It is a nice and clean hotel. The service pretty great, they show their hospitality. However, there is only thing need to improve is the elevator. There is only one elevator in used, and another on is out of order for some reason. We need to waiting there for like 10 min to get on the elevator.
Overall, it is nice and clean hotel. If you want go to CAKA for next day. It is a good option -they are only ten min drive from hotel to CAKA.

De indeling van de kamer is redelijk, het beddengoed is hygiënisch en de kamer heeft zuurstoftoevoer, maar het lijkt nutteloos. Er is direct drinkwater. Het ontbijt in het hotel is oké, maar de vloer is behoorlijk stoffig en de witte kindersokken worden na een tijdje zwart. Ik hoop ook dat de winkel de hygiëne zal verbeteren. Het grootste probleem is dat er geen brandmaskers in de hotelkamers aanwezig zijn, wat een relatief groot brandgevaar oplevert. Ik hoop dat de winkel het zo snel mogelijk kan goedmaken voor ieders veiligheid.

We had a fantastic stay with my family at this hotel. We got 2 rooms and at check in time, they upgraded us for free to better rooms with views of Qinghai lake from our balcony! The hotel and rooms were spacious, spotless and in excellent condition. The hotel is quite new (opened in 2023). About 3-4 mins drive from the main Qinghai lake scenic spot so fantastic location.
The hotel is surrounded by mountains which have a lot of sheep , Yak, goats etc grazing on them. So you get both the mountain feeling as well as the lake feeling and it really helps soothe the soul and make one feel relaxed.
The service of the hotel staff was always excellent, warm and attentive.
The food was delicious and halal!!! We were so happy about this as we could enjoy delicious Qinghai cuisine worry free :-).
Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back to this hotel on our future trip to Qinghai lake.

酒店設施十分完善新淨，早餐的口味是我在這一趟十多天的青海行程裏所有酒店裏面最好的！酒店前台接待人員十分有禮，房間中央空調自帶加濕不用再開加濕器十分好評！酒店的電視十分大觀賞舒適投屏方便，又可以前後轉動！有點小小小瑕疵洗澡時候沒人在房間時房間會關燈！停車方便酒店對面就是商場裏面有很多東西吃！維持希爾頓一貫水平！下次前往西寧都會優先選擇入住！

Echt een fijn hotel op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen van het treinstation. Voor toeristen zoals ik die geen WeChat- en Alipay-betaalmethoden nodig hebben, accepteert dit hotel zonder problemen je Visa-kaart! Het ontbijt heeft enorm veel opties, oh mijn god! Ze hebben noedels, verschillende soorten gebakken groenten, gebakken en gekookte eieren, broodjes, brood en yoghurt. Ik kwam vroeg aan en had geluk dat er nog een kamer vrij was, dus die kregen ze, ondanks de inchecktijd van 14:00 uur. De receptie spreekt een beetje Engels. Ik vroeg de receptie of het goed is als ik morgen om 19:00 uur uitcheck, en ze zeiden ja. De volgende dag werd me verteld dat ik moest vertrekken. Maar ik zei dat ik rond 19:00 uur wilde vertrekken. Ik heb het gisteren nog gevraagd, maar de receptie zei dat het goed was. Er zijn dus misverstanden op dat gebied, maar goed, het is China en ik weet hoe moeilijk het is om te spreken. De receptie zei dat ik de volle prijs moest betalen en ik vroeg of ik maar de helft kon betalen, aangezien ik om 19:00 uur vertrek. Ik heb dus 5 uur extra nodig, omdat mijn trein om 21:00 uur vertrekt. Xining is zo anders dan andere steden in China; er zijn hier minder wachtrijen. Ik dacht dat ik lang in de rij zou staan op het station, maar er is helemaal geen wachtrij. Maar goed, het is toch het beste om vroeg te gaan, zodat je je niet hoeft te haasten.

Het hotel had een fitnessruimte, een café en een ontbijtbuffet. De kamer was groot en gaf een mooi uitzicht op de stad. Het personeel hielp met vragen of verzoeken. Ze hielpen me hun adres in de Chinese leveringsapp *******. Ze verhuren ook de verwarming in de kamer toen ik dat ook vroeg. Het buffet is normaal 58 RMB per dag, want het voedsel dat u aanbiedt is vrij hoog. Het brood was steel en veel van het voedsel was koud of had ook een oude smaak. Gelukkig was ik er in de winter toen het gratis was en geen kosten had. Misschien in de zomer met de kosten van 58 RMB is het voedsel verser. Maar ik zou zeggen dat het voedsel beschikbaar was veel diversiteit, met zowel Chinese als westerse opties.

The name of the Hotel is Mei Si International Hotel.and not Muslim Mansion Hotel like how it's sold on the booking sites.
The hotel was obviously built in the 1980's and little has changed since that time. It's an interesting time machine to those times. The bed is excellent and very comfortable.
Receptionists are reserved but helpful, the rooms are of a good size. Everything was quite satisfactory if you can accept that this is a very old and distinguished faded hotel in a prime location in Xining. All in all it was an excellent stay.

The property is conveniently located about 1.5 km from Kunming Railway Station, making it an ideal choice for travelers heading to Lhasa via the Qinghai-Tibet Railway.
The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast offered a variety of tasty dishes.
The reception staff were very helpful and enthusiastic; they assisted us in hailing a taxi and communicating with others. They gifted us some small cute things as thankful for customers. Highly recommend to others.

Tthe_wanderlust_jellyWas told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance.
However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated.
Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea.
Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

MMoz CSI had a truly great stay here, largely thanks to the incredible staff. The hotel is located in a fantastic spot - very close to the Dongguan Grand Mosque and Xia Nanguan Street, which is perfect for food shopping and enjoying nighttime street food. The design of the hotel has a nice vintage charm to it—nothing overly flashy, but it's very clean and comfortable, and I had no complaints at all. They also offer private parking, which is really convenient if you're renting a car. What really made my stay special was the service. The staff went above and beyond for me. I was struggling with bad altitude sickness, and without me even saying a word, the front desk team noticed how I was feeling and kindly sent medicine, yogurt, and an oxygen canister to my room. That kind of care means so much. Later that night, my room was a bit too warm, and even though it was late, the night staff happily helped me switch rooms. I’m so grateful. A special thank you to Ms. Ma Ping for all her help and kindness. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xining—you'll be in good hands here.
我在这家酒店住得非常愉快，最主要的原因是这里的服务人员实在太棒了。酒店的位置很好，离东关大清真寺和下南关街都很近，那边非常适合买吃的，晚上也有热闹的街头小吃。酒店的设计带点复古的怀旧风格，不是那种很浮夸的类型，但非常干净舒适，我完全没有任何不满意的地方。酒店还有自己的私人停车场，对于自驾的客人来说非常方便。真正让这次住宿变得特别的是他们的服务。我当时高原反应挺严重的，结果完全不用我开口，前台的工作人员看到我的状况后，主动送来了药、酸奶和一瓶氧气到我的房间。这种细心和关怀真的让人很感动。晚上我的房间有点太暖，尽管已经很晚了，夜班的工作人员还是很乐意帮我换了房间，我真的很感激。特别感谢马平女士对我所有的帮助。我一定会把这家酒店推荐给要来西宁的旅客 - 你们在这里一定会被好好照顾的。

This time I brought my two kids to Qinghai, and because of our itinerary, I specifically chose this hotel close to the airport. It turns out this decision was incredibly smart! Definitely a five-star review.
Location & Transportation: The hotel is very close to Caojiapu Airport and offers a 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle service. After we landed, one call and the driver arrived quickly, which was super convenient. For travelers with late flights or those catching an early flight the next day, this is absolutely the top choice.
Room Facilities: The room was very new; you could tell it had been recently renovated, but there was no strange odor, which I really appreciated. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep. Although it's near the airport, the soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night, and the kids slept soundly.
Cleanliness: The entire hotel was exceptionally clean. From the lobby to the hallways and the room itself, everything was spotless, which made our stay very reassuring.
Service Attitude: The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they proactively informed us about breakfast and the shuttle service. They even gave us yogurt upon check-in, a thoughtful detail that was much appreciated.
Overall Experience: This is a highly cost-effective airport hotel, suitable for family travel. Next time I fly to Xining, I'll choose this place again!

GGuest UserThis is honestly the best deal in town. I have been coming to Xining for 10 years, stayed in different hotels each time. This is for sure my favourite one and the best deal in this range of prices.
First, the location. Right in the city centre, with a lot of taxis coming by (this can be an issue for hotels in other locations, where taxis are more rare). It is super convenient and one can reach any part of town efficiently and quickly. There are many buses that go from here to anywhere in town.
Second, the quality of the room, of the bed (super super cosy and comfortable, which is really nice after travelling roughly for two weeks in the nearby countryside), the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Very good hygiene products, not cheap toothpaste and soap like in other hotels.
Third, and most importantly, the quality and warmth of the service. At the reception, the employees are very friendly and understanding, very warm-hearted, You feel really welcome in this hotel. They have helped me in several ways. especially Mrs Jane and Mrs Sunny Bai: fantastic people! They also speak English! Makes the whole stay memorable, enjoyable, relaxing.
I will surely come back here next time. This is an upper-tier hotel made available with affordable prices.

MM345863****Choosing the Park Plaza Hotel for my Xining trip was a fantastic decision; from the moment I stepped into the lobby until check-out, I was continuously impressed. This is absolutely a top recommendation for accommodation when traveling in high-altitude regions!
As part of the Jin Jiang chain, the hotel's quality is outstanding. Upon entering, I was immediately drawn to the grand and elegant decor. The bright, clean environment, combined with the front desk staff's warm smiles, instantly melted away my travel fatigue. Check-in was efficient and thoughtful; the staff were soft-spoken, answered all my questions, and professionally handed over the room card with both hands. The whole process was smooth, and they even patiently answered my questions about local attractions – truly a great first impression.
My room experience exceeded all expectations! The spacious room, around 50 square meters, felt incredibly open. The smart home system made everything convenient, with voice control for curtains and lights being super easy to use. The Simmons mattress was just the right firmness, ensuring a restful sleep whether I was tired from sightseeing or a business trip. What was most thoughtful, especially considering the dry high-altitude climate, was the in-room humidifier and complimentary hot compress salt packs. After a day of exploring, relaxing with these really melted away all my fatigue. The bathroom had a dry-wet separation design, and the international brand toiletries were reassuring to use. The coffee machine with capsule coffee and complimentary soda water at the tea station were also lovely touches – every detail showed genuine care.
The amenities were also incredibly comprehensive! The gym on the 20th floor had excellent equipment, and the self-service laundry room was clean, tidy, and regularly disinfected, which is so practical for long-term travelers. Dining was another highlight; the Tingyuan Halal Restaurant on the 3rd floor served authentic Qinghai specialties. The hand-grabbed lamb, stir-fried noodles (kàng guō), and traditional yogurt were delicious. Enjoying a barbecue in the evening breeze was incredibly pleasant. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety, ensuring a great start to the day.
The hotel's location is also excellent, with convenient transportation nearby, making it easy to get to the train station or city attractions. Whether for family trips, business travel, or romantic getaways, the diverse room types can meet every need. I honestly couldn't find any faults during my stay; both comfort and value for money were exceptional. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Xining!

In terms of facilities, diffuse oxygen supply and humidifiers greatly relieved physical discomfort. What touched me most was the warm service of all the staff of the hotel. Just arrived at the hotel entrance, the staff took the initiative to help with the luggage. The receptionist warmly and quickly handled the room card and upgraded the room for free. When I entered the room, there was a staff member to greet me. I casually said that my head was a bit uncomfortable, and I immediately brought Rhodiola Oral Liquid! The free supper provided was declined because I wanted to go out to eat, and then I quickly took a special snack! I said that yogurt is so delicious, and I immediately have to send 🤣 to check out the next morning. What surprised me was that the staff sent me four boxes of yogurt and a box of wolfberry! ! ! This treatment has not been encountered in many five-star hotels in the mainland! The first time I came to Golmud, although it was a few cold days, the enthusiasm of the hotel staff made us feel warm, thank you! Thank you for the enthusiastic Golmud people! The spring blossoms in the coming year, we will meet again!

SShaun Milhad a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very convenient and easily accessible to nearby attractions, shopping areas, and food options, which made the whole trip much more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and I could tell that the housekeeping standards are consistently good. The staff were also friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed, which added to the overall positive experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient as well. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for both short and long trips, and I would definitely return again in the future

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay at the Mehood Hotel in Xining. The location is excellent — perfect for a stop before and after our trip to Yushu. As with many centrally located hotels, drop-off and pick-up are a short walk from the entrance, but this wasn’t an issue for us.
The lifts are shared and can get a bit busy at times, but once on the hotel floor, it’s peaceful and quiet. The breakfast offers a good variety, mostly Chinese dishes, but the staff were understanding and didn’t mind us bringing extra food for the children. The staff were consistently friendly and especially kind to our kids, which made our stay even more pleasant. I really appreciated the laundry room with washing machines — being able to do our own laundry was such a bonus during our travels. The air conditioning wasn’t working but the staff quickly moved us to a cooler room on the other side of the hotel, which we really appreciated.
Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in Xining. We’d happily come back!

GGinaliAbsolutely fantastic! Hands down the best Hampton I've ever stayed at. From the bespectacled manager at the front desk who helped with our luggage on arrival, to the friendly chef preparing noodles at the ADD restaurant, and even the auntie in the laundry room, everyone left a truly memorable impression on us. We were so impressed, we ended up extending our stay for three nights. Every single staff member genuinely cares for the hotel, looks after and satisfies every guest, and goes above and beyond to resolve any issues they might have.
