Sia Resort & Spa was a really great stay. The hotel was completed in Sept 2025 and we stayed here for our trip to Tsaghkadzor.
Our Suite was very large and very clean with great modern interior. Hearing worked well and was very quiet. Bathroom was big and very well lit.
Did not get a chance to check out the heated pool or the spa but plan on it next time we visit. Garnik (general manager) and Harut were very kind and helpful with anything we needed. As was all the other staff, just spoke more with Garnik and Harut.
My family and I had a very comfortable and relaxed stay here up in the mountains of Armenia and we will be booking again in the future. No complaints. There was an issue with breakfast not being included in their system but once I showed my online booking info they checked with management and confirmed it was correct and it was all taken care of in less than 2 minutes.
Glad to know Sia Resort has excellent staff and rooms so close to everything in Tsaghkadzor.

Het hotel heeft een fantastische locatie en mijn kamer had het mooiste uitzicht. Vanuit het raam konden we het Kecharis-klooster en de hele zonsopgang zien. Het complex is enorm groot met diverse voorzieningen zoals een zwembad, een basketbalveld, een tennisbaan, enzovoort. Dit is zowel een voordeel als een nadeel, omdat de kamer wat verder van de receptie ligt en er geen shuttleservice is. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Voor vegetariërs die ook eieren eten, zijn er beperkte opties, maar het eten smaakt goed.
Twee minpunten die naar mijn mening verbeterd hadden kunnen worden:
- Er waren veel huisvliegen bij het raam, wat nogal irritant was. En 's ochtends vond je veel dode huisvliegen onderaan het raam.
- De kamer lijkt theoretisch groot, maar omdat een groot deel van de ruimte wordt ingenomen door de trap, is het eigenlijk gewoon een slaapkamer met wat loopruimte rond het bed. Ik zou aanraden om een grotere kamer te boeken.

У отеля отличное местоположение, рядом с подъёмником на горнолыжный склон, сам отель большой и элегантный. Территория отеля огромная и очень красивая, есть бассейн с сауной, обязательно к посещению))) в номере есть чайник и 2 бутылки воды, но нет чая или кофе... В целом очень приятное послевкусие

В целом поставили бы 4. Сам отель, номера, бассейн твердая 5, но есть одно но
К сожалению, при заселении в номер deluxe, у нас не работал кондиционер, погода при этом +38
Спать было тяжело, менеджеры проигнорировали сказав, что можем доплатить и переселиться в другой номер. Это минус
Также одна из администраторов, когда у нас возникло желание продлить проживание, сказала, что нет номеров, однако они были, о чем мы сказали. На что получили ответ: это неправда, все заполнено, 90% никаких номеров не будет.
Мы все равно забронировали и продлили, нас успокоил другой администратор, что бронь стоит
Также есть девушка администратор, очень вежливая и милая, к сожалению, не запомнила имя(
В целом, если бы не кондиционер и не игнорирование просьб с ним, поставила бы твердею 5!

Voor wie in de winter komt skiën, is het erg handig. Voor alle anderen ligt het hotel echter ver van restaurants en uitgaansgelegenheden. Het hotel zelf is luxueus. Maar het ontbijt is vrij eenvoudig.

Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Due to some small issue they upgraded my cottage without any additional charges. Overall it was nice stay.
It was little strange that breakfast option was not available in my selection at the time of booking But it wasn’t great deal since we aren’t early risers.

Плюс отеля это его местоположение. До подъемников 10 минут пешком. В горку но всё таки в пешей доступности. Рядом отличный ресторан. Сам отель произвел не однозначное впечатление. Красивое лобби (оно же столовая где накрывают завтрак), приветливый персонал. Хорошие виды из окна. Есть небольшой спортзал со столом для настольного тенниса. Но есть и минусы, достаточно уставшие номера, серые полотенца, скромный выбор на завтрак. Нет комнаты для хранения г/л снаряжения и сушки ботинок. В номере только чайник и маленький холодильник (он же мини бар).

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location and my room had the best view. From the room window, we could see Kecharis monastery and the entire sunrise. The property is huge with a range of amenities like pool, basketball court, tennis court etc. This both a boon and a bane as the room is a bit far from the reception with no shuttle service. The staff is really friendly and helpful.
For vegetarians who also eat eggs, there are limited food options, but they taste good.
Two cons that I felt could have been improved:
- There were a lot of houseflies near the window which was a but annoying. And in the morning, you’ll find a lot of dead houseflies at the bottom of the window
- The room size might theoretically look big, but because a lot of the room size is used up in the stairs, it’s actually just a bedroom with some walking space around the bed. I would recommend to book a bigger room at this property.

SSveDThe hotel has a great location, next to the ski slope, the hotel itself is large and elegant. The area of the hotel is huge and very beautiful, there is a swimming pool with sauna, necessarily to visit)))) in the room there is a teapot and 2 bottles of water, but there is no tea or coffee ... In general very pleasant after-tasting

DDenisPPlus hotel is its location. To the lifts 10 minutes walk. In the hill but still in the pedestrian availability. Nearby is a great restaurant. The hotel itself did not give a clear impression. Beautiful lobby (it is the dining room where breakfast is covered), friendly staff. Good views from the window. There is a small gym with a table for tennis. But there are also consequences, quite tired rooms, grey towels, modest breakfast choice. There is no room for storage of g/l equipment and dry shoes. Only a teapot and a small refrigerator (it is a mini bar).

YYahui^_^The hotel is close to the roadside room. If it is not on the roadside, it will be quieter. There are parking spaces and a small garden environment is still very ideal.
