Best Hotel we've had so far on this trip.
Great room with a bathtub on the balcony, smart toilet, nice slippers, great hairdryer and a huge TV.
Just the makeup mirror didn't work.
The gym was good and the breakfast was amazing. Lots of delicious options, much better than the other hotels so far. Location also good, quite near to the entrance to Huangguoshu.
We were happy to find the free washing machine and dryer.

Nice hot spring hotel. Lakefront view rooms are preferable to avoid the traffic noise from the city view rooms.
Service is good, breakfast is adequate. Service at the springs is excellent, the staff routinely will bring you tea while you soak.
From the hotel you can easily join the path and walk around the lake.

Throughout our travels across Asia over the years, this hotel has stood out as one of the most memorable among the many we've stayed at.
From the get-go, this hotel nestled in Xingyi's stunning Wanfenglin Landscape captured our hearts with its genuine hospitality and cozy atmosphere. The staff here are pure gold – super helpful and always smiling, making us feel right at home. Our host was a total gem, sharing insider tips on exploring the area that made our trip extra special.
The location? Absolutely killer! Right in the middle of those jaw-dropping karst formations, we could step out for a morning stroll or sunset hike among the peaks without breaking a sweat. It was nature lover’s paradise meets relaxing escape.
Rooms were spacious, clean, and just what you need after a day of adventure.
In short, this place nailed it! With top-notch service and views to die for, it's not just a hotel; it's an experience that feels tailor-made for anyone seeking a personal connection with Xingyi's natural wonders. We can't wait to come back and relive the magic. Definitely recommend for those looking for a down-to-earth stay with a touch of class amidst breathtaking scenery.

De receptieservice van het hotel was erg goed. Ik was zeer tevreden met mijn verblijf. De kamer was zeer comfortabel, schoon en hygiënisch. Er zijn ook veel warmwaterbronbaden in de open lucht. Er zijn ook traditionele Chinese medicijnzwembaden om vermoeidheid te verlichten en verkoudheid. Ik voelde me veel beter nadat ik een duik had genomen in de warmwaterbronnen. Het landschap van de nabijgelegen oude stad was ook erg goed. Het voelde goed. Xiao Yu raadde een barbecuerestaurant aan waar we naartoe gingen, dat was ook heerlijk. Heel erg bedankt !

We enjoyed our stay very much and won't forget the time in wonderful Zhenyuan.
All Service people are extremely supportive and friendly.
The Hotel has wonderful rooms with an amazing view to the lights of the city.
Breakfast was very delicious, afternoon tea is amazing, and the night warm milk service closed the day for a good rest.
Zhenyuan itself is a beautiful town with a lively and rich life and beautiful walks along the hill.
We would be happy to come back one day!

We stayed here on our weekend in GY and loved the room and the location! It's in the heart of the city centre - DaShiZi park is nearby, the popular pedestrian food streets of XiaoShiZi are right across the road via sky bridge/overpass, and Hunter City Mall is within a few hundred meters. Also, if you want to walk to the JiaXiu pavilion, it's easily done from this hotel.
The room was clean and very comfortable and when I forgot my camera the staff found it and shipped it to me the next day free of charge. I highly recommend this hotel!

This place was amazing! There was a very authentic japanese style to the hotel design and experience! We had fresh fruits awaiting us at the hotel with a free yoga session in the morning. The hotel itself is a bit separated from the downtown area which allowed us to fully immerse in the environment. Breakfast was splendid and they even gave us a goodie bag on our way out!

Een fantastisch pension, omgeven door bergen en water, met overal prachtige uitzichten. De kamers waren ook erg stijlvol en voldeden perfect aan mijn verwachtingen. Het personeel was allemaal warm en attent en zorgde voor alle nodige voorzieningen. Ze serveerden een heerlijke afternoon tea en 's avonds was er een barbecuebuffet met drankjes – zo ontspannend! Ze vroegen zelfs of ik tegen pittig eten kon toen we in het restaurant van het pension dineerden. De manager, Xiao Wei, nam twee dagen van tevoren contact met me op om me de locatiegegevens te sturen. Toen ik uitcheckte, stuurde Xiao Mo ons zelfs een reisgids voor onze volgende bestemming. Hartelijk dank allemaal!

GGuest UserCame to Wanfenglin with my family and chose this incredibly beautiful guesthouse. We picked a second-floor room with a balcony, and the views from the bed were stunning. The bedding was excellent, ensuring a very restful sleep. The warm lighting in the room was a thoughtful touch, not harsh on the eyes. The room was clean and odor-free, and outside the window, there were endless green mountains. Opening the window, I felt like I could breathe so much easier. In the afternoon, we went to their backyard area to enjoy the scenery and swim – every photo turned out amazing. During the day, we chatted in the room and admired the mountain views, and in the evening, we enjoyed the breeze on the balcony while talking with family. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helped us plan our travel routes perfectly. This will definitely be our first choice when we visit Wanfenglin again!

MM557021****Traveling during the off-season, although there wasn't much scenery outside, I still really liked Xingyi. There are also places like Maling River and Wanfeng Lake nearby to visit. There's a man-made scenic spot called Fenglin Buyi, which offers nighttime views and folk performances; the overall experience was quite good. I also really liked Shanye. We booked a room on the first floor, which had a great view and a small balcony. The room was very clean, impeccably maintained, and had underfloor heating. The staff were very helpful and turned it on for us in advance. I'll definitely come back when the scenery is better and will choose Shanye again.

GGuest UserBeautiful 5 star hotel resort on beautiful grounds. As the was an off season visit with very few others staying here, upon check-in we were upgraded to a room with a huge separate living room, a large bed room with the bath having separately enclosed toilet and shower areas and a spacious dressing area; and out in the large balcony area was a hot tub. Service during our stay was outstanding and the included breakfast excellent. As the room was a way from the lobby, shuttle service to the room and back just required a call to the front desk and included shuttle service to the nearby entrance to the Huangguoshu Waterfall. The free park bus to other sites (we also visited the Tianxingqiao Scenic Area, which was IMO even better than the Huangguoshu Waterfall area) was an easy walk from the resorts front gate,which we were shuttled to. If we ever go back to this area, this is definitely the place we will stay.

We originally booked the lower level of the small hot spring courtyard, but the front desk saw we had kids and upgraded us to the upper level for free. The room has its own private hot spring, which is very convenient. It would be amazing to stay here in winter when it snows, soaking in the private hot spring while watching the snow outside. The small hot spring courtyard is on a hill, a bit far from the main hot spring area, so a shuttle bus is needed, and the service is excellent. Just a small suggestion: the curtains next to the private hot spring pool are a bit old, can't be opened, and are shedding fibers. It would be great if they could be replaced or repaired for a better experience.

There is also a playground for children in the park, which is a good place for parents and children. The set meal in the restaurant is large, delicious and cheap. Every service staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. Then let's talk about the disadvantages. Although the service staff is very friendly, the service ability really needs to be improved. The luggage cart in the morning cannot be called, the restaurant does not have drinks (only the lobby bar has), the supplies are insufficient (the room has a brand new coffee machine without capsules), and the bar does not have a ready-made wine list (it's very interesting here. It is said that the hotel has hundreds of thousands of Cuban cigars and whiskeys, but there is no menu. The waiter called on the spot to get a wine list that is not like a four-in-one. It is recommended that the owner check the inventory. It is estimated that it is all loss). At the same time, there is no charging pile in the parking lot of this level of hotel, and you have to go to the town to charge... This service quality is in stark contrast to the facilities. It is recommended that those who take children and parents travel should go early while the hotel is new. It is still quite good. GGuest UserVery much enjoy the kind and friendly staff, from the moment we stepped out of the taxi we felt cared for. We had to pay extra for the breakfast and the hot springs. Did I mention there are so many pools of varying temperatures and some had Chinese medicine immersed. We got so relaxed and sleepy that we wound asking the restaurant staff to box up our order to take upstairs. After resting we found the food was EXCELLENT! Kudos to the chefs. The half steamed chicken tasted like 贵妃鸡！ The asparagus was so tender and the fresh walnuts had the inner skin peeled. So delicious with the 冬草 chicken porridge. We slept so well . The checkout can be as late as 3 pm, so accommodating, although we left around 1pm for our tour. I highly recommend.

TTanAiniSo far, this is the 3rd hotel we stayed in Tongren, i would definitely say, this is the best and so far for me and family. This JinJiang hotspring hotel really met international standard in terms of counter service (very polite and good attitude receptionist), and service at hotspring area deserves a thumbs up. The room is very spacious, nice interior and important - clean and neat. The water playground is definitely a good place for kids to have fun during summer holiday.
I told the hotel desk that it was my actual birthday yesterday, guess what, they sent me a plate of grapes, so sweet of them.
I would definitely come to this hotel next time when i am visiting my niece and nephew again.

In my free time, I visited Huangguoshu at night; the waterfall, illuminated by lights, was magnificent and dreamlike, creating an immersive and atmospheric experience. Throughout my stay, the staff were attentive and patient, providing detailed answers to my questions about tour routes and check-in procedures with a friendly and thoughtful attitude. The hotel's excellent location makes getting around and sightseeing convenient. I was extremely satisfied with this stay and highly recommend it.

XXiangma0921The B&B I chose for this trip completely exceeded my expectations and deserves a five-star rating!
The location is incredibly convenient, right near the Fourth Bridge, making it incredibly easy to shop and eat. The cleanliness was astonishing upon entering. The floor was impeccable even under bare feet, and the bathroom was meticulously maintained, even with water stains and hair stains. The bedding had a subtle fragrance and was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was also excellent; I couldn't hear any outside noise at night, and I slept soundly for the first time I'd ever gotten.
The owner was incredibly thoughtful, sending detailed check-in instructions in advance.
Aqing was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions I had. The room was fully equipped with a projector, charging outlets, and other amenities. The warm and soothing atmosphere truly soothed my travel fatigue.
The value for money was incredible. I've already recommended it to my friends and will stay here again next time!

FFengrendadaThe hotel has been open for quite some time, and the facilities are well-maintained; I personally think it offers good value for money.
However, I have two complaints. First, the outdoor hot spring water wasn't very clean, especially since I went during the day, so it was quite noticeable. Second, I ordered takeout at night. The delivery guy had already brought it to the front desk at 11 PM, but after waiting for the delivery robot to take it upstairs for over half an hour, it still hadn't arrived. I couldn't get through to the front desk or the main switchboard around 11:30 PM either. In the end, I had no choice but to go downstairs to pick it up myself. During the National Day holiday, with so many people, one robot delivery service is definitely not enough. If there aren't enough robots, they should arrange for hotel staff to deliver instead of making guests wait idly in their rooms.
