From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to every detail with genuine hospitality. The highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the exquisite onsen bath house. Nestled amidst serene surroundings, the onsen offered the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. "Ik verbleef er twee nachten. We hadden verschillende kamertypes: eerst de eerste kamer op elke verdieping (de grootste), daarna kamer 508 (de middelste kamer). Het voelde als een achteruitgang ten opzichte van de eerste, en er lag veel stof op de planken. ㅜㅜ Verder was het geweldig. De locatie is niet ideaal, maar het uitzicht vanuit het hotel is mooi. Het ontbijt was beide dagen vrijwel hetzelfde, en het diner was de ene dag Italiaans en de volgende dag Japans. Het was heerlijk. Uitstekend."

"Hotel is old. Hotel floor corridors are dim. Fulton are too thin. It is the first onsen hotel did not supply body location in the public bath. Room amenities such as facial products, utensils, coffee are not place in the lobby. They are in the front office counter drawer. You have to ask to get it. But there are special shops inside the hotel. That is amazing. Free welcome green tea for each guest. Morning 9:00-10:00 public bath stop operate for cleaning."

"My stay at Ureshino Onsen Yoshidaya Uchiroji Hondori (also known as Yadoya Uchiroji Hondori) was a tale of two extremes in the charming hot spring town of Ureshino, Saga Prefecture. The hotel was modern Japanese-style with smart check-in system. The twin room was spacious, impeccably clean, and exude serene comfort, making it a perfect retreat. The private onsen facilities truly shine— It was a free slot with 40 mins, which could be booked once via QR Code at the room. Ureshino's famous sodium-rich hot springs, renowned as one of Japan's top three for beautifying the skin, deliver silky-smooth water that leaves you feeling rejuvenated. However, the meal plan was a major letdown. I sent an email to the hotel to confirm my booking and stated I did not eat beef before. The customer service replied I had to pay extra per person in order to change the meat option. For over JPY 38,000 per night including breakfast and dinner, we anticipated premium kaiseki cuisine or traditional served Japanese dinner set. Instead, only a bento box with cold salad and an underwhelming beef and egg pie that felt mismatched for the price. Tragically, my husband experienced vomiting shortly after, likely food-related, which overshadowed our trip. And the breakfast was also disappointing, which was only cold sandwiches with a cup of tea or milk. Thus, I strongly recommend the hotel clearly states the exact contents of dinner and breakfast plans on booking sites—including detailed menus or photos—and offers flexible options, such as plan changes or alternatives, if guests fall ill from the food. This transparency and adaptability would greatly enhance the experience and prevent frustration."

"일본 분위기가 물씬 풍기는 호텔 입구가 마음에 들었습니다. 주차장이 건물 옆이 아니라 길 건너에 있으니 렌트카 빌리신 분들은 참고하세요. 비즈니스 호텔에 묵은 후에 이리후네소에 갔는데, 다다미 방이 넓어 좋았습니다. 벽지가 쭈글하다는 후기가 있어 걱정했는데, 도배가 새로 되었는지 깔끔했습니다. 가구가 낡았지만 그것 또한 오래된 호텔의 역사라고 생각하니 분위기 있다고 느껴지네요~ 어메니티와 수건, 유카타는 모두 셀프로 가지고 갈 수 있고, 일본 전통 쪼리(?)는 방에 있습니다. 무엇보다 좋았던 것은 온천과 조식이었습니다. 온천물이 미끈미끈하고 온도가 적당했습니다. 온천 후에 피부가 매끈매끈해진 것이 느껴지네요, 작지만 노천탕도 있어요. 조식은 작은 화로가 있어서 돼지고기가 들어간 두부탕과 작은 생선을 익혀먹었습니다. 생선이 너무 맛있었고, 영어는 안 통하지만 먹는 방법을 일본어로 열심히 설명해 주십니다. 날계란을 밥에 풀어 소스에 섞어 먹으라는데, 전 날달걀을 좋아하지 않는다고 하니 온천두부에 익혀먹어도 된다고 하네요. 일본 분위기에 물씬 취한 하룻밤이었습니다."
