"Best Hotel we've had so far on this trip. Great room with a bathtub on the balcony, smart toilet, nice slippers, great hairdryer and a huge TV. Just the makeup mirror didn't work. The gym was good and the breakfast was amazing. Lots of delicious options, much better than the other hotels so far. Location also good, quite near to the entrance to Huangguoshu. We were happy to find the free washing machine and dryer."

"We stayed here on our weekend in GY and loved the room and the location! It's in the heart of the city centre - DaShiZi park is nearby, the popular pedestrian food streets of XiaoShiZi are right across the road via sky bridge/overpass, and Hunter City Mall is within a few hundred meters. Also, if you want to walk to the JiaXiu pavilion, it's easily done from this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable and when I forgot my camera the staff found it and shipped it to me the next day free of charge. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Beautiful 5 star hotel resort on beautiful grounds. As the was an off season visit with very few others staying here, upon check-in we were upgraded to a room with a huge separate living room, a large bed room with the bath having separately enclosed toilet and shower areas and a spacious dressing area; and out in the large balcony area was a hot tub. Service during our stay was outstanding and the included breakfast excellent. As the room was a way from the lobby, shuttle service to the room and back just required a call to the front desk and included shuttle service to the nearby entrance to the Huangguoshu Waterfall. The free park bus to other sites (we also visited the Tianxingqiao Scenic Area, which was IMO even better than the Huangguoshu Waterfall area) was an easy walk from the resorts front gate,which we were shuttled to. If we ever go back to this area, this is definitely the place we will stay."

"沒想到在貴州石阡縣還有這麼好的一家酒店。酒店聽説是日本人設計的，屬於日式風格，酒店房間很安靜，房間隔音效果很好。每個房間都有露台，如果有人需要吸煙，也可以去露台，無需在房內，很好！衞生間乾濕分區。春節和家人過來泡温泉，温泉就在酒店大門對面的温泉小鎮，要步行5-6分鐘抵達，可以帶着酒店的浴袍過去，這樣比温泉的浴巾更保暖。温泉在山坡上，大大小小有幾十個，温泉水都標有温度，一般是39-40度，水温很舒服。大部分温泉水都乾淨，衹有個別有點臟，温泉池間隔有點遠，指示牌不是那麼清晰，晚上昏暗，找起來有點累，因為人不多，泡着還是挺爽的。温泉小鎮那邊還有搓澡，自帶搓澡巾38元，沒帶的46元。泡温泉整體滿意。酒店的一樓餐廳挺大，早餐也挺豐富，衹是單加早餐要128元/位，價格高得有點離譜。走出去的附近餐館有貴州酸湯魚火鍋。酒店整體環境不錯，服務員態度熱情，給予好評！"

"This place was amazing! There was a very authentic japanese style to the hotel design and experience! We had fresh fruits awaiting us at the hotel with a free yoga session in the morning. The hotel itself is a bit separated from the downtown area which allowed us to fully immerse in the environment. Breakfast was splendid and they even gave us a goodie bag on our way out!"

The Hotel has wonderful rooms with an amazing view to the lights of the city. Breakfast was very delicious, afternoon tea is amazing, and the night warm milk service closed the day for a good rest. Zhenyuan itself is a beautiful town with a lively and rich life and beautiful walks along the hill. We would be happy to come back one day! Thanks again!"

"This hotel is very good. I am very happy to live in the whole house. The children like it very much. The first day the toilet has a sound. The staff immediately upgraded the suite. All the staff are very enthusiastic. The cleaning aunt is very good. No wonder I look at the praise. It is really good. \n There is a place to eat in the building and read story books. There is a laundry room on the 5th floor and fitness equipment. Two breakfasts in the morning. I feel that the value for money is the best hotel we have stayed in."

"The rooms are dirty and horrible. There is no “no smoking” rooms and they all smell terrible.Visitors are thronging the cigarettes on the floor, in the lift, everywhere!!!! The front desk person are very kind and welcoming but they can’t do a lot. During your sleeping, you must be prepared to wake up and kill a few insects as they are also living in the room… The photos are the insects and ashes on carver from visitors…"
