
Came here by accident, staff was nice, it was clean, you can definitely stay here. Room is a bit small like everywhere around Tokyo

GGuest UserHighly recommend!
We had 2 rooms, one with a private bath, the other was the special room on the 6th floor. The special room appeared to have the original materials and fixtures, which we appreciate. Everything was maintained very well. If I could suggest one thing, it would be having the carpet replaced in the room, as well as in the public spaces.
Breakfast had a good variety of western and Japanese foods. The fixed course dinner was exceptional, from the presentation to the taste.
One memorable experience for us was the table tennis. Our whole family had such a good time!
Last but not least, the service was top-notch. From the moment we stepped in the hotel, Kitabori was there to welcome us and ensured that we had everything we needed. His professionalism and attention to details truly enhanced our stay! We would definitely stay there again.
嵐嵐月ちゃんWe used our navigation system, but as the road is heavily traveled by trucks, the entrance can be difficult to see behind a large vehicle, so it may be difficult for first-time visitors to find. In fact, we ended up driving right past it. Since we had contacted them in advance, my mother, who has trouble walking, was able to borrow a wheelchair straight away. For dinner, we enjoyed a leisurely meal made with local ingredients in a private room. It was delicious. The inn staff were all very kind.
The large public bath is closed during cleaning hours and cannot be used late at night (11pm-12am). However, our room had an open-air bath, so we were able to bathe whenever we wanted.
I've been to many hot springs, but the soft, comfortable feeling when I soak in the water is what makes Chichibu's hot springs my favorite.

XXiangrikuishangdehongmayiI stayed at this hotel for two weeks. Although the room was a bit small, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The front desk staff were very helpful and even used translation software to answer guests' questions. The hotel offers complimentary coffee and facial masks. The hot spring is open from 3 PM to midnight. Breakfast includes curry rice, grilled fish, tamagoyaki, and juice, among other options, all of which are well-balanced and tasty.
GGuest UserThis hotel offers great value for money for business trips to Kawaguchi. There's also a hot spring on the first floor that you can use during specified hours. The rooms, like most Japanese hotels, are small but have everything you need. The only quirky thing was that there was no charging outlet by the bed. The only place to charge anything in the whole room was under the desk, across from the bed. I found that a bit odd.
GGuest UserSmall and exquisite. Although the room is small, it is very meticulous and thoughtful
Breakfast options are also very good. The waiter is very welcoming
There is a big supermarket and subway station next to it
You can't wear your own shoes in the hotel, which is also a Japanese feature
Too many tourists have come to Japan recently. Booked late, there is a smoking room. This is my problem. Fortunately, it’s not cold, you can open the window to sleep.
Staying at the hotel can also soak in hot springs, Japanese characteristics
AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff, service and amenities were all pretty good. However, the room was not very clean. There was a drink from the previous guest in the fridge and the toilet paper hadn't been replaced, so I only had one roll. I don't think it's good just because there was a roll...
I definitely don't think I'd stay here again!
GGAHEEYUFriendly staff. Clean interior
Even though I was a foreigner, there was no inconvenience at all
It was winter, but it wasn't cold.
One room is a shared toilet
The shower is in the bath.
You must eat here.
Thank you for making your first hot spring in Japan a good memory
I'll go again.
Mmayarmy1998The hotel is very chic, the accommodation is good, this warehouse-style building is a bit uncomfortable. Chichibu is a particularly charming town, will come later, the Japanese return next to the station ♨️ is very good
