Ik was zeer tevreden met mijn verblijf in Bundchen Hotel tijdens deze reis. Omdat de reservering te laat was, heb ik per ongeluk het Bangchen Hotel gevonden. De prijs is betaalbaar. Hoewel het op enige afstand van Qingdao ligt, is het vervoer erg handig.
Na een verblijf van vier nachten vond ik de hotelomgeving erg goed, het sanitaire werk was erg goed en de service was bijzonder goed! Vooral het gastenservicecentrum en de conciërge hielpen ons heel snel met de vragen die we stelden en de vragen waarmee we hulp nodig hadden. Vooral op de dag voordat we vertrokken, omdat we te laat terugkwamen uit de stad, hielpen ze ons snel met het nemen van We hadden onze bagage op tijd klaar. We werden naar het overdrachtsgebied gestuurd en mochten onze terugvlucht halen. Ik was echt ontroerd en dankbaar.
De service van de obers in de ontbijtzaal was ook zeer attent, en mijn dochter vond het erg leuk.
Ik zal mijn vrienden zeker aanbevelen om in uw hotel te verblijven als ik de kans heb. Het duurt slechts minder dan tien minuten om naar de luchthaven te gaan, wat zo handig is.

The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing.

De locatie van het hotel is absoluut perfect en de faciliteiten behoren tot de beste in Yantai. De service was ook ongelooflijk hartelijk en professioneel.
We hadden een bijzondere ervaring tijdens ons verblijf: mijn zoon liet per ongeluk een van zijn schoenen in een DiDi-taxi liggen en we konden de chauffeur moeilijk bereiken vanwege de taalbarrière. Gelukkig deed medewerker Dragon Xu er alles aan om ons te helpen. Hij communiceerde met de chauffeur, regelde dat de schoen werd opgehaald en regelde zelfs alle bijbehorende details en kosten met grote zorg.
Die schoen had een heel speciale betekenis voor ons gezin en we zijn hem enorm dankbaar voor zijn vriendelijkheid en toewijding. Dankzij deze ervaring zullen we de volgende keer dat we Yantai bezoeken zeker weer met nog meer plezier in het Pullman Yantai Center verblijven.

Stayed with an infant, specifically booked a non smoking room and despite confirming it at the front desk upon check in, we were given a smoking room. Apparently they're all the same except that it's cleaned before hand, strong smells still linger. The shower drain was partially blocked, water overflowed meaning unable to take a proper shower. AC was not the strongest as it couldn't cool the room to our desired temperature.
Otherwise clean and convenient location near the train station.

Het grootste probleem met dit hotel is dat het water warm en koud is tijdens het douchen. Het water is warm, maar verandert vaak in puur heet water en verbrandt mensen. Ik hoop dat dit in de toekomst zal verbeteren. Het hotel ligt op ongeveer 500 meter afstand van het metrostation. De instructies zijn niet erg duidelijk. Het algehele serviceniveau van het hotel is relatief hoog, vergelijkbaar met dat van een vijfsterrenhotel. Bijna al het servicepersoneel is relatief goed, maar toen ik contact met hen opnam, had één persoon een groot probleem. Maar later nam het hotel ook enkele overeenkomstige maatregelen om de mensen tevreden te stellen. Een ander ding is dat de ramen van het hotel erg vies zijn, waardoor je het landschap moeilijk kunt zien, omdat ze inderdaad bedekt zijn met moddervlekken na de regen. Het lijkt erop dat de meeste hotels hier in Qingdao zo zijn, maar deze voelt meer... Om het nog ernstiger te stellen: je kunt het landschap eigenlijk helemaal niet zien. Kortom, als je het landschap wilt zien, is dat echt niet mogelijk. Dat ik hier vooral voor het uitzicht blijf, kan gezegd worden dat ik enorm teleurgesteld ben. Maar omdat er geen probleem is met het hotel zelf, geef ik het toch een goede beoordeling.

Fantastic stay! The free airport pick-up and drop-off were seamless. Staff were genuinely kind and helpful from check-in to check-out. I was warmly welcomed, check-in was quick thanks to pre-prepared paperwork, and I even got a WeChat message to confirm if I needed anything else.
The hotel is new, modern, and clean, with a beautiful scent in the hallways that reminded me of Crown Casino Melbourne. Rooms are high-tech with heated toilet seats, and thoughtful touches like free drinks in the lobby and bottled water in the gym and room. They even helped me iron my shirts!
Special thanks to Yang Qianqian and Shan Yuming. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Jinan, you won’t regret it.

Mindy from Guest Relations reached out beforehand to inquire about my room preferences and helped arrange everything, also explaining the executive club benefits. The location is excellent; just across Quancheng Square is Henglong Plaza (very convenient for dining and shopping), and it's close to other attractions. Parking is easy and plentiful. The stay was quite comfortable.
I accidentally left a small bag at the hotel when I checked out, but thankfully, after contacting Zora at the service center, it was quickly found and mailed back to me.
Overall, a fantastic experience.

GGuest UserIt's rare to feel such a strong urge to leave a positive review right after checking in, but this hotel truly exceeded my expectations! I had a 23-hour layover in Qingdao and wanted to catch the sunrise by the sea. I didn't have high hopes for the hotel initially, and although I missed the sunrise, the hotel experience was amazing. I got a late check-in and was upgraded to a king room with a terrace, which was incredibly comfortable. They even helped me with laundry, drying my clothes and delivering them right to my door. All the staff members provided excellent service. I felt like I was getting a thousand-dollar experience for only a hundred! The robot delivery for food was prompt, and the hotel environment is also very nice. It's just a few hundred meters from the subway station, so the location is easy to find. Atour Light gets a big thumbs up!

Breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and the location is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk to May Fourth Square, and right across the street from Qingdao's bustling MixC mall. Winni, the staff member who checked us in, had an exceptional service attitude; seeing that we had elderly family with us, she thoughtfully arranged a non-smoking room on a quiet floor. The hotel gym is also quite good. The only minor issue is that the underground parking is a bit like a maze, but the parking attendant was very kind.

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness throughout the entire property. The lobby was bright and inviting, the hallways were pristine, and our room was immaculate. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, and it made our stay feel both safe and luxurious.
The staff deserves a special mention. Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to the dining area, was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They greeted us with genuine smiles, were always ready with a local recommendation, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their positive attitude really set the tone for our entire trip.
Now, let’s talk about the breakfast – it was excellent! We’ve stayed at many hotels where the complimentary breakfast is a bit of an afterthought, but not here. There was a fantastic variety of selections to choose from. We enjoyed hot items like waffles and scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, pastries, and healthy yogurts. The coffee was always fresh and piping hot, and there was a great selection of teas and chilled juices to start our day right. It’s a real game-changer to begin a day of exploring with such a satisfying and delicious meal.
What truly sealed the deal for us was the incredible value. The price was very reasonable, especially when compared to other hotels in a similar category that we've stayed at in Qingdao. You get so much more for your money here—the excellent breakfast, the modern, clean rooms, and the wonderful service make it a standout choice.
The location was another huge plus for us. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around the city without a car. Furthermore, the surrounding area is vibrant and full of life! We loved being able to step outside and find great restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It felt like we were in the heart of the action.
Finally, as non-smokers, we greatly appreciated that the entire hotel, including all rooms, was completely smoke-free. It made the environment so much more pleasant.
In summary, our stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao was practically perfect. It offers incredible value, combining cleanliness, exceptional service, a delicious breakfast, and a prime location. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and will be recommending it to all our friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay

GGuest UserI didn't book a hotel near the sea during the peak holiday. This hotel is a little far away, across a street, but it's still close to the beach. You can see a little bit of the sea from the upper floors, but it's mainly blocked by high-rise buildings in front. The hotel rooms are large, clean and tidy, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and although the facilities are a little old, it's still good overall, especially the thick door of the room with good sound insulation.

I have to praise the bed and mattress—they were perfectly comfortable, not too soft and not too firm, ensuring a deep sleep all night long. The staff were consistently polite and enthusiastic, never intrusive but always responsive when needed. The breakfast offered a wide selection, and the made-to-order items tasted fantastic. ちちなみI booked this hotel because I had an early morning flight from Qingdao the next day and saw reviews saying it was within walking distance. Since I was arriving around 1:30 AM, I called the hotel in advance, and the staff sent me a detailed video of the route, making it easy to find.
From the Qingdao Airport departure hall (if you're arriving from out of town, take the elevator to the 4th floor departure hall after collecting your luggage), find area A for check-in. Diagonally opposite, next to the meeting point, there's a door that leads to the hotel's connecting corridor. It's less than a ten-minute walk, and the corridor was well-lit even in the middle of the night, so there's no need to worry. The Junting Hotel and Bangchen Hotel are together, with Junting being slightly further. The front desk has 24-hour service, which is great! And the staff were very welcoming.
The room was quite spacious. Although it felt a bit old and not very new, and perhaps the carpet caused a slight odor, the overall cleanliness was acceptable. The bathroom sink had a bit of a strange smell, but the large space meant it didn't really affect my rest. The shower had good water pressure and the water was hot enough.
Regarding the price, at over 400 yuan, the overall value for money was a bit high, but its excellent location made it acceptable.

QQueenie117The hotel is in a great location, with the Golden Beach just across the street. You can put down your luggage and change into your swimsuit to go swimming. If you don't want to swim, there are two rows of electric scooters parked in the hotel parking lot that you can rent by scanning a code. It's very comfortable to drive an electric scooter on the beach and feel the sea breeze. The hotel facilities are clean and hygienic. Although the breakfast is simple, it's enough to fill you up. The self-service beverage machine in the lobby is very good. However, when I was taking a shower on the second night, the water spilled out for some reason, and there was no place to drain it. I had to ask the waiter to borrow a mop to mop myself in the middle of the night, so I deducted 0.5 points for this. Overall, I am very satisfied with this sea view room.

FFrom a SingaporeanThe positive attitude and service performance of the staff ranging from front desk, concierge/security to breakfast restaurant and house keeping is excellent. The classic hotel personal service with a modern twist makes the stay a memorable experience. On my check-in, Ms Xiao Jiao and Ms Xiao Cong gave me and explained briefly the leaflet on the hotel’s suggested tourist attractions in Yantai. They also enthusiastically exchanged small RMB notes with me. They also gave me a piece of mooncake of my choice (and during my check-out too). The restaurant staff is attentive, replenishing food and drinks and attending to requests promptly. Due to my lack of command of Mandarin and accent, the chef cooked the wanton instead of the mackerel dumplings for me, he immediately served me the dumplings when he realised the miscommunication. The next morning, after serving me the mackerel dumplings, he, I think, recognised me, suggested I could add soup and condiments to the dumplings. I find their fleshly cooked dumplings are even better than the dumplings from the most famous dumplings restaurant in Yantai. The concierge staff on 2 days helped me book taxi using her phone app, paying in advance on my behalf as booking via internet cannot be settled in cash. The concierge/front desk lent me umbrella without question.
After a delayed and tiring flight, Mr Xiao Gao brought me to my room and explained the mechanics of the switches in the room. There was a hand-written welcome note from Ms Liu, with 2 cups of white fungus/goji drink beside it. The drink together with the note and fruits in the room, not only soothed my dry throat but also lifted the mood. House keeping provided fruits, white fungus/goji drink and dried chrysanthemum/rose flowers (to prepare for drinking) and 4 bottles (500 ml) of water daily, with up to 14 bottles at the lift lobby on my floor, and guests can also request house keeping for more bottles. On my check out day, during my breakfast, they left at the door handle, a bag of goodies, fruits and bottles of water and souvenirs (4 key chains with various types of sea shells), together with a hand-written farewell/bon voyage note from Ms Liu. Well done The Center Hotel staff, you are a pride to the hotel, the hospitality industry and Yantai!
