We arrived after midnight but that was no problem because there’s always someone at the reception. The hotel is in the centre of the historical town. Very kind staff. The room was big, the bed comfortable, the bathroom was spacious as well and all spotlessly clean. Pity that it was only for one night. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops & sightseeing at walking distance.

Nice 2 days in this nice hotel conveniently located in a quiet area just outside of Gijon. Very spacious and clean room with a nice view on the pool.

El sitio está bien y a buen precio,pero al ser fin de semana el restaurante estaba cerrado. La cafetería estaba abierta para desayunar. La moqueta del pasillo no nos ha convencido del todo.

Unos días especiales en Oviedo, todo ello gracias a un hotel inmejorable y magnífico!

Hotel con camere moderne, circondato da altri palazzi pertanto nessuna vista panoramica. Parcheggio pubblico a pagamento nei paraggi, camere spaziose dal design moderno ma con colori e luci un po’ cupe dato che non si possono aprire le tende in quanto le finestre affacciano direttamente in fronte all’edificio adiacente.Nel bagno manca il bidet . Buona la pulizia, molto cordiale e disponibile tutto il personale.Manca anche il frigo.Vicino alla zona pedonale ricca di negozi e al lungomare e spiaggia di San Lorenzo. Molto vicina vi è un altra spiaggia

Het hotel was van goede kwaliteit wat betreft netheid en service. Er zijn echter een paar punten die voor verbetering vatbaar zijn om de ervaring perfect te maken: - Zowel het bad als de kookplaat waren gevaarlijk glad, vooral voor oudere gasten. - De centrale airconditioning stond ingesteld op 25 graden Celsius, waardoor het warm werd in de kamer. - Bij het ontbijt waren er onvoldoende bordjes die aangaven wat er op het menu stond, en de variatie bij alle stations was beperkt (zoet, hartig, vleeswaren, enz.). - Het buffet had een beperkte selectie Asturische producten. - Tot slot, een detail dat een kleine tegenvaller was voor een hotel van dit kaliber: het sinaasappelsap was rond 10:15 uur op. Ik verliet het buffet om 10:45 uur en het was nog steeds niet bijgevuld. Niets om over te klagen, integendeel, we prijzen de netheid en de klantenservice. We hopen dat deze punten worden aangepakt wanneer we terugkomen, want we komen zeker terug. Hartelijk dank en vriendelijke groeten.

The service was great as the attendants were very helpful. They allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel before check in time. The room was spacious and clean. The toilet was also really clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Muy bueno el parking es 10€ la Noche. Y no hay restaurante para cenar solo desayuno. En verdad está muy bonito el hotel. La gente muy amable. Un ambiente súper confortable en el patio

Comprei um pack família para 2 adultos e 2 crianças com acesso ao spa e jantar incluído. O check-in só se realiza a partir das 15 h. Não recebi mais nenhuma informação específica do hotel. Fiz o check-in por volta das 17h e sou informada que as crianças só têm acesso à piscina a partir das 13h e com última entrada às 16h30, por isso já não podiam ir à piscina. A rececionista foi extremamente desagradável. Ocorreu uma grave falha de comunicação do hotel porque comprei um pack com acesso à piscina que não era possível realizar. Felizmente a rececionista que estava à noite não era a mesma e foi bastante compreensiva com a situação tendo permitido que usufruíssemos do spa em família no dia seguinte entre as 13 e as 14h30.

Hotel cerca del centro, el restaurante correcto, precios correctos, habitacion reformada y grande, si te pilla de camino no te lo pienses.
