De ligging van het hotel beviel mij wel, maar het ontbijt zou beter kunnen. Ik heb er een week doorgebracht en het ontbijt was steeds hetzelfde. Er was geen variatie in het eten en er was geen natuurlijk sap.

I was likely given a very poor room because I arrived quite late. Although the room had a window, there was almost no natural light, and it fell far short of the ”city view” described. The overall experience was disappointing, especially compared to what was advertised. I hope the hotel can improve room allocation and ensure that all guests receive a stay that matches the description, regardless of their arrival time.

Het ontbijt is altijd uitstekend en een must-have, maar het wifi-netwerk reikt niet tot in het hele hotel en is erg onstabiel. Je moet naar de lobby om je laptop of notebook aan te sluiten. Ik had dit probleem al in maart en het is nog steeds niet opgelost. Let op, Cop 30 komt met veel zakenreizigers. Dit moet snel en overal in het hotel worden opgelost. Verder is dit een hotel dat ik van harte aanbeveel.

Standaardkamers met zeer oude airconditioning en een oude kamer; we vroegen om een andere kamer en betaalden voor een gerenoveerde kamer. Verder was de service van Amanda uitstekend en het ontbijt was heerlijk.

Very comfortable and organized, super educated and requested staff, I thank you too, because I needed help with some personal issues and helped me with attention, also gave to realize care also with the room and bathroom, I found small 😅 but nothing that catches the routine, I found super comfortable and modern, clean and organized, quiet environment, excellent breakfast and well varied, my experience was great, sure I would like to return! Ficar hospedado alguns dias (e noites) no Bristol Umarizal foi uma experiência interessante. Quarto bastante espaçoso, chuveiro muito bom, e o mais importante: cama confortável, com duas diferentes opções de travesseiro (prezo muito os mais macios!). Checkin e checkout rápidos, recepção profissional e simpática, além de um ”desayuno” bom e variado nos convenceram que em próximas viagens a Belém este hotel será nosso endereço preferido.

GGermano Brasileiro PinheiroStaff were great and so was the service they provided 🤓 overall we had a decent stay but the hotel clearly needs a revamp. WiFi signal can be a struggle depending on the floor you’re on. I’d recommend it as the location is unbeatable, service (like I said) is great and overall I had a good stay.

The only thing that doesn't worth the price is food, which was the time I wanted to give a second chance for a restaurant (we were disappointed for the first time) but the fish was out of the point again. Moreover, it seems that green smell is considered as vegetables and not as temperament ... The smell was well made, but, full of green smell, changed the taste of food. But it was all right!

When I arrived at the hotel I could always study a little more, because the table and the chair that the room has are excellent, and I liked the minibar that the room has. One point of attention was the air conditioner that seemed old because it was making a lot of noise.
