Het hotel ligt op een zeer goede locatie met handig vervoer. Er is een gratis parkeerplaats. De manager bij de receptie is erg enthousiast, beantwoordt alle vragen en introduceert de heerlijke en leuke plekken in de omgeving aan de gasten. Kamers geboekt op Ctrip zijn gegarandeerd. Het ontbijt heeft een grote variëteit en is zeer goed, en 's avonds wordt er gratis fruit verstrekt. Er is een bushalte bij de krantendrukkerij voor de deur. Handig voor werk en reizen.

I had a long layover at Ürümqi International Airport—my first time there—and booked this hotel the night before. It was very easy to find; you don’t even need to leave the airport. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the exit gate. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and appeared to be in a newly built or recently renovated hotel. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my short stay. Breakfast was included in the rate, which was a nice bonus. I managed to get a solid 8 hours of incredibly comfortable sleep—something I really needed during my layover. Overall, this is an excellent choice if you have an overnight layover at Ürümqi. Convenient, clean, and restful.

Hotel is new and environment is great. Service was also excellent. The only downside is the room has poor soundproofing and it is very warm. As it is winter, there is only the heater and you have to open the window to allow cold air in, if not the room is a sauna and impossible to sleep. With the windows open, you can hear everything outside. Even at 2am in the morning, I get woken up multiple times because of someone talking outside the room or room doors closing.

We absolutely love our brief stay at this hotel. The check in service was speedy and pleasant. The receptionists were friendly and went up and above to serve us. This is by far the best hotel for our trip to Xinjiang. There are 2 sets of complimentary washers and dryers for guests for which is really helpful. The only downside is there is only 1 set of lift (for our wing) and the wait can be long during peak breakfast hours.

Een fantastisch verblijf, absoluut de moeite waard om terug te komen! Dit hotel heeft mijn verwachtingen voor deze reis overtroffen! De locatie is ongelooflijk handig, op slechts een paar minuten lopen van het metrostation en het winkelgebied, waardoor winkelen en uit eten gaan supermakkelijk is. De kamer was schoon en netjes, het beddengoed was zacht en comfortabel en de geluidsisolatie was uitstekend, wat zorgde voor een heerlijke nachtrust. De faciliteiten waren compleet en modern, inclusief een slim deurslot, snelle wifi en een HD-tv. De aparte natte en droge zones in de badkamer waren een attent detail. De service was onberispelijk! De receptioniste was vriendelijk en professioneel, waardoor het inchecken efficiënt en snel verliep. Ze beantwoordde geduldig al onze reisvragen en gaf veel nuttige tips. Het schoonmaakpersoneel maakte de kamer elke dag snel schoon en vulde de toiletartikelen aan, wat getuigt van oog voor detail. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd en vers, met zowel Chinese als westerse opties voor verschillende smaken. Een zeer voordelig verblijf, ik heb het al aan vrienden aanbevolen en ik zal dit hotel zeker weer kiezen!

Big room, super clean, great views, very good location with many small restaurants and nightlife around. Very copious breakfast with enough seating. Efficient laundry room. One window in the guest room can be opened. The aircon was not noisy! Bed linens of the highest quality. Special thanks to the most helpful staff at the reception. Xiao Pan and Sha Sha earn special points for helping me with a Captcha with Chinese characters! Free transfer from the railway station and back to the airport. 100% recommended.
