Ik vroeg om een föhn te lenen, maar kreeg er geen
Ofwel vergeten of nog steeds gebruikt door andere gasten
Hoewel het zwembad klein is, is het water warm
Ontbijt is oke, de hotelmedewerkers zijn allemaal vriendelijk
Als u naar het park wilt oversteken, kunt u hulp krijgen bij het oversteken

Geweldig! Het personeel in het restaurant en bij de receptie is fantastisch. De gang ruikt heerlijk. De kamer is geweldig. We zijn er dol op. Het uitzicht is gewoonweg adembenemend. Dineren in het restaurant 's avonds is zeker de moeite waard.

Afgezien van het inchecken, wat erg lang duurde. Omdat we om 13.30 uur begonnen met inchecken en pas om 16.00 uur de kamer konden betreden. Erg verdrietig..
Maar dat betaalt zich uit aan de sfeer die echt geweldig is, comfortabel, stil, wauw, dat is echt super.
Zeer tevreden hier te verblijven en om eerlijk te zijn was gisteravond niet zo geweldig. De kinderen zijn heel blij, heel blij.
Het is echt fantastisch.

It is a great hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite impressive too the amount of choices is huge.
Location is convenient too that its nearby to some leisure zone. Will come again definitely !!

Location was perfect, in the middle of karawang city and surround by malls. Parking area not so big but fair enough. The room odor not quite good, but the ameneties of pillow was great.

Stayed four nights in a standard room. It was nice and clean. Breakfast was good, lots of variety, and they changed things up each day. Many international TV channels. The room was standard 24 square meters – no wardrobe, but they had some hangers. It wasn't downtown, but easy to get to by car.

GGuest UserGreat room & ambience, very closed to shop centre in Karawang, just walk in. We are 4, booked 2(two) bedrooms with connection door, for 2(two) nights, between Jan 12-14, 2026.
The front officer was helping to find the rooms & he gave us the best city view. Thanks for that.
Unfortunately, they provided stains towels (& tears edges) at the bathroom. Also the makeup room service was coming in, without notice/signed hanging on the door, knocked the door & tried to get inside when I was in bathroom. Need to decline them until I finished taking a shower. They changed the bedsheets also with stains on blanket covers & (again) stains towels. It smells clean, so we just used it. Also, the shower drains were not working well, reported to the hospitality cleaner.
They were also pretty good cleaning the room overall, it just the amenities, also the bedsheets needs to be upgraded - not really nice to see for 4stars hotel.
The restaurant was OK, my husband spent 400K IDR for 2 portions of meals (soto & rice), drinks, & snacks/camilan. And I don’t understand , why they provided us 3(three) cups for toothbrushes, instead of 4. Never mind, it’s only my son using it. They just need to respect a little bit more for their guests with a proper amenities, which didn’t reflect the hotel values.

AAnonymous UserI booked a superior room and the hotel staff offered me a free upgrade to a deluxe room for more comfort. Of course, I was very happy with the offer. When I entered the room, there was no welcome cake that I ordered (even though all 4-star hotels always provide it for free). And... the bed was not suitable. I ordered a queen, but what I got was a twin bed combined into one. The staff was not honest with me whether the queen bed was full or not. For breakfast, it was less variety for a 4-star hotel. only 1 kind of juice, there's no sausage/potatoes

room come with breakfast, the breakfast is quite nice. Many option from cereal, main course, bread and pattiserie, juice, milk and also coffee and tea
the room itself is new, but build quality is not good. the tile is break on some parts, and you can hear person above you walking in the night. room amenities is good. but why only 1 sachet of coffee ? this room is for 2 person --
swimming pool, and hot water batch is nice like most of hotel near cipanas garut.
the only challenge in my opinion is how to maintain the quality of the hotel. it is new, but i do not know in a few years ahead if it is not maintain. *please check the flooring and the toilet.

BBundezThe room ambiance and natural surroundings were delightful 💕. All the hotel staff were friendly, from check-in to check-out, there wasn't a single negative aspect. The facilities are complete; perhaps they could add some water games like a small slide for the children's pool. It feels like everyone, from children to seniors, can enjoy their time here.

EElsaDLThe place emulates a village built on water. It was fun. The pool was good and big. The fishing experience was fun, even though we did not manage to get any fish. But the attendant was very attentive and helped us to catch some. Everyone gets grilled or fried fish. Nobody mentioned this in the review column. This was a very nice touch to our stay. I really love this hotel. Will come back if we visit Garut.

GGuest UserClose to the airport. Hotel star ratings in Indonesia seem lower than what we're used to back home. The motorcycles at night were quite noisy! There's a street nearby with lots of Chinese restaurants, so we ended up eating Chinese food every day.
