Superb experience with class hospitality - from lodging to food to other amenities everything was perfect - very secure and highly convenient check-in to check out journey - Mr sohail Ashraf the chief security officer has ensured hotel security management top notch as the kids were roaming freely in all amenities section without any worry or concern. Complete staff was welcoming and deserve appreciations.

The location of this hotel is excellent, only a 10-minute walk to the nearby shopping mall. There are also several snack shops right downstairs, and ordering Foodpanda at night is very convenient and fast. The staff here are incredibly polite and helpful. Right after I booked via Trip.com, they proactively contacted me on WhatsApp to ask about my arrival time and any special needs. They even sent me a map and their precise location, which was very thoughtful and welcoming. In terms of the room, while there is no dedicated hot water system, the water temperature is naturally warm due to the hot weather in Pakistan. It feels just like a warm shower and was very comfortable. Whenever I had a question, I could just message them on WhatsApp, and they responded almost instantly at any time. I had a great stay here and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

Having read that the Pearl Continental was a 5 Star hotel, made me look forward to staying there. Upon arrival, the staff at the reception desk were very courteous and professional. Check-in was slow due to some alleged computer issue. The rooms were nothing special and looked very tired and in need of renovation. Especially the bathroom, which was on par with a 1 Star establishment. Breakfast was acceptable and service reasonable. Definitely not to 5 Star standards. Again the reception desk staff professional and courteous upon checking out. The icing on the cake for me was when we checked out, I asked where would be the best place to get a taxi. They said they have a desk near the entrance and the staff there can arrange transport for us. So we approached the desk and told them where we wished to go. After tapping on a calculator for 5 minutes the chap told us the fare would be 10,000 Rupees. 10,000 I exclaimed! This was more than double for what the journey should be. I was expecting it to be slightly more as it was being arranged by the staff of a so called “5 Star” hotel. I shared my thoughts on the fare but the chap was not interested. I reluctantly accepted the fare, paid the 10,000 rupees in cash, whilst trying to convince myself that it’ll save me walking a few hundred meters down the road and haggling with the taxi walas in the midday heat. So we were escorted to the vehicle by the chap from the desk. The vehicle wasn’t anything special, just a standard saloon, which had seen better days. The chap from the desk, gesture for me to follow him back to the desk, whilst he asked my wife to make herself comfortable in the car, and the driver began putting our cases in the boot. I followed him back towards the hotel entrance and asked what was going on? He casually replied that he had miscalculated the mileage and would require more money. To which I laughed and replied that the cost was already more than double. How could he be asking for more! I shouted to the driver to take the cases out of the vehicle and asked my wife to not get too comfortable. I then told the chap at the desk that I have never been dealt with in such an unprofessional insulting manner. I voiced that these type of extortion tactics are very unbecoming of a so called “5 Star” hotel. I demanded my 10,000 Rupees, which he grudgingly gave to me. Suffice to stay, I will never be staying at the Pearl Continental in Rawalpindi ever again. It’s most definitely NOT a 5 Star hotel in any shape, way or form. With staff like the guy who tried to rip me off, not once but twice, in broad daylight, just highlights the festering desperation, greed and total disregard of any form of respect or decency that exists here. Absolutely no shame. Anyway we walked 6 feet outside the hotel and got a taxi for 4,000 Rupees for the same journey. Be careful, everything isn’t what it seems. Watch out for these smiling passions and daylight highwaymen.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel and the staff were amazing throughout our stay of 10 days. The breakfast and the location was also superb. Cannot fault it for anything. The complimentary airport drop off and pick up was added benefit which other hotels do not provide. We will be coming back again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Avari Xpress in Lahore, and it was an exceptional experience. The rooms were absolutely wonderfully spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. What truly stood out were the amazing views of Lahore. From my room, I could gaze out over the vibrant cityscape, with breathtaking sights that captured the essence of Lahore’s charm, especially as the sun set. The staff were courteous and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyable stay. I highly recommend Avari Xpress to anyone visiting Lahore for a memorable and comfortable experience.

Very pleasant stay and decent room services. One complaint is there was a stain on blanket which I requested to get replaced and wasn't done. There was a slight musty odour but not too overpowering. Will definitely recommend proper cleaning and steaming of blankets and sheets and pillows. Else everything was good. Food was average and bit on pricier side.

Having stayed in numerous hotels and guesthouses over the years while traveling for business, this one is the best. I love the mattress; the support is excellent, clearly made with high-quality materials and no cheap, low-quality mattresses. It's perfect for a relaxing rest after a long day! The guesthouse owner is incredibly attentive and attentive to every detail. She even prepared a sumptuous dinner for us on Dragon Boat Festival, making me feel right at home. The location is also excellent and very safe. It's a welcome contrast to the crowded and oppressive old town. There's a beautiful boutique coffee shop just a few minutes' walk away; the coffee is delicious and the beans are unique. It's always a pleasure to stop by for a cup. The largest and newest shopping mall in the area is also within walking distance, which is very convenient. Highly recommended for business trips, independent travel, and any independent traveler!

I had an excellent experience at Hotel One Tower Gulberg. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was warm, professional, and very helpful. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The rooms were spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities were well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay, ensuring everything remained spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options available, catering to different tastes. The quality of the food, presentation, and service in the dining area were all excellent. Overall, Hotel One Tower Gulberg exceeded my expectations in every aspect, including hospitality, cleanliness, room comfort, and dining experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lahore and look forward to staying here again in the future

Ondanks het is een oud hotel en de voorzieningen zijn een groot oud, het ontwerp is heel indrukwekkend! De dienst is goed, vooral de tegenstanders zijn vriendelijk en efficiënt, de beveiligingsman aan de hoofddeur zijn ook vriendelijk en aardig! Hoe aanbevolen!!!
