"The resort is located on a small mountain nearby sungai long. There are many facilities. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice views. There are water park, dino park, go-cart, safari escape, etc. You get 15% for entrance fees with stay in the resort. Infinite pool has superb view to dino park. There are restaurants i.e. thai, japanese, bali.... foods are nice but also pricy. I think many people grab."

"The room itself is comfy and aesthetic with very clean toilet & bed (except for the carpet — quite obvious dirt on it, but it doesn't bother me since it's on the floor and not to sleep/sit on). Basic kitchen cutleries are provided like a pair of plates, bowls, mugs, wine glasses, fork and spoon etc. and there's a convenience store (Bila-Bila Mart) next to the lobby. The entrance of the building however, was quite difficult to find. The host has emailed the instructions on how to get there and where to park, but people who are unfamiliar/new to the area like me may find it pretty confusing. It is quite a new location with many construction going on at the area, but thankfully there were security guards who were helpful to guide us."

Good budget stay in Kuala Lumpur. The room offers a nice view and is comfortable for a short trip. The swimming pool is decent and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, but the room floor was slightly wet when I arrived around 3 PM, likely due to recent cleaning. One issue encountered was the safety lock, which suddenly engaged by itself and couldn’t be opened from outside. Thankfully, the maintenance staff responded quickly and helped resolve it. Parking is available but comes with an extra charge. Overall, still a value-for-money option with decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and room readiness.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room size was just right. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. 👍 We only stayed one night before heading to Klang, which was very close by. Worth it!

stayed at royale chulan for my sister’s wedding and overall, it was a nice stay. the hotel has that classic, old-money kind of vibe which i really liked, although i do think some areas could be maintained a little better to bring the hotel back to its full charm. overall, it’s pretty much your average hotel experience — nothing particularly extraordinary, but comfortable enough for a short stay. special shoutout to the man in the blue baju melayu who helped us with our bags. his service was honestly 10/10 — very helpful, friendly and made such a good first impression. ⭐️ breakfast was probably the weakest part for me, around 6/10. there was room for improvement in terms of the food and overall selection. overall: a pleasant stay, beautiful old-money atmosphere, but definitely could use better maintenance and an improved breakfast selection.

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The room was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were excellent – reliable hot water and effective air conditioning for both cooling and heating. The front desk staff were responsive, and the hotel's location was convenient with plenty of amenities nearby and easy access to transportation. My only minor suggestion would be to perhaps refine a few small details. All in all, I was very satisfied.

I had a nice stay at Resort Suites at Bandar Sunway. The room was big and spacious, which made the stay comfortable and good value for money. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to Sunway Pyramid Mall and nearby attractions, which made everything easy to access. However, the walls are quite thin, so noise from сосед rooms and the corridor can be heard quite easily, especially at night. Overall, still a pleasant stay for the price—great location and space, but light sleepers may find the noise a bit disruptive.

The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient without much walking. It also has direct access to Sunway Lagoon Theme Park, which is fantastic if you're staying here to visit the park. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, but it's generally acceptable. For Chinese guests, the breakfast selection is quite limited. The minibar is very disappointing, with only two small bottles of orange juice.

Had a wonderful stay here. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view/lighting from the window made the room feel super cozy and bright. Facilities were great and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Excellent service overall—definitely a highly recommended place for a short getaway or business trip. Will definitely come back again!
