Great hotel and location. Has everything you need within walking distance. Restaurants bars and casino just downstairs. Pool was lovely. More restaurants and Pac Fair mall just across the street. 5 min walk to the beach. We even walked to Draculas Cabaret for some evening entertainment one night. Staff were friendly and helpful and everything was clean. Would stay here again. The only down side was having to pay extra for parking. It’s $20 a day.

Location of the resort is very good, on the river, close to the Surfers Paradise central area and walking distance to the beach. It has lots of free garage and on site parking. It has tennis court, beautiful pool with hot outdoor spa , gym and dry sauna. All service desk guys were very attentive and helpful. Downside is that the resort is old and needs lots of maintenance. All common areas are in need of a facelift. All units have individual owners. The unit I stayed had blocked sink in the bathroom and bed mattress in the bedroom was worn out and sagging to one side. Lucky me I was able to sleep on the other side!

It’s the second time I’ve stayed at the sky tower now and it was again a great experience. Check in and out was easy. The sky high apartment was perfect with the amenities / kitchen in the apartment perfect for what we needed. The view out to the Brisbane river was beautiful and the location was an easy walk to the casino and shopping areas of Brisbane. Had a quick chance to relax by the pool which was exactly what we needed after a busy day in Brisbane.

The room was very clean, and the female front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. We were given slippers for free, and the complimentary coffee was delicious. Since it was Christmas, the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, which made it very convenient.

I found this property via Kayak which then led me to Trip.com. After paying I found the property was in a different location to the map and didn't match the photos. The email confirmation had the right photos and that's when I realised something strange was going on. I didn't know I'd be sharing this tiny apartment with a stranger until I turned up. It's basically someone's apartment. The living room has a curtained off area where I think someone else sleeps. The pillow smelled as if someone had already used it. Room just had a broken pedestal fan. The room also doesn't lock so I didn't feel safe leaving anything valuable in there, let alone sleeping with a stranger right next door. Wifi also wasn't working. I left right away and found somewhere else to stay. Not worth the money at all, just a very strange situation. I travel a lot and won't ever be using Trip.com again either. Can't trust it.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was ok but during our stay, no one came and clean up and we asked to change the towels only and the housekeeper seemed like she wasn't happy. When we checked in, the staff at the reception didn't give us any information on when to check out or information about the hostel because my application showed that I could check out until 5 pm, luckily I was asking. We don't ask for any special treatment but just the basic thing that we should've known. We've stayed at YHA Sydney Harbour and the staff were friendlier. Not that bad but not that good though.

Na mijn toespraak bij de receptie gisteravond ben ik vandaag eindelijk overgestapt op een kamer met een balkon. In feite delen meerdere kamers een balkon, maar het komt zelden voor dat ik gisteren van het verzegelde dubbele glas** afkom. Sommige kamers op het terras hebben bordjes waar niet mag worden gerookt en andere niet. Ik weet niet wat ik ervan moet denken. Het toilet is de eerste keer dat ik het in Fumura zag en ik gebruikte het in Kyoto. Maar het spuit geen water en het is nutteloos. De manager kwam en verving de batterij. Het werkte niet. Het betekent alleen dat er morgen iemand komt om het te repareren, maar er kwam niemand tegen de tijd dat ik uitcheckte. De manager was zeer toegewijd en ging op het toilet zitten om zijn pak keer op keer te passen, waardoor mensen echt gingen zweten voor zijn pak. Ik heb persoonlijk getest dat de balkondeur niet van buitenaf kan worden geopend nadat deze is gesloten. Vergeet niet uw mobiele telefoon mee te nemen als u bij harde wind naar het balkon gaat, anders wordt het hele balkon een podium voor het bellen om hulp.

Good experience at check-in - we arrived at 2am and left immediately the next morning for an early flight. Location is superb - right next to the domestic terminal. View of the room was good too, looking at the airport.

The location is great and the room is spacious. However, it’s obvious that the whole property is not well-maintained. The welcome greeting was the odour from the room. Thick dust was still accumulating at each corner. The aged limescale was the boldest statement I have ever heard, not mention that the fixed shower head is way too outdated.
