Am avut o experiență minunată la Hotel!Personalul s-a remarcat prin amabilitate, promptitudine și atenția la detalii, ceea ce ne-a făcut să ne simțim cu adevărat bineveniți. Serviciile au fost impecabile, de nota 10, de la recepție până la curățenie și facilități. Micul dejun a fost foarte bun, variat și generos, cu preparate proaspete și de calitate. Un plus extraordinar: soția mea și-a sărbătorit ziua de naștere în timpul șederii, iar personalul hotelului a pregătit camera în mod special, cu o surpriză plăcută, fără niciun cost suplimentar — un gest care demonstrează profesionalismul și respectul față de oaspeți. Recomand cu încredere acest hotel tuturor celor care caută confort, servicii de calitate și o atmosferă elegantă în Poiana Brașov!

Het klimaat is geweldig. De receptie is warm, het ontbijt is gewoon.

Room was fantastic! Modern super clean bathroom, nice shower. Daily Nespresso Coffee Capsules. Big Balcony. Super comfortable bed and pillow. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic. Walking distance to the park, as well as to the city center. Friendly staff, that helped me to book Castle Tours last minute. I recommend the hike up to the Brasov Sign - beautiful sights overlooking the city.

E un albergo abbastanza buono, non funzionava l'ascensore

旅行團下往的酒店，人很多. 吃早餐的時候，人很擠. 房間隔音效果太差了，房間裏面就很有鬱悶的鳳鳴聲音，樓下是一個蹦迪廳.

It was the most amazing experience that i had in a hotel until now,at least from Romania,you find everything that you dream of:super good services,all the facilities that you need:spa,billiards,the rooms are amazing,super tasty,various and fresh food at breakfast....an amazing experience,words can t describe what a great feeling I have after this...I can t wait to come back,thank you for all this great experience in just one day 😊🤩

在市中心易酒店，地點非常優越，離步行街古城區非常靠近.衹是酒店設定有點老舊.服務不好，跟前台説水龍頭有問題要維修，結果還是沒修.

Deze keer heb ik drie kamers geboekt, de kamer is ruime en comfortabele, de badkamer is zeer comfortabel met water, het ontbijt is goed, er moet een aantal zijn, de kwaliteit van de vogels is algemeen, het licht is donker. Er is een verrassing dat de kamer een groot balkon heeft, zeer comfortabel. Het is bijzonder verbazingwekkend dat de personeelsleden van de receptie van het hotel, zowel professioneel als enthousiast, ons helpen om onze bagage te pakken.
