It is located in a hot spring resort, although the scenery is good, but it is an old building. The elevator also needs to be pushed open by hand, and there is a bed next to the room. Breakfast is a continental breakfast with lots of bread, vegetables and cheese.

Hotel ubicato vicinissimo al centro della città. Camera e bagno spaziosi, puliti e in ottime condizioni. Ho dormito benissimo il materasso ha assicurato un ottimo riposo. Colazione dolce e salata ben assortita a buffet. Ristorante con scelta di primo e secondo con carne pesce e vegana. La zona termale è ben tenuta, per i trattamenti consiglio la Signora Tiziana che è molto professionale e attenta al cliente. Se venite in auto c’è il parcheggio.il profumo al caramello troppo dolce del sapone liquido è l’unica nota negativa che mi sento di fare ( questo comunque è soggettivo ).Ci tornerò di sicuro anche perché ho potuto usufruire del late check out. Grazie per la bella vacanza!

Ранее в этом замечательном отеле мы бывали неоднократно. Практически невозможно, но на наш взгляд отель стал еще лучше. Сервис качественный и незаметный, еда очень вкусная, бассейны несколько изменили - отделали мрамором и немного понизили температуру в основном бассейне, что положительно сказалось на возможности в меру продолжительных заплывов. На рецепции русскоговорящие девушки, Александра и Татьяна всегда помогут с решением любых вопросов. Главное, конечно, абсолютно спокойная, умиротворяющая атмосфера отеля, спокойствие и дружелюбие в роскошных интерьерах и номерах. Но есть и нюансы, например, достаточно высокая лояльность (возможно, излишняя) отеля к курению. Также, несмотря на декларирование политики ”только для взрослых” дети в этот раз все-таки были. впрочем, никого не беспокоили. Наш вердикт очевидный - если Абано-Терме, то отель Гранд Абано.

Abbiamo cenato una sola sera ma quello che abbiamo mangiato era semplice e buono. La colazione aveva le solite cose, spero sempre di trovare qualche dolce tipico del posto ma alla fine c'è il tradizionale cornetto, ciambella della nonna etc. Non amo il cappuccino alla macchinetta, ne prendo già troppi in ufficio, quindi speravo di trovare un cappuccino fatto a mano invece due macchinette. Forse bisognerebbe modificare la locazione del self service perché c'è poco spazio per muoversi e si rischia di versare il prodotto a terra.
Le cameriere gentilissime. Mio figlio ha apprezzato la stanza quindi torneremo.

Albergo bello,colazione perfetta....servizi a pagamento molto cari comunque, pesonale addetto alla colazione inadeguato per il tipo di hotel, così come i fiori di plastica in tavola in un quattro stelle non si possono vedere!! Dotazione del bagno priva di accessori a parte sapone nei dispenser

Appena arrivati abbiamo dovuto cambiare la camera per due volte perché diverse cose non andavano, poi per non cambiare in continuazione essendo stanchi, abbiamo accettato la terza camera e siamo rimasti lì nonostante tutte cose che non andavano come: tapparella rotta non andava giù, l'acqua non scorreva bene nel lavabo e hanno dovuto sturarla per scorrere bene, il sopra cerchio del water si muoveva tutto, l'asciuga capelli non funzionava, hanno dovuto togliere una la lampadina sopra lo specchio perché il filo elettrico era fuori, quindi anche pericoloso perché c'era la doccia vicina. Poi cerano lavori in corso e parcheggi stretti. La SPA non è niente di speciale. l personale non era poi tanto gentile e accogliente come dovrebbe essere. Colazione scarsa molto scasa. La struttura è tutta da rinnovare e il prezzo non corrisponde a quello che si dovrebbe ricevere. Peccato che non ho fatto delle foto per dimostrarvi la visione delle cose, ho imparato per la prossima volta.
Tutto nell'insieme siamo rimasti molto delusi e non ci torneremo più a dare tutto quel denaro a un Hotel di 4 stelle che non brillano.
Se non ci credete, fate voi stessi un controllo per i vostri sostenitori o clienti e verificate se le cose stanno effettivamente così, ma in questo periodo.

Uitstekende structuur. Zeer goede kwaliteit eten, mooi gepresenteerd.
Zeer vriendelijke en professionele ontvangst
De enige opmerking is dat voor een verblijf in het zwembad/SPA-gebied na 13.00 uur op de dag van vertrek een toeslag wordt gevraagd en of u na een uur of later vertrekt, het bedrag hetzelfde is.
Andere soortgelijke structuren vragen dit bedrag niet, maar zijn niet zo streng op de uitstaptijden. Ik begrijp dat wanneer er veel mensen zijn (gerechtvaardigd), dit niet het geval lijkt te zijn wanneer er 10-15 mensen in het zwembad/saunagedeelte zijn.

AAlexei KA great hotel with relaxed rest. Large spacious rooms. They are already a little bit out of the way, but still in good condition. Comfortable bed. Beautiful breakfasts and excellent spa zone. Responsible staff. We enjoyed very much accommodation. The only minus is that there is no place to go for a walk. But if the hotel's holiday goal is not necessary )

虫虫虫LucMarilyn Red Hotel, where Mari has lived! Although the room is not as big as the picture, it is a very refined hotel. Just next to the Verona Round Theatre, in the heart of the scenic area, basically walking to all the attractions, time can be controlled within half an hour! The luxury street next door is enough for a whole day. The Michelin recommended restaurant downstairs, the price is also reasonable, the train station is also 15 minutes walk, no need to worry about the location of the hotel. It was just that the bar on the rooftop had a private banquet that day, but I couldn’t experience it, but it felt great at night!

The structure is all to be renovated and the price does not match what you should receive. Sorry I did not take pictures to show you the vision of things, I learned for the next time.
All of us were very disappointed and we will no longer return to give all that money to a 4-star hotel that doesn't shine.

Personale gentile e disponibile.Cibo di buona qualita' in parte a buffet e in parte à la carte con menu fisso e portate a scelta.Camere ristrutturate essenziali ma dotate di tutto il necessario.Piscine con acqua termale esterne piccole per la capienza della struttura soprattutto se a pieno regime.Non collegate tra loro e con poca attrattiva..Da migliorare...
