"Faciliteiten: De kamer die we geboekt hebben, is een kamer met een kingsize bed en een eigen warmwaterbronbad. Er is een koffiezetapparaat, fruit, snacks en desserts op de kamer. Hoewel ik haar naam niet heb gevraagd, nam ze ons mee naar de grote suite, die ook erg leuk was. Tot slot gaf ze ons een souvenir toen we uitcheckten. Deze reis was erg prettig. Het zou een goed idee zijn om de volgende keer in de winter terug te komen."

"The cleaning staff in our courtyard were lovely and very helpful and the man at reception we dealt with too. It was obvious the staff work hard to do their best considering the condition of the hotel and spa. But the hotel and spa are tired and both locations need facelifts. For example, the basin and surround in our room was all discoloured, as was the wall at the door, and there were loose wires visible and the courtyard plants were all dying. The hotel communal areas away from reception were unkempt. The spa pool had broken and discoloured tiles, with lots of leaves in the water and the flumes were closed. Both could be great with investment."

"一句話點評：完美達成目的（躺平休息）的三天兩夜，不虛此行。五一加了好幾天班，想找個地方休息休息。在小紅薯做功課，搜“河南周邊的度假酒店”的時候發現了花滿地，就訂了兩晚上的房間，和媽媽一起來了。 1⃣️入住&服務進門需要確認一下預訂姓名，門衞小哥開着擺渡車把我送到大堂門口，面帶微笑的前台就已經在大堂門口等着了。前台的態度讓人很舒服。也住過一些以服務態度好著稱的酒店，但是當天值班的前台小姐姐講話温柔，服務體貼，主動幫我拿行李，介紹酒店的設施，而且注意到把歡迎飲料（酸梅湯）喝完了這個細節後，主動提出送一壺到房間，一起送來的還有酒店自製的小甜點。 2⃣️房間能看到當年建造時不惜工本的底氣。大堂的水晶玻璃、大堂吧、餐廳、客房都很美麗，每個細節都能看出來是經過設計的。白天有白天的美（物品的原色），夜間在燈光之下也有另外一種璀璨的美麗。整體白色和原木色的空間乾淨、明亮，小陽台處紅色和藍色的玻璃透過紗簾，在牆壁上投下了不同的色彩。床舒服，這幾天睡覺都很香（近半年來晚上11點之前都睡不着的我，在花滿地10點就自然睡著了）。清潔度也是可以的。雖然白色地板上有些裂縫的地方發黃，但是也屬於時間的正常作用，除了這點之外挑不出來問題了。 3⃣️温泉&游泳借用媽媽的話：原來“温泉水滑洗凝脂”是真的！泡了幾天感覺皮膚都變得更白凈+細膩了hhh 花滿地有室內和室外的温泉池。服務員會來主動送飲料（冰酸梅湯或紅棗茶），並根據天氣推薦適合的池子（如現在太陽大，適合在樹蔭下面的）。一定要去室外的温泉池泡一泡，這幾天泡下來的感受是：每個池子都有自己獨特的景觀。有的温泉池面向樹和草地。能看到對岸的蝴蝶翩然飛舞，小鳥從樹上飛起降落，還看到了一衹孔雀在午後散步（個人推測孔雀是酒店養的）。閉上眼睛，還能聽見遠遠的鳥叫聲隔着水聲傳來，一下午連手機都沒怎麼看。還有的温泉池面向酒店，適合晚上去泡，抬頭能看到酒店的燈火，拍照非常好看。 4⃣️餐食吃了兩頓早餐和一頓晚餐，都很好吃。有三種早餐，中式、西式和本地特色（河南）可以選擇。強烈推薦試試看中式早餐裏的濃湯蔬菜米線，大塊牛肉非常入味。這次是專門為了花滿地才去的鄢陵，下次有假期還會考慮再去的。"

"De receptie en de begroeters zijn erg goed en de service is proactief. Het hotel is niet vriendelijk voor individuele gasten. Omdat ze een groep moeten ontvangen, hoeven individuele gasten alleen maar naast de kassa te zitten (de kassa is in een foyer). en je zit in de foyer (er zijn in totaal drie tafels). Het is net een klein wegrestaurant. Er zijn privékamers, maar ze zijn bereid ze leeg te laten binnenkwam, vroeg hij hoeveel mensen er waren. Nadat hij het aantal mensen had verteld, zei hij meteen dat de privékamers vol waren, terwijl mensen allemaal ** zijn, slechte recensies, hoe kan een vijfsterrenhotel zo'n regeling hebben , het is ongelooflijk, en het zorgt ervoor dat ik niet langer geïnteresseerd ben in eten in het hotel. Ik weet niet of het hotel oud is of niet goed onderhouden. Veel faciliteiten zijn slechts decoraties. Ik heb het de hele nacht in rekening gebracht, alleen om erachter te komen de ochtend toen ik naar buiten ging, was er een probleem met het stopcontact. Verschillende kamers die ik had geboekt, hadden dit probleem 100% het kan worden gebruikt. De airconditioner zorgt niet voor verwarming of koeling, maar het display zorgt nog steeds voor verwarming en koeling. Het is slechts een decoratie. Er hangt nog steeds een vreemde geur in de kamer die niet weggaat Zelfs als ik van kamer verander, wordt het niet veel beter."

"Upon arriving at the main entrance, I was immediately struck by the beautiful decor. Entering the lobby, it was truly clean and upscale. The front desk lady was incredibly kind and even offered to upgrade our room, which was incredibly warm. The room was very clean and odorless. It had a European style with a touch of American luxury, which was very nice. The facilities were all very smart, and I highly recommend it. Getting around was very convenient. We drove to the Longmen Grottoes in about half an hour, and the museum in 13 minutes. The hotel also has its own underground parking space, making parking very convenient. We brought our dog with us, and the hotel was very pet-friendly. This stay has given me a much better impression of Luoyang. I'm sure I'll be back next time."
