Ketenhotel, goede sfeer en service. Er is een metrolijn waarmee u binnen zeven tot acht minuten lopen het stadscentrum kunt bereiken. Houd er wel rekening mee dat deze plek wat ver van de winkelattracties van de stad ligt. Bovendien zijn de instructies voor kaartjes voor de metro van München niet erg duidelijk, waardoor het lastig kan zijn om ze te kopen.
Great hotel, very close to Autobahn 3. Rooms are excellent and spacious. The bedding is fantastic, guaranteeing a great sleep and recovery from your travels. For late arrivals after 10 PM, they provide a locker code via phone to collect your room card. Shops and a gas station are nearby. I recommend it.

I had a really great stay. The hotel was clean, well equipped and they even provided complimentary sparkling water. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming. It is just a few minutes’ walk to the bus stop, which makes it a very good choice if you are catching a flight.

De kamer was echt prachtig. Uitstekende sfeer. Slechts 15 minuten lopen van het station en er is ook een bushalte in de buurt. De omgeving van het hotel is erg mooi. De kamer was erg schoon, op een klein probleempje met de badkamer na. Inchecken ging heel gemakkelijk, het duurde maar 2 minuten. Een absolute aanrader.
De kamer is zeer schoon, het beddengoed is comfortabel, donzen kussens en dekbedden. Er is een waterkoker, die geschikt is voor binnenlandse toeristen of zakenreizen. Wanneer u het hotel verlaat, kunt u bus 263 nemen, die u naar de Ispo-beurshal en de nabijgelegen zakencentra brengt.
Toplandschap, zeer aangename rust. Perfecte benadering van het hotel. Optisch precies goed voor mensen die op zoek zijn naar een hotel in de natuur met hoge eisen. Terras, wat wil je nog meer. Check-in was aangenaam, het eten was zeer goed. Personeel zeer attent en behulpzaam. Ontbijt top en rijk. Lekker! Kamers waren besteld met een balkon en waren groter. Gewoonweg prachtig, inclusief een bed om op te slapen.
Slechte megaruimte. De SPA-ruimte is ruim met een groot zwembad en zeer attente medewerkers.
Kort en goed. Hotel**** met klasse. Kan alleen maar zonder voorbehoud aanbevelen. Ga erheen en geniet ervan.
Top parkeergarage. Leuk, aan alles gedacht. Geniet ervan
Wij gaan er weer heen. Bovenal is de locatie prachtig

GGuest UserThe hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and it's only about a 20-minute ride from there to Munich Central Station, which is very convenient.
Right outside the metro station, there's a shopping mall, and a budget supermarket (LIDL) can be accessed directly from the back entrance of the mall.
The hotel itself is spacious, clean, and very comfortable to stay in.
Jj_cdUpon arriving at the hotel in the morning, we dropped off our luggage and went out. We returned at the scheduled check-in time of 2 PM, only to find our room in complete disarray and not yet cleaned. After showing photos to the front desk, they immediately arranged for housekeeping. We had to wait for about an hour for the room to be ready. However, Tsira Patsuria at the front desk handled the situation exceptionally well. She offered us tea and pastries while we waited and apologized, explaining that it was Oktoberfest and there was a high volume of guests checking in. She also kindly waived the charges for the draft beer and the snacks in our room. The hotel is very close to the main train station, making it convenient for getting around. The suite was spacious, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of cheese and salmon, just what I like. I would definitely consider staying here again.

On your way back to the hotel, you will be passing by nice international food selection: viet, Italian, Indian and even two Afghani restaurants. Amd if you miss lne of course, you got your kebab shop!
The deal breaker for me, the welcoming deamor of the reception staff. A mixed bag, half were smiling and half is long faced. My advice if smiling and welcoming guests isnt for you, one must quit a customer facing job. And the lady that checked us in has refused to add my husband's holiday in loyalty number. Her reasoning, since you booked using a third party, one must not earn the point. Okay but actually another of her colleague is willing to add the details, just in case we spent something in the bar. Why is it points cant be earn... same concept like flights.. they aren't fussy abt you earning yoir miles. You are the same person at the end of the day.
Amenities: breakfast is sumptuous and varied selection although similar everyday. However reception here are way friendlier and jolly. Their gym is properly equipped. I am also delighted with their housekeeping, they do their daily rounds and the lobby is freshen up to. Compared to a marriot hotel which uses a robot, we're lobby edges are so filty. So kudos to the housekeeping team!
I am happy though that my husband doesnt have a company site in Germany, I will take checking in France/Poland/India and china any day. They are just way welcoming. The attitude just simply put me off, it shouldn't be a German thing as we ate in a German restaurant in the main square, they are nice over there.

The biggest advantage is that they have 24 hours reception ! If u have problem, they will solve it very fast. 10/10 service !

The room was clean and well-equipped, with complimentary bottled water and even a capsule coffee machine. The lobby was a nice touch too, providing guests with lemon water, grapefruit water, candies, cookies, and green apples. Plus, there's a DM pharmacy and a supermarket right next door. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserThis is a decent 4-star hotel located in Garmisch. It was 7 min walk from train station. There was a kebab shop and an icecream restaurant right next to and across it. Dm drug store, supermarkets and more restaurants are within minutes of walking distance.
Breakfast was buffet-style. There were a couple of staffs at breakfast and they were amazing. They would ask what kind of coffee and eggs you like for the day, and their service was quick and polite. Choices of food was more than sufficient, with croissants and rolls, toaster available, smoked salmon, a wide variety of spreads, ham, cheese, fruit juices, vegetables, cereals, milk/skimmed milk/soy milk/oat milk, more than 10 types of tea…….
4-5 pm is tea-time. The sitting room was elegant and spacious, which makes you feel calm and at home, with some background soothing music. You can read the papers or choose a book from the shelf there.
There was also a small pool, steam and sauna, which were all delightful and relaxing, esp if it was raining and cold on some days.
My room has a balcony which faces the mountains. It was spectacular and stunning to enjoy this view at dawn and dusk.
Staffs were friendly and helpful. There was one gentleman, in shirt and tie every day ( who happened to have injured his leg and wore an orthosis and crutches to work) displayed exceptional kindness and passion in his job. He offered help and a lot suggestions spontaneously whenever I asked questions and told me “it is why I am here!”

The rooms are spacious, bed is large, the bathroom is lux with marble floors.
it is also in a great location. It is close to the train station and has a Lidl behind it.
The barman Jan is friendly and helpful.
And the not so good -
The rooms do not have a fridge, a microwave and not even a kettle!
When I enquired about the tea and coffee facilities, I was curtly told if I wanted coffee I could buy it downstairs.
It is difficult to understand how a hotel can justify a 4 star rating if it doesn't have anything more than a bed and a bathroom.
And then there is the room temperature. It's a furnace in the room I think the temperature was set to 29 degrees C!!
And the room temperature can't be changed in room. Only the reception can.
Even if they change it, it resets the next day.
I'm not sure why this hotel needs a sauna... Just stay in the room.
As has been noted in another review on Tripadvisor, this issue is ongoing. He noted it in 2017 and again in 2019 but nothing has changed.
Secondly is the staff attitude. They aren't rude but not friendly either. Likely they are worn down by the same issues getting raised while they are powerless to change it themselves.
Unsurprisingly, I was not offered a late check out.
The main advantage of location is lost by all the disadvantages.
If that's why you want to stay here, don't let the photo's trick you, book another better hotel nearby.
GGuest UserTravelled as a family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. No particular requests. But I thought it would be reasonable to allocate us 2 rooms on the same level. Instead we were given rooms on split levels requiring use of room cards to access each other rooms on different levels. One room card to my kids so that they can access my room and another room card to maintain electricity at the door. So we are left with nil spare room cards.
Despite the upfront security measures to use room cards to access each level via lift, the stairs are accessible without use of any room cards.

Recept emphasized that there is no daily room cleaning but never really keen to welcome guests and make guests comfortable.
