"We had an amazing time at NASPA New Otani — this hotel is a fantastic choice if you’re visiting Yuzawa, especially for a winter getaway! The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel right at home from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The location is ideal for winter sports lovers with ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes and easy shuttle service to Echigo-Yuzawa Station, which made getting around a breeze even in snowy weather. The onsen and bathing facilities were relaxing and just what we needed after spending time outdoors. The buffet breakfast and dinner had plenty of variety and were really enjoyable, with something for everyone. While the hotel is set a little away from town, the free shuttle made it convenient to explore the area if we wanted. Overall, it felt like a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and superb service — highly recommended!"

"第二次入住這家酒店，上次衹住了一天，這次住兩天，9月算是淡季，提前兩天連訂比臨時分開一天一天預訂還貴了人民幣五百元，這家酒店非常挑天氣，如果一連幾天陰雨和暴雨天建議取消，我第一天到大雨能見度很低，窗外霧濛濛連樹都看不見，體驗就很差了，由於濕度過大房間還有一點臭味，沒有美景加持就暴露房間短板，空調聲音太大，馬桶沖水很難用。地毯太舊，第二天天晴了，一切又美好起來，前台買了纜車票酒店會送到纜車站，山頂非常美，空氣清新，回程請纜車站工作人員打電話給酒店，同一家的，十多分鐘車就來了．餐廳有三個，可以吃早餐的有兩個，一個自助，另一個西式套餐，自助的品種多口味好，套餐的口味一般但風景優美，我定的含早晚餐，晚餐都是白樺，選懷石料理就行品質很好，適合國人口味，第二天加錢選的特別懷石料理很難吃，調味加了大量的糖，吃得人難受，服務是一流的。不含餐辦入住時也可以預訂，吃沒問題，周邊無餐廳無便利店，這次還去了香澄瀑布，路不好走，瀑布也很小可不去，在酒店花園逛一下就行。温泉很好值得體驗，酒店在妙高高原一定提前郵件預約接站，無公交少出租，車程十五分鐘左右。"

"The hotel itself was nice, but the staff at the ski resort was horrible, the rentals are also not well maintained. The boards are not waxed, which makes it difficult to work with as there are a lot of flat routes which are difficult to avoid (Pony and village road were the flattest slope Ive ever seen in my life, I had to unstrap and walk and the board just wouldn't move). Ski resort staff were unfriendly and the rental staff was the worst, there was a lady there that was cold and rude. The only reason why the rental shop is surviving is probably because the equipments are salomon branded and that there is no other option.  I would visit again but only because the routes are fun, Myoko long run was the best, but I would never want to rent from the shop again. The food was very very good. For breakfast, you could choose from western or Japanese buffet. Western buffet is highly recommended, the omelette was the best ive eaten in my life and there was a diy risotto which was great as well. For dinner, there were 4 options, either buffet, steak, Japanese or shabushabu. All requiring reservations which is tough if you are checking in the evening as some might not be available. Highly recommend the steak, the food was good and the staff were amazing. Japanese was the hardest to get a reservation for but the food was quite underwhelming. The room was clean and ski lockers are also provided but it's tiny and can barely fit 2 boards. But I wish that in the toilet in the common area, you can adjust the tap temperature as the water is freezing cold. Amenities wise, bottled water are provided daily, also, yukata was provided but you can only wear them to the onsen which was extremely troublesome as I had to change multiple times a day.  The hotel provides shuttle bus services to and fro jyoetsumyoko station which was easy to book. The bus drivers were also friendly and helped out with the luggage. In summary, for a 5 stars hotel, it didn't live up to expectations, ski resort and rental staffs were unwilling to help and unfriendly. Also, some of the staffs could not speak Japanese which is puzzling for a hotel in Japan. If not for the amazing snow and slopes I would never come back."

"Location is good. Also, it has a gym room. Clean and spacious room. But the front desk staff is not too helpful. The hotel refused to lend me a knife or help me to cut the melon. It makes me to bring to restaurant to eat it."

"夫婦と小学生子ども2人で行きました。 昔ながらの旅館ですが、清潔感があり、 とにか**こで働くスタッフさんやご飯の美味しさは最高でした。 また、ピアノの演奏や、ウェルカムドリンクなども無料で大変満足な旅館でした。 また、行きたいなと思える旅館でした。 追伸 朝食は決められた献立ですが、大人用、子ども用に分けてくれています。 子ども用の献立も食べやすかったようでよく食べてました。 ご飯の食べ比べも大変良かったです。"

"ちょっとだけ駅から歩きますが、施設の充実度を考えるとアリです。 大浴場があったり、レストランが2つあったり、24時間営業のコンビニがあったりしてとても快適に過ごしました。 万代シティまで歩いて行くことができるので、買い物にも行きやすい場所です。 朝食はないプランで予約していましたが、チェックインのときに滞在中1日だけ付けてもらいました。(1800円) とてもおいしかったです。 チェックアウト後、荷物預かりも頼むことができました。 少し駅からは離れているけど、ここを選んで良かったです！"

"De accommodatie ligt in een zeer rustige en vredige omgeving. Zeer schoon en modern. Goed onderhouden na de renovatie. Er is voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid. Kamer is groot, maar helaas zonder douche/bad - een groot minpunt voor het pand. Er zijn twee gemeenschappelijke douches voor het hele hotel, die tijdens het hoogseizoen druk moeten zijn. Ik raad het hotel aan, vooral buiten het hoogseizoen, wanneer je gebruik kunt maken van de openbare douches. Anders moet u gebruik maken van de badfaciliteiten in de onsen."

"位置距離差強人意，我115/3/2入住當月接駁車只到19:00，但是有自己的雪場超棒（只能雙板）乾淨程度沒話說，完全看不到發霉！不過可惜要住4天3夜才有房務打掃，重新鋪床，我住三天兩夜而已。朋友問起會好好推薦～～"
