Ik moet zeggen dat we de receptionist 6 tot 5 sterren zouden geven. We moesten 's ochtends vroeg, rond 1 uur, de trein halen, dus we moesten ongeveer 4 uur in de lounge wachten. De receptionist, waar ik enorm veel respect voor heb en heel dankbaar voor ben, is de hele nacht bij ons gebleven, zonder rust, en heeft ons water gegeven en de verwarming aangezet. Uiteindelijk heeft hij ons geholpen met de communicatie met de chauffeur en onze bagage voor ons gedragen, zonder fooi (sorry, we hadden op dat moment geen contant geld). Het ontbijt was ook lekker en de kamer was schoon en netjes.

We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk manager kindly upgraded our room to a suite in celebration of my wife's upcoming birthday—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of continental options. While I would have appreciated more local dishes, the variety and quality were excellent. Both the reception and dining staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The SPA area and swimming pool were spacious, clean, and designed to offer plenty of privacy, even when other guests were present. Tip: About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a fantastic local BBQ restaurant with affordable, tasty food. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and staff for the upgrade and making our stay truly memorable.

We hebben een paar dagen in dit hotel gebleven en hebben een aangename ervaring. Het hotel is nieuw, modern en comfortabel. Although it’s located a bit outside the city center (about 15 minutes by taxi, costing about 30 000 UZS), the area around it is quite charming – a newly developed park zone with music fountains, restaurants, photo spots, a water park, and channels. Het personeel was altijd vriendelijk en handig, en het ontbijt was verscheiden en aangenaam. Over het algemeen, een mooie en comfortabele plek om te blijven.

Nice hotel with good Ambiance and facilities. Special thanks to Sharofat at the reception who helped us booking a city tour and was very helpful even during her leave. It had 24x7 bar and restaurant with good food. Would strongly recommend this hotel to all kind of tourists.

Номер соответствует фото, завтраки не очень понравились: маленький выбор, но мы останавливались на пару ночей, так что перед дорогой перекусить нормально. Нам не повезло на улице где находилась гостиница был ремонт и было очень пыльно. Расположение нормальное- на такси до главной достопримечательности от 10 до 20 минут, зависит от пробок. На ресепшене деньги не меняют.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It's location is great and the staff are amazing especially the front desk. There is no lift but the reception staff helped us with the bags. We paid for a more premium room but it was on level 3 so we asked to be changed to room on a lower level and it was great. The Georgian restaurant inside the hotel is amazing. The food is great and the staff were amazing. Will definitely stay there again.
