Hotel room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Everything In the room seemed new. Super nice and comfortable. One set-back hotel did not provide disposable sleepers. I could not find it anywhere in the room. I thought this was a standard item in every hotel now. Counter service staffs seemed okay except for a few who are not very helpful. Presumably not knowledgeable. Hotel location is not good. It is away from Railway Station and especially Metro Station. As I rely on subway train or public bus alot to get around as a budget traveller and to blend in into their local life.. And I find it not convenient to get around for sightseeing and others.

Op 14 oktober 2025 verbleef ik specifiek in dit hotel waar ik al heel lang naartoe wilde. Als je hier verblijft, moet je absoluut een kamer met rivierzicht kiezen; zo kun je direct vanuit je kamer genieten van een panoramisch uitzicht op de Yalu River Broken Bridge – dat is de echte waarde van een verblijf hier! Foto acht en negen tonen het uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Het hotel ligt direct tegenover de Yalu River Broken Bridge, een werkelijk unieke locatie. Hoewel de kamerfaciliteiten wat gedateerd zijn, waren ze nog steeds schoon, netjes en licht, en de badkamer had een aparte douche en toilet. Het hotel stelde ook een verrekijker op de kamer beschikbaar zodat gasten het landschap van Noord-Korea aan de overkant van de rivier konden bekijken.

We were extremely happy with our stay at this hotel and thoroughly satisfied with the outstanding service. Even though I wasn’t the easiest guest—having to modify my travel plans when my friend joined me during my stay—the manager went above and beyond to quickly adjust my booking multiple times to accommodate my needs. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, beautifully styled, and staffed with many kind and helpful coworkers. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

My room was in 2130. The bathroom is clean and well maintained, but my first impression of the bedroom isn't quite well. Some lamps are broken and the TV couldn't be turned on (I already checked the electricity outlet). And the room corridor is very confusing, it felt like I was in a maze. Even though they already provide a map, it still needs quite a while to figure out the way to go to your room. And for breakfast, please consider an upgrade. When i was checking in, the staff seemed busy and not focused, but when i was checking out, the staff gave me a hand cream and a can of soda complimentary, which is great.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel and would definitely give it 5 stars! The service was outstanding — the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They truly made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The location is perfect, right in the center, which made everything so convenient and easy to access. It saved me a lot of time and made my trip much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a great central location. I will definitely stay here again!

This is one of the best value-for-money hotels I’ve stayed at in China. If you don’t mind slightly aged furniture, this is a great choice and definitely worth considering. What I liked: • The location is very good, with many shopping malls nearby, including Walmart. • Despite the affordable price, the hotel still provides standard concierge services such as luggage delivery and welcome fruits, which was a nice touch. • The overall service level exceeded expectations for the price point. Tips: • If your booking does not include breakfast, you may want to check with the front desk — you might be in for a pleasant surprise. • For metro access, I preferred using Taiyuanjie Station instead of Shenyang Station, as it felt more convenient. Overall, a great budget-friendly option with good service and an excellent location.

I extend my stay there for another day due to the hotel is affordable, comfortable and near Metro. I accidentally left my wallet in the hotel room and tough that no room cleaning will be done. I when out in the morning and back in the night and notice that my room has been clean. I was worried about my cash in the wallet that have around $700 and my cards which I did not place into the safety box when missing . After check not even a single thing or $ missing. Thanks to all the staff which is able to guide and recommend us place to visit. Will back to this hotel when my next visit 🫡

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is really close to the beach, making it super convenient to enjoy the sea. Its prime location also means easy access to transportation, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel's overall decor is simple yet elegant, and the environment is clean and refined. My room was spacious and bright with excellent ventilation and natural light. It was meticulously cleaned, with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very restful sleep. All the room facilities were new and complete, with plenty of hot water and stable water pressure. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a thoughtful touch. The soundproofing was excellent, making for a quiet and peaceful environment, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; they even contacted us immediately when we left something behind.

It was an amazing hotel with high level of luxury. Friendly staff. Location is excellent next to the most luxurious mall in Shenyang, Mixc, which can be accessible from the hotel through underground. Youth park is across the street from the hotel and it's a good place for a walk. Hotel is located in a very nice and safe area.

Room was clean and spacious! Location was central and easy to navigate. The hotel was equipped with Smart AI - ‘Xiaodu’ to control the room settings and robots to send the delivery to our room. The staff was also professional and prompt in their service, their manager was checking in our stay to make sure that we were always comfortable. Recommend!
