4-Starhotels in Qinghai, China

The room is clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast is good with more variety of food but coffee machine is not in working condition on the day of visit. Take long time to get the lift from car park to upper floor. Overall is good.

Very nice clean hotel. Helpful staff. Room modern, clean and just right. Mine didn't have a closet or a safe but that's not such a big deal. This next point isn't about this particular hotel but for all girls in China. Please make it more accessible to non-chinese speaking foreigners. Each of the girls I started with during my trip, do not make any attempt or even try to care. China is getting super automated and self-service but their smart devices and controllers ranging from in-room controls to within the property like room service and delivery robots could also understand English would be fantastic. It's so much cheaper to add a new language to these agents than to have all their staff learn English and it would enhance our experience by a 100x as we would never bother the hotel staff with anything.

Het hotel had een fitnessruimte, een café en een ontbijtbuffet. De kamer was groot en gaf een mooi uitzicht op de stad. Het personeel hielp met vragen of verzoeken. Ze hielpen me hun adres in de Chinese leveringsapp *******. Ze verhuren ook de verwarming in de kamer toen ik dat ook vroeg. Het buffet is normaal 58 RMB per dag, want het voedsel dat u aanbiedt is vrij hoog. Het brood was steel en veel van het voedsel was koud of had ook een oude smaak. Gelukkig was ik er in de winter toen het gratis was en geen kosten had. Misschien in de zomer met de kosten van 58 RMB is het voedsel verser. Maar ik zou zeggen dat het voedsel beschikbaar was veel diversiteit, met zowel Chinese als westerse opties. The hotel is 1.7 km from the high-speed train station, and there's the Xinchian Night Market and Nanguan Snack Street nearby. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions about waffles or anything else. They're patient, attentive, and very accommodating. The hotel offers free parking with charging stations, and the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of dishes that will satisfy everyone's taste, no matter where they're from. It's very quiet at night, and Xining's summer climate is fantastic; it's cool enough that you don't even need air conditioning.

Highly recommended. Enjoyable stay and affordable. Staff upgraded our room to a suite Good views of this city. Also gave us a free breakfast one day which was decent for the most part. Great location in/near the muslim neighborhood. The only complaint might be was that it was difficult to get the temperature of the room down on these hot, Summer days, even at night (no A/C available).

酒店設施十分完善新淨，早餐的口味是我在這一趟十多天的青海行程裏所有酒店裏面最好的！酒店前台接待人員十分有禮，房間中央空調自帶加濕不用再開加濕器十分好評！酒店的電視十分大觀賞舒適投屏方便，又可以前後轉動！有點小小小瑕疵洗澡時候沒人在房間時房間會關燈！停車方便酒店對面就是商場裏面有很多東西吃！維持希爾頓一貫水平！下次前往西寧都會優先選擇入住！

這次走青甘大環線，大柴旦是重要一站。之前做攻略聽説這裏海拔高、氣候幹，晚上容易睡不好，心裏還挺忐忑的。沒想到這家酒店裡有加濕器和新風系統，晚上睡覺不乾燥，酒店供氧早上起來也沒有高原不適感，這個酒店就在大柴旦鎮上，去翡翠湖、水上雅丹、南八仙魔鬼城也很方便。周邊吃飯、補給都很便利，自駕過來完全不繞路。酒店自帶超大停車場，地面平整、車位充足，我們到了以後輕鬆停好車，再也沒有挪過，去哪都方便。酒店健身房器材齊全，洗衣房免費使用（對長途旅行的人來説太重要了，衣服終於能洗得乾乾淨淨）。酒店推門進去第一感覺——乾淨、明亮、沒有異味。床品又軟又親膚，衞生間乾濕分離。再次誇一下最讓我感動的是，房間裏同時配備了供氧設備和加濕器。要知道大柴旦海拔約3200米，空氣含氧量低且極其乾燥。之前幾晚住其他酒店經常半夜口乾舌燥、頭疼醒，但這一晚開着加濕器加供氧，一覺睡到天亮，醒來神清氣爽！

前台幫升了房，送了早餐，十分感謝。 房間硬件沒得説，總體住的還不錯。 提兩點建議： 1. 好好檢查一下房間的窗户，我住的房間窗户是漏風的，倒不是冷不冷的問題，房間很暖和，而是半夜颳風的時候，呼呼的風聲特別大。設施0.5扣在這裏。 2. 早餐備菜不夠。早餐供應到10點，我8點半就下樓了，釀皮和甜醅都已經沒有了，放了個標簽，寫的啥我忘了，類似已經沒了請諒解這種。我9點吃完的時候，這倆也還沒補上。顧客到一個地方，主要就是想吃一些當地的特色食物，一直缺貨實在是不合適。服務1分扣在這裏。

We booked. 2 rooms and we’re upgraded to suite, very big and comfortable room however the heater is a mobile type and too small, I it is not enough during the winter especially snowing outside. Breakfast very limited choice , only Chinese cuisine is available

酒店環境不錯，衞生打掃尚可，辦理入住時服務也很不錯，早餐很簡單，熱菜炒的不錯，但是臨走想要接點熱水，詢問後襬弄很久燒水設施前台服務人員都是無視狀態，這4.5分是給辦理入住的服務人員的，不然我也就3分。
