River Rock Casino Hotel in Vancouver is een fantastische plek om te verblijven, vooral als je met je gezin reist. Een van de beste dingen is het binnenzwembad met een leuke waterglijbaan waar zowel kinderen als volwassenen van genieten. Er is ook een grote hottub, perfect om te ontspannen na een lange dag. De lobby is prachtig en gastvrij, met watervallen en comfortabele zitjes. De service is uitstekend. Het personeel is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en staat altijd klaar om je te helpen met alles wat je nodig hebt. Vanaf het moment dat je binnenkomt, voel je je goed verzorgd. Het hotel is ook superhandig gelegen, direct naast de SkyTrain, waardoor je gemakkelijk naar het centrum of de luchthaven kunt reizen.

Very good place to stay bed was very comfy and great price. East to get to

A nice stay in the Park Inn Hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy. We had a double queen room, which was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just outside the town. Breakfast was basic but set us up for the day. Water stations are available. Would stay again.

This hotel is under Marriott and is well managed by friendly staff at the front desk. Check-in and check-out are quick and smooth. Indoor guest car parking is just across the street for $9.45. The spacious rooms and bathrooms have significant counter areas decorated with bright lights. Ice machines are on every floor. Washing and drying machines are available for $3 each. The indoor swimming pool opens from 7am to 11pm, and the gym is open 24/7. The only downside was the coil of the air conditioning was installed in the room, so you will hear the big noise when the coil starts to work the room temperature colder.

The best hotel in Vancouver!

Helpful staff, laundry on site. Kitchen has NOTHING not even cutlery/plates. Hard when traveling and jut wanting to buy trays etc. should have basics in there. Air con not air con really a built in fan with cold water. Our room got hotter not cooler and it was checked it was cold in the system but didn’t want to blow that out. Was told not an air con! So sad especially the price you are paying!

All I can say is the kids loved it other than the beds. The beds were both visibly sunken in the middle. This was in room 164. Our friends stayed in another room and had great beds. Ours needs replacing badly. The worst part was the noise at night heard until everyone settled down for the night around midnight. (We use earplugs and still too noisy) The rooms aren’t sound proof at all. Upstairs or down. Our friends stayed in a room upstairs and had the same problem. The best part was the pool for the kids which is why we chose to stay here along with the included breakfast(yogurt, peaches fruit cups, white bread for toast, cereal, make your own pancakes, juice and coffee. Had milk but no cream for coffee which many voiced their disappointed ). Very minimal breakfast but kids were happy enough. Hopefully management can make a few changes to make the stay better for the guests to come.

Overall, the service was good.

My husband booked a two night stay at Painter's lodge for my birthday. Apparently the lodge is under new management and just opened 2 days before our stay. This lodge must have been quite the hotel in its day. It needs a lot of work and with love and care I think it will reach its original beauty. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The restaurant and bar were not up and running but we were offered a continental breakfast of yogurt, fruit, granola bars and juice. The location was perfect and the decor was lovely. It felt like time had been turned back to a wonderful era. Lots of history displayed on the walls. We had a wonderful stay.
