El hotel muy bonito y muy buena ubicación. No apto para gente mayor, es bañera y para entrar y salir resbala.
El jabón escaso, les pedí y me dieron champú en vez de gel y los vasos de papel.
Son pequeños detalles que pueden mejorar mucho.

The hotel was in a nice location and the restaurant was very good the back patio along the river was a highlight the rooms were small but met my needs I appreciated the front desk help and the morning breakfast’s were excellent. My complaint was that It was impossible to take a shower and not flood my room. There is clearly a known problem that the hotel hasn’t bothered to take care of because I could see the rotted baseboards near the bottom of the outside of the shower from many previous floods. The wood was damaged and peeling away from the wall. They didn’t seem to care when I told them. It wasn’t nice that they didn’t tell me to be careful if this known issue when showering so I didn’t have to step out of the shower and use every towel in the room to mop up all the water.

Absolutely excellent hotel with an even more amazing restaurant that is featured on the Michelin Guide. Briones is a lovely, quaint town that is extremely convenient to explore the rioja region from. It is close by to big modern wineries like Vivanco as well as mid-sized ones like Lecea that are steeped in history and heritage. Staff were also very attentive and helpful, making our stay very pleasant.

Goed hotel, goede bed and breakfast. Ze hebben onze kamer niet schoongemaakt (we hadden een niet storen-bordje maar alleen tot 13:30 toen we het bordje 'alsjeblieft schoonmaken' verlieten en dat deden ze niet). Dat was geen probleem, maar ze zeiden dat het 15:30 was en dat was het niet.

El hotel estaba muy bien situado, muy cerca del centro pero con la comodidad de no estar en pleno bullicio.
La habitación es muy confortable.
El personal muy amable y atento en todo momento.
El ultimo día decidimos desayunar en el mismo hotel y salimos encantados, tiene bastante variedad.

GGuest UserGreat location - short walk from the Cathedral and Calle del Laurel and with a supermarket next door.
Room was very warm (early November - was 10-16 celcius outside) with only heating available in the rooms. And no air circulation. Had to open the window.
Parking was available but was super narrow - drove a Renault Captur and it was very tight. To be fair, the hotel did recommend parking at another car park nearby.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very nice and in a great location. It's not suitable for elderly people; the bathtub is slippery when getting in and out. There was very little soap; I asked for shampoo instead of shower gel, and the cups were paper. These are small details that could be greatly improved.
