The room is clean and the surrounding environment is average

De strandbungalows met privézwembad waren een beetje verdronken. De hoofdzwembad was gesloten door renovaties en het was niet bedoeld. De renovaties hadden moeten zijn voltooid voordat we verbleven. Dat was een truc en ze gaven ons een krediet van $50. De lagoon en huisreef is spectaculair en zo vol vis. Alle niet-motoriseerde activiteiten, waaronder kajaking en SUP zijn inbegrepen. Erg goed buffet ontbijt. De dienst was 3 sterren zeker niet 5 sterren service. Een fantastische locatie en ga naar een gelukkig uur voor zonlicht.

They charge for EVERYTHING. They even put a tip on my card for themselves without asking me. When asked, the restaurant lady apologized and asked for refund the money back to me. The ladies at the front desk are very aggressive especially the one without hair line. She was very very aggressive. She has no business working the front desk. I paid for dinner show with buffet but they sat me behind the pillars and I couldn’t even see the show. When I complained, they told me that the people upfront had made their reservation way in advance than me. Towards the end of the show, the moved me to another table by which it was already too late as the show was almost ending. The young man at the front desk was very welcoming. I truly disliked the service at this resort. The Paris lady at the spa was extremely nice and pleasant. The ladies at the boutique were a bit kind. Overall, it would have been a nice stay if they had taken the time to make my stay a bit nice. Do not go here if you are a black American. The women are aggressive towards us for no reason. That’s my observation.

Очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал, помогли забронировать экскурсию - прогулку по лагуне. Цена даже выгоднее чем в агентствах, которые мы проезжали мимо.

The hotel has nice infinity pools, but no beach or access to a public beach. You have to take taxi to get to one. Taxis are expensive on Tahiti. The resort does have access to lagoon water in just one spot, there is a ladder, and the water is very clean for those wanting to take dip. The rooms are old, esp. the vanities and the decor in the bathrooms. The bed linens and towels are nice. Also the grounds and the views are very nice. I didn't try the breakfast, but the breakfast area seemed nice. Overall, I don't regret staying here, but would consider this option overpriced due to the age of the rooms.

The stay was very comfortable, the staff was very welcoming, and not far from the city, the breakfast was rich. It is also convenient to the surrounding attractions and the hotel can also park for free. It's relatively clean.

It is such amazing hotel. We will come back with our family in the future. Everyone there are so nice and polite and all services are great. We will recommend to anyone.

The most important thing to mention: it has a Japanese restaurant on-site! Very good news for Asian travelers. One the international brand hotels on the island. Close to the airport and downtown. It also has a supermarket across the street. The view is ok but nothing too special. It has a big swimming pool but no private beach. All the rooms are in the main building. It does not have a private lagoon or any overwater bungalows. Overall, it is a nice place to stay just for few days, especially if you need to catch a flight. However, if you are planning to spend most of your time on Tahiti, I recommend to consider a resort hotel.
