Our stay at the Shangri-La Jinan was a fantastic experience. We decided to visit Jinan on a whim and, trusting the Shangri-La brand, booked the hotel on the very day of our arrival. The front desk attendant kindly upgraded us to a room with a better view. Overlooking the cityscape of Baotu Spring and Quancheng Square, the room offered an amazing view. The hotel is situated in the prime location of Quancheng, right across from Quancheng Square. Baotu Spring and Wulongtan (Five Dragon Pool) are within walking distance, and Daming Lake and Kuanhouli are also very close by, making it extremely convenient to explore Jinan's core attractions. In addition, all the staff we encountered were very friendly. We arrived late at night, and when we needed temporary children's amenities, extra pillows, and blankets, housekeeping delivered them promptly. A really great experience.

I absolutely loved the service at this hotel! I was traveling with my dog, so I specifically looked for a pet-friendly hotel. To my surprise, when I checked in, I received a package of dog treats (a pack of Crazy Dog chicken jerky). I also told the front desk staff that I hoped to find a room where my dog wouldn't disturb others (because if it's too close to the elevator or an outside area where people pass, my dog might bark). The staff found me a very quiet room, and my dog barely made a sound! Plus, all the staff members were incredibly friendly towards animals. The room itself was typical Atour – very clean and comfortable. And the surprises kept coming! When we checked out, the front desk staff heard we were driving and even gave us a special little driving gift package! All in all, this hotel truly warmed my heart!

It offers soothing, postcard-worthy ocean vistas anytime, anywhere, and every snapshot looks like a professional photograph. The suite has a well-designed layout. The two-bedroom setup balances privacy with comfort, and the space is spacious and spotless. The high-end soft furnishings make for a very cozy and pleasant stay. Our butler, Winnie, provided attentive and meticulous service throughout our stay. She was quick to respond and went above and beyond—from check-in and luggage handling to answering all kinds of requests, her thoughtful care made us feel truly well-cared for. The hotel breakfast is of great quality with a rich and comprehensive variety, featuring both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are authentic, and it includes a wide selection of hot dishes, desserts, fruits, and drinks. The food preparation is consistently good, with no cutting corners. With excellent service, a prime environment, and stunning views, this is a top-choice accommodation for a seaside getaway in Yantai.

Overall, this hotel offers a great experience. Its convenient location makes getting around and finding places to eat easy. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient. The facilities are well-maintained, and the bathroom had consistent water pressure. The only drawback is the average soundproofing; you can occasionally hear noise from the hallway. It offers good value for money and is suitable for travelers. I would consider staying here again on my next visit.

Even when the lobby was busy and crowded, the team remained calm and methodical without showing any impatience, maintaining a consistently wonderful attitude. Check-out was equally smooth and fast. They casually asked about our stay and genuinely wanted to hear our honest feedback. The service from housekeeping and other departments was also top-notch; every employee we passed in the hallways greeted us politely. As the very first point of contact upon entering, the front desk truly demonstrated that they have the guests' best interests at heart, anticipating needs before they even arise. The entire stay was carefree and deeply comfortable. Highly recommended, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town!

When I came to Qingdao this time, after comparing various options, I chose the Wyndham Grand Qingdao and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, and the interior environment is quiet and peaceful, free from outside noise. The mattress was very comfortable, and after one night's stay, all my fatigue was gone. The smart home system and Dyson hairdryer were great added touches. The cleaning was meticulous, and staff members Xiaoxiao and Lydia were responsive to all questions and efficient in their work. This hotel is perfect for both business trips and short getaways.

Choosing this airport hotel because of an early morning flight turned out to be a great decision—it definitely didn't disappoint. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft, and despite being close to the airport, the soundproofing was fantastic, ensuring a sound and peaceful sleep all night. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick. It's an absolute top choice for a short layover and a place I highly recommend to anyone catching a flight.

This hotel was pretty good overall. We stayed in four rooms for four days, and while there were a few minor hiccups, they didn't really detract from the experience. It was perfect for a family stay; the kids loved playing in the sand on the beach behind the hotel, swimming in the pool, and exploring the playground in the nearby mangrove forest. All in all, a five-star rating!

The best place for a calm vacation on a beach for a affordable price. This was a nice little hotel standing right in front of a beach. The placement can be seen as perfect as this large beach is wonderful itself and much better then the beaches at the city center. The only inconvenience to consider when choosing this or nearby hotels is lack of cafes and restorans nearby, so you'd better take breakfasts in the hotel, they were not bad, tasty and very filing, with serveral options to choose from. For other places to eat, except for a two nearby costly restorans, you'll have to wark to find one about 1-1,5 km or more. If you want to spend more time in the city center consider also the time to travel to it, about 1,5 hours on a bus, 30-50 minutes on taxi. The service was decent, even though stuff does not speak english they were very welcome and supportive, helping me and calling taxi a couple of times when I needed it. The hotel itself is clean. The room was cleaned daily, not perfectly as the floors in the room stayed a bit dusty all the time but that was not too much of an issue. The bedding was always clean, towels were clean as well and changed daily. I have to say a few words about the beach and the see themselves. The beach is large and clean, there are trash bins which are cleaned daily. It have a sand of very good quality, indeed of a golden color. The beach longs for several kilometers and is from about 150 meters wide to 200+ meters wide depending on the tides. The beach is shallow but no too much, you can easily walk to a place where you can swim freely. It was August and the water was extremely warm and cozy. It was clean with little human made trash coming from the see, but due to temperature the water near the shore start blooming on a second or third day of my stay there. I had to walk 10-15 meters in a 50-80 centimeters deep water full of seaweed before I come to clear waters. I bit unpleasant but not a big deal. There were some jelly fish coming the shore, the see doesn't have dangerous ones though. The beach has some infrastructure, at least there is a place to wash your hands and legs and there are public toilets nearby the beach, but there are no safeguards on it. With an chinese specifics I would say that's a plus as they are too restrictive and protective here.
