去年暑期旺季就來南戴河遊玩過，當時體驗就特別好，這次出差順路過來，依舊選擇了這邊，驚喜發現是一家全新裝修開業的酒店，更沒想到自己竟是酒店裝修後接待的第一位客人，全程都感受到了格外熱情周到的服務。酒店位置十分便利，出行、遊玩都很省心，新裝修的環境簡約舒適，房間乾淨整潔無異味，床品柔軟親膚，整體居住舒適度很高。恰逢淡季入住，性價比直接拉滿，價格實惠的同時，服務絲毫沒有打折，前台貼心又親切，各項需求都能及時響應，細節處盡顯用心。無論是出差暫住還是休閑遊玩，這家店都十分值得選擇，期待下次再來南戴河還能入住～

Good location and the room is big and comfortable. It closed to Heitou Old Stree and hotel bus is provided. We walked back and along the way can see the water music fountain behind the hotel. Very enjoyable stay in this hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! THUMB UP !!!

Deze verblijfservaring was echt fantastisch! De service in het hotel was attent en gedetailleerd; van aankomst tot vertrek werd ik door het vriendelijke personeel aan de receptie met een glimlach begroet, wat een warm gevoel gaf. Er zijn enorm veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt; je loopt zo naar allerlei karakteristieke restaurants, een paradijs voor foodies. Het was ook erg gemakkelijk om naar het skigebied te gaan, slechts vijf minuten rijden. De grootste verrassing was de warmwaterbron; het water was kristalhelder en na het baden voelde ik me helemaal ontspannen, alle vermoeidheid was verdwenen. De kamer was ook erg schoon en comfortabel. Uitstekend, de faciliteiten zijn geweldig.

選擇了很多酒店，最後確定了石家莊白天鵝大酒店，談一下入住感受： 1．交通便利：近鄰石家莊站和地鐵3號線（出酒店40米），非常方便。 2．設施：酒店大廳寬敞明亮富麗堂皇，入住客房面積很大，床上用品舒適，燈具很好，入住有種老上海的感覺。 3．餐飲：中餐廳提供本幫菜等多樣化美食，自助早餐品種豐盛，就餐環境和服務很好。 4、服務：前台美女禮貌熱情，連住2天還給免費升級行政標間。每天還有一份果蔬。保潔人員服務細緻入微，這裏的服務真的超級好！！！ 5．性價比：價格適中，作為二線城市比在北京的入住感無論是房間設施、價位，還是服務態度都要好很多！！ 下次來石家莊，還來此入住，因為價格合適，服務態度好，地鐵3線到各景點旅遊轉換快捷方便！！

My stay was incredibly pleasant, and the front desk staff, Calvin, Alex, and Ivy, were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The check-in and check-out process was efficient and smooth. They patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, providing thoughtful and attentive service. Their humble and polite demeanor made the overall service experience fantastic. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit.

We have been staying at BENLIA hotel for 5 nights. All the staffs were friendly and polite. A spacial thanks goes to李云昊. He helped us to get a deliveries which was super helpful and the front desk staff were always polite and effecient. I also want to thanks 宋佳乐 and 刘莎 for being so nice and helpful at breakfast. I highly recommend BINLIA hotel if you intend to ski at Taiwoo. The hotel is at a premium location. You can almost ski in and out of the hotel.

De faciliteiten en de receptiediensten zijn redelijk goed, maar er is geen selfservicewasserette. Het is echt verbazingwekkend dat de bovenverdieping nog gerenoveerd werd toen ik hier kwam wonen. Ik vraag me af wat de afdeling techniek toen deed? De noodverlichting maakte me 's nachts wakker. Ik kon de verwarming niet meer regelen en ik stikte bijna. Er is niet eens airconditioning. Het is echt geweldig. Je moet goed nadenken voordat je hierheen verhuist.

當地機關定點酒店，房間寬敞，中式那種裝修，離河頭老街不遠，但是如果走路的話也得走一陣，我們懶打車去的，打表7.3元。房間價格不貴，花了200，給的15樓的房間，視野不錯。早餐免費，但是不能要求太高，沒啥特色簡簡單單吃的炒飯麪條粥或饅頭，別太挑剔。

Room & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer. Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient. Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk! Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away. Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December). Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.
