O hotel esta precisando de manutenção.
Roupa de cama já desgastada, estando algumas rasgadas.
A recepção do hotel só fede a cachorro molhado. Precisam melhorar muito neste quesito.
Apesar do hotel ter a opção de tomar o café da manhã, pagando uma taxa extra, optamos por não tomar o café da manhã no hotel em função do fedor da recepção.
Já fiquei hospedado há alguns anos no Ibis Budget de Aracaju em Atalaia e, infelizmente, o hotel caiu muito na qualidade.
Hoje não recomendaria a estadia neste hotel.

Plezier gegarandeerd met recreatieve voorzieningen zoals een buitenzwembad en fitnessfaciliteiten. Enkele voorzieningen van dit hotel zijn gratis wifi, een spelletjesruimte en hulp bij uitstapjes/tickets.

Atendimento da recepcionista Laysla incrível, muito simpática e prestativa. Fiquei em um quarto que o ar condicionado não estava gelando bem, o funcionário Arthur ( muito simpático e disposto a ajudar) tentou resolver o problema, como não conseguiu prontamente nos mudaram de quarto . O Sr Carlos ( também muito educado e prestativo) nos ajudou a fazer a troca e antes nos levou ao quarto para ver se ar nos satisfazia. Atendimento no geral excelente!!! Ótimas instalações, tudo muito limpo. Adorei!!!

A avaliação feita por minha esposa ... O hotel é super confortável (quarto amplo, limpo, iluminado, banheiro espaçoso, lençóis maravilhosos). Café da manhã com uma variedade fantástica (sem falar no bolo de puba, que estava um espetáculo). Fica bem localizado, uma piscina boa com um jardim bem cuidado.
O único ponto negativo, foi a cobrança de uma taxa extra, criada pelo estabelecimento, que o segundo o recepcionista, seria para gratificação dos funcionários, além dos 10% pelo serviço, a qual pagamos sem problema. Ao questinarmos sobre mais esse valor, o recepcionista nos fez assinar um termo afirmando que nos negamos a pagar uma despesa que NÃO GERAMOS. Isso foi constrangedor. Fora essa situação, o hotel é muito bom.

Gostei muito da comida e do pré atendimento. A equipe como um todo bem gentil e solicita. Em relação as instalações tenho somente ressalva (sugestão), em relação ao controle do ar-condicionado, gostaria de um móvel além do fixo na parede. E de um mapa do hotel destacando os principais locais, como: restaurante, como chegar rooftop, academia... Mas o hotel é de muita qualidade. Muito satisfeita com a experiência de me hospedar no Vidam, e principalmente com o atendimento.

Leider war das Zimmer vom Greuch her nicht tragbar
Es roch nach feuchte Schimmel. Wir mussten deshalb von 2 Tagen auf 1 Tag verkürzen. Das Geld wie bei der Rezeption versprochen ist natürlich bis heute nicht da. Also Lieber hier Airbnb und Finger weg vor diesem Hotel.

MMarjorieThe receptionist Laysla's care is incredible, very sympathetic and performing. I stayed in a room that the air conditioning was not cooling well, the official Arthur (very sympathetic and willing to help) tried to solve the problem, as he could not quickly change us to the room . Mr Carlos (also very educated and well-profited) helped us make the exchange and before took us to the room to see if the air was satisfied. Excellent general service!!! Excellent facilities, everything very clean. I loved!!!

18 hours still without water. I asked for a daily return to change hotel. The manager who could authorize became uncommunicable
I went out to dinner . About 21 hours still without water . The manager came and said he could not return the daily . He offered me to switch for a suite .
I exchanged . Suite only with cold water
7th day shower of the suite opened normally and when the hot water began disappears
Finally a complete disaster .

Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet. Riesige Auswahl. Eierspeisen und Tapioca frisch zubereitet. Sehr aufmerksames Personal.
Wir hatten ein einfaches Zimmer gebucht, aber es war mega klein und nach hinten raus, ohne Balkon. Für 100 R$ Aufpreis pro Nacht haben wir dann ein Zimmer vorne raus, mit Balkon, erhalten. Leider aber ist der Strassenlärm nachts sehr störend. Die Fenster sind einfach verglast und somit nicht schalldicht.

AAOFILHOBABom Resort, muito entretenimento o dia todo, som ao vivo à noite e pra completar ainda tem um pub que fica de 23 às 5:00, fora que tem dia de boate lá.
Achei tudo bom, gostaria apenas de sugerir ao Resort, colocar uma sala de jogos com sinuca, mesa de dominó, damas, baralho, xadrez, dentre outros, pois acredito que seria um complemento ideal para as atividades diárias.
