Dining & Leisure · Varied Breakfast: A rich selection that ensures a satisfying start to the day. · Onsen Facilities: The hotel offers hot spring services (not experienced this time). ⛄ Travel Experience · Thanks to the hotel's prime location, we easily visited Ōdori Park's Christmas tree and enjoyed playing in the snow. · The nearby underground shopping arcade made for a compact and fulfilling shopping and sightseeing itinerary. Overall, its good for us, and definitely will come back.

Have to say it’s a nice and beautiful hotel. Did not try to use the Onsen as I have a full back tattoo. They do offer some sticker patches for 250Yen but that is if your have small tattoo.  We checked in late around 8pm. We asked counter if they could arrange breakfast the next morning. They replied it’s full. When asked if the same reception if she can arranged dinner. Again she said it’s full. But when I walk over and ask the restaurant directly. They invited me in. Not a very good service coming from the reception lady who just said no without checking.  So unless you like Onsen. You can opt for other hotel.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The location is very convenient, with a tram stop and a convenience store just nearby. Getting around is easy, and they even provide a free shuttle to Sapporo Station, which was a lifesaver, dragging suitcases in the snow is no fun at all. It’s also super easy to get to the airport, as the airport limousine stop is right in front of the hotel. Overall, a superb choice for anyone visiting Sapporo!

Low-key loved this hotel! The location is super convenient—literally right next to JR Hakodate Station, so getting around the city and visiting the main attractions is really easy. The staff were super nice and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. The room was clean and comfy. There’s also an onsen and sauna, which was perfect to chill in after a long day of walking around. You can also grab free amenities in the lobby, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was honestly so good and unlimited. There were fresh sashimi, salad, fried chicken, fish, pancakes, croissants, and the super tasty Hokkaido milk ice cream. And a lot more—just look at the photos! Overall, great vibe, great stay. Would totally come back again. 🫶

I was impressed with everything from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed—it truly felt like staying in a private apartment. It was very comfortable and convenient. My favorite part was definitely the onsen. It was very large and offered several different baths to choose from. The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. What made it even better was that it was open all night until morning, so I could enjoy it anytime I wanted. It was such a wonderful experience, and I would definitely love to stay here again💛

De kamer was fantastisch, met direct uitzicht op de bergen en het meer. De warmwaterbronnen waren erg comfortabel en het buitenzwembad was bijzonder adembenemend. We waren een beetje teleurgesteld dat we de zonsopgang of zonsondergang niet konden zien vanwege de zware bewolking op beide dagen dat we er waren, maar badderen in het zwembad terwijl we uitkeken over het prachtige meer en de wolken was een geweldige ervaring. Het inbegrepen ontbijt en diner waren ongelooflijk royaal; slechts twee maaltijden per dag was genoeg, hahaha. Er is een gratis pendelbus in de buurt van de televisietoren van Sapporo, maar reserveren is vereist.

Location was excellent. 5mins walk fr station. Surrounded with shops, restaurants, convenient stores and the morning market is just 3 mins walk away. Can see the harbour n mountains fr hotel room. Beautiful place. Hotel staffs friendly n helpful to my enquiries. Lots of seafood places to eat.

Location is good. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is superb with lots of seafood selection. The onsen is on the top floor with a beautiful view.

It made getting around incredibly easy and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were wonderful: clean, well-maintained, and pleasantly quiet. The water was at the perfect temperature, and soaking in the onsen provided the ultimate relaxation after a day of sightseeing. My room was spotless and comfortable, with fresh linens, modern amenities, and good soundproofing for a peaceful night’s sleep. Housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay. The staff stood out for their politeness and attentiveness—everyone from reception to the concierge was friendly, professional, and quick to assist with a genuine smile. Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of prime location, soothing onsen, clean rooms, and warm service. Perfect for anyone seeking comfort and convenience in the city. Highly recommended!

Het was mijn eerste keer dat ik in een hotel in Sapporo verbleef. De kamer was al behoorlijk krap, dus ik koos voor een rookkamer. Het rook een beetje, maar het was nog steeds erg schoon. De kamer was vrij groot en de locatie was goed. Nakajima Het ligt op 5 minuten van station Koen, op 30 minuten lopen van station Sapporo en op 15 minuten van Tanukikoji. Het is nog steeds erg handig. Er zijn 3 ontbijtrestaurants om uit te kiezen, die voornamelijk buffetten zijn, met keuze uit westerse en Japanse gerechten. Er zijn ook veel goede restaurants rondom het hotel.
