Incrível!!!! Atendimento extremamente simpático e prestativo, ambiente acolhedor limpo, pequeno almoço INCRÍVEL com quatro mesas cheias de produtos, realmente representantes o peaueno almoço de hotel que todos idealizamos! A vista do quarto era perfeita para o jardim, privativo, com acesso á sauna jaccuzy e piscina. Esta estadia superou TODAS as minhas expectativas, staff Incrível mesmo!!!

Uitstekend hotel in het algemeen. Geweldige locatie en vriendelijk personeel en een geweldig terrein/uitzicht. De ervaring daar kan dramatisch worden verbeterd met slechts twee kleine veranderingen: 1. Service bij het zwembad - u moet zelf voor eten en drinken zorgen. Het toevoegen van een app of belsysteem zou geweldig zijn. Een ober/serveerster bij het zwembad zou geweldig zijn. 2. Betere matrassen. Ze voelden behoorlijk hard aan, als een budgetmatras dat niet past bij een mooi hotel.

Good location close to the town centre and it's calm there at the same time. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Good Wi Fi. Free parking available on the hotel's territory. No gym, unfortunately.

El hotel está en pleno centro de Horta,bajas por una calle y estás en el puerto.Es antiguo pero todo muy limpio y con unas vistas espectaculares. El desayuno es sencillo pero muy rico.LLevaros bañador y gorro ya que tiene gratuitos piscinas exterior e interior,sauna,jacuzzi y gimnasio.Los trabajadores te ayudan todo lo que pueden y hablan español muchos.Hay cerca aparcamiento gratuito

Perfect location on a beautiful island. Better get the room with a sea view and watch the boats come in. Good breakfast plenty of choice and wonderful fresh fruit. Staff all very pleasant and spread the happiness. Excellent pool kept meticulously clean. Hot tub if rain comes and hot sauna. R3 Restaurant just across the road. Gentle stroll along the front into town and the marina.

В целом отел хороший, расположение отличное, чтобы добраться до всех достопримечательностей. Парковочных мест достаточно, есть бассейн как внутренний так и на улице. Завтрак был ограниченный, за всю неделю ничего нового из еды не появилось. В комнате: наличие розеток ограничено, расположение неудобное, некоторые из них находятся в нерабочее состоянии. Уборка в номере: убрали в комнате один раз за всю неделю, что очень странно, есть возможность вместо уборки получать ваучеры, что нам было не интересно, так как без ваучера, лочески, персонал должен был убирать в комнате, чего не было сделано. Только после прямого обращения на стойке регистрации и личной просьбе на следующий день мы наконец-то получили новые полотенца и убраную комнату.

Vreselijke kamer, boven de airconditioningunits, het was onmogelijk om de hele nacht te slapen. Nogmaals, wraak van het hotel voor een zeer goedkope kamer geboekt op Trip.com Ontbijt typisch voor 4 sterren, een fles water en twee koekjes, een geschenk van het hotel.

Het hotel is erg nieuw, schoon, stijlvol en handig. Het ontbijt is erg goed en gezond. Restaurant bood eten van hoge kwaliteit. We zullen er weer verblijven. Slechts één ding was dat mijn kamer recht boven de keuken van het restaurant lag, denk ik. Ik rook kooklucht uit de wasruimte. De muziek was ook luid. Ik denk dat de bovenste verdieping geen problemen zou moeten hebben. De receptie was ook erg behulpzaam.

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido maravillosa. Destacamos especialmente la atención del personal, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno fue de alta calidad, con una amplia variedad de opciones para todos los gustos, servido en un salón precioso con grandes cristaleras y unas vistas espectaculares a las montañas. La habitación estaba perfectamente equipada, limpia y muy cómoda, cumpliendo con todas nuestras expectativas. El spa fue, sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes de nuestra estancia: las piscinas interiores y exteriores de aguas termales ofrecen una experiencia relajante única. Sin duda, un lugar para repetir.
