No respetaron nuestra reserva de hab cama extra grande, nos dieron una de 2 camas matrimoniales y que por disponibilidad … estuvimos 4 noches y nunca nos hicieron el cambio … La alberca dice que es exterior y NO es una muy chiquita interior al lado del gimnasio Falló el agua caliente desde el 1er día, lo reportamos y fueron de Mtto argumentando que ya había quedado y todos los días batallamos con eso, teníamos que esperar mucho y apenas salió tibia El Wi Fi no funcionaba bien, muy lento Salimos el domingo y al día de hoy no han liberado la cantidad que bloquearon en mi tarjeta de crédito para los consumos, que se liquidaron aparte, son $6,000 El servicio y atención de recepción, botones y meseros Excelente !!

Hice mi reservación por medio de Trip.com y me salía una cantidad a pagar de $3,900.70 MXN. Sin embargo, cuando llegué al hotel a realizar el check in me comentaron que el monto era de $4,397.19 MXN. Al mostrarles mi email de confirmación de la reserva y el monto por el cual yo había reservado, me comentaron que seguramente era una cuestión por el tipo de cambio. Sin embargo, les hice la observación de que yo reservé en MXN y el monto era en MXN, que no tenía porque haber ese detalle, y aún así, es un 12.73% de diferencia, algo abusivo para ser por tipo de cambio. Después de insistir un par de veces que lo revisaran, no fueron capaces de corregir el monto alegando que esa fue la tarifa que le pasó TRIP.COM y que ellos no podían modificarla (aún, cuando les enseñé el correo con la tarifa de mi reservación). Es la primera vez en mi vida en la que pago un monto diferente a lo que venía en mi reservación. Estoy muy desilusionado y me gustaría que se me hiciera un rembolso. Anexo una fotografía de la factura donde viene el monto que se me cobró.

Een fijn hotel, gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van andere hotels. De hotelfaciliteiten zijn wel wat verouderd; probeer de lift te vermijden als je er verblijft, want het elektrische geluid kan erg hard zijn. Hopelijk kan dit verbeterd worden.
