My recent business trip to Xining led me to this hotel, and I must say the overall experience was outstanding. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and efficient; check-in was quick, and they even helped carry my luggage to the room. The room's facilities were new and complete, with a fresh and elegant ambiance. The decor was simple yet cozy. Complimentary disposable toiletries, bottled water, and tea were provided. The hotel maintained strict hygiene standards; the bedding was changed after each guest, and the entire room was meticulously cleaned, with no dust in even the trickiest corners. Overall, everything was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xining.

This is my third day at the hotel, and Mr. Li at the front desk reserved the same room with a bathtub for me. It's clean, bright, and comfortable, so I've been sleeping very well every night. Mr. Li even helped me take a passport photo to apply for the UOM app. Plus, the front desk assisted me with receiving a package. Overall, the service has been thoughtful and excellent.

Extremely convenient location! Downstairs, you'll find the Nanguan snack street, and it's just 100 meters to Nanguan Mosque, 400 meters to Dongguan Mosque, and 500 meters to Beiguan Mosque. The geographical location is absolutely perfect. It's only 2 km from the train station and a 30-minute drive to the airport. The floor attendant, Ma Ping, was incredibly welcoming. She gave us yogurt for each room and even helped me freeze the beef and lamb I bought from the night market. I highly recommend Hilton to anyone visiting Xining.

It turns out this decision was incredibly smart! Definitely a five-star review. Location & Transportation: The hotel is very close to Caojiapu Airport and offers a 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle service. After we landed, one call and the driver arrived quickly, which was super convenient. For travelers with late flights or those catching an early flight the next day, this is absolutely the top choice. Room Facilities: The room was very new; you could tell it had been recently renovated, but there was no strange odor, which I really appreciated. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep. Although it's near the airport, the soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night, and the kids slept soundly. Cleanliness: The entire hotel was exceptionally clean. From the lobby to the hallways and the room itself, everything was spotless, which made our stay very reassuring. Service Attitude: The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they proactively informed us about breakfast and the shuttle service. They even gave us yogurt upon check-in, a thoughtful detail that was much appreciated. Overall Experience: This is a highly cost-effective airport hotel, suitable for family travel. On this business trip to Xining, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Xining Chengdong the entire time, and my overall experience was fantastic. I have to especially commend Julie at the front desk; her meticulous service made me feel incredibly welcome. The hotel is located on Bayi East Road in Chengdong District, right next to Wuyue Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from the highway entrance and Xining Station, which is great for both driving and public transport. As a newly opened hotel, the lobby design is elegant, and the room amenities are brand new and complete. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view, and the room was spotlessly clean. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including local Qinghai specialties like yak yogurt and甜醅 (sweet fermented oats). I arrived feeling exhausted in the evening after a long journey. Julie greeted me with a constant smile and efficiently handled the check-in process. Seeing my heavy luggage, she proactively offered to help carry it and patiently explained the room facilities, Wi-Fi password, laundry room, and breakfast times. When I casually asked about self-driving routes to Qinghai Lake and local food spots, she patiently outlined an itinerary, even recommending niche attractions and reminding me about precautions for high-altitude travel. When my room card stopped working, I contacted the front desk and Julie came to resolve the issue within minutes, without any pretense. Her service was professional yet down-to-earth throughout, without any rigid formalities; she genuinely thought about the guests. While good hardware is a hotel's foundation, warm service is what truly adds value. Thanks to Julie's thoughtful service, my travel fatigue disappeared. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xining, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

This is honestly the best deal in town. I have been coming to Xining for 10 years, stayed in different hotels each time. This is for sure my favourite one and the best deal in this range of prices. First, the location. Right in the city centre, with a lot of taxis coming by (this can be an issue for hotels in other locations, where taxis are more rare). It is super convenient and one can reach any part of town efficiently and quickly. There are many buses that go from here to anywhere in town. Second, the quality of the room, of the bed (super super cosy and comfortable, which is really nice after travelling roughly for two weeks in the nearby countryside), the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Very good hygiene products, not cheap toothpaste and soap like in other hotels. Third, and most importantly, the quality and warmth of the service. At the reception, the employees are very friendly and understanding, very warm-hearted, You feel really welcome in this hotel. They have helped me in several ways. especially Mrs Jane and Mrs Sunny Bai: fantastic people! They also speak English! Makes the whole stay memorable, enjoyable, relaxing. I will surely come back here next time. This is an upper-tier hotel made available with affordable prices. Thank you!

I compared many hotels for my Xining trip and finally chose the Park Plaza Xining for a King Room. My overall stay far exceeded my expectations, so I absolutely have to write a detailed positive review to recommend it to anyone visiting Xining! The hotel is located in Chengdong District, making transportation incredibly convenient. Whether you're taking a taxi to the train station, the city's commercial district, or setting off on the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop, it's very easy. There are plenty of dining options and convenience stores nearby, so you don't have to worry about getting around. The front desk staff were warm and professional. Check-in was quick, and the registration process was simple. They proactively and thoughtfully reminded me about precautions for high-altitude travel, hot water usage, and breakfast times. They patiently answered all my questions, and even offered to help with my luggage when I had a lot – their attention to service details was impeccable, with no hint of perfunctoriness. I particularly want to praise the King Room. The room was much more spacious than other hotels in the same price range, feeling completely unconfined. The entire room was spotless, cleaned with exceptional thoroughness. The floors, tabletops, corners, and bathroom were all meticulously clean. The bed sheets and duvet covers were brand new, odorless, and neatly made. The two-meter king bed had a mattress with just the right firmness, and the pillows were comfortable. After a long journey, lying down on it allowed me to relax quickly, and I had an excellent night's sleep. The room's soundproofing was superb; I could barely hear any noise from the hallway or the street, ensuring a particularly peaceful sleep at night. The room boasted excellent natural light and views, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a glimpse of Xining's cityscape. The warm-toned lighting created a wonderful ambiance. The Wi-Fi speed was lightning-fast; streaming videos and uploading work files was completely smooth. The bathroom featured a dry/wet separation, with ample water pressure and quick, consistent hot water – making showers comfortable and refreshing. Toiletries were fully stocked and of good quality. Power outlets were conveniently placed for easy charging, and there was a spacious storage area for luggage and personal belongings. The hotel's amenities are also very practical. There's free parking, so self-driving guests don't have to worry about parking. They also have a laundry room with drying facilities, which is incredibly friendly for travelers who need to wash and dry clothes during a long trip. The overall decor is simple yet elegant, and the facilities are well-maintained – new and not dated. In terms of value for money, it's among the best in its class in Xining. Whether for leisure travel or a business trip, this King Room at Park Plaza is an excellent choice. It provides peace of mind, comfort, and reliability. We chose this hotel for our trip to Chaka Salt Lake, and it was a pleasant surprise! They upgraded us to a family room, which my child absolutely loved. They even hugged the big goose, as if seeing a long-lost relative. By the way, even without the upgrade, the twin beds (1.35 meters) would have been spacious enough. The room was large, parking was free, and they helped us with our luggage during check-in. The service, especially from Song, was incredibly thoughtful. Once we confirmed our arrival time after visiting Chaka Salt Lake, delicious wonton noodles were promptly delivered. I had eye drops that needed freezing, and they had dedicated staff who quickly helped with ice and other requests. The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich. I'm not sure if this hotel is four-star or five-star, but the breakfast definitely felt five-star. I particularly remember the impressive mixed noodles. The hotel also has its own laundry room, which some five-star hotels don't. It's a free laundry room with drying facilities. What's even more impressive is that the laundry room was comfortably air-conditioned and had a self-service beverage machine where I enjoyed a hot orange juice and a hot milk. Very impressive! Laundry bags were also conveniently available for self-service, and of course, they were also provided in the room (thanks to Song). In short, it was incredibly convenient and definitely not just a place to crash for a night. If you're not in a hurry, this hotel is truly a place where you can stay and slowly experience the Northwest. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the scenic area. If you specifically come here after visiting Chaka Salt Lake, you have to backtrack a bit to continue on G315 towards the desert. But experiencing Golmud, this western city, was also a wonderful experience. I have no regrets at all, thanks to our stay at the Golmud Yellow River International Hotel.

The hotel was unexpectedly great! I had originally booked a twin-bed standard room but accidentally got a king-size one. The front desk lady, Mengjie, was very understanding and helped me switch to a twin-bed room. The room was spacious and very well-designed. What's more, she knew I had an early train to catch the next morning, so she not only gave us complimentary breakfast but also arranged for us to have it early and even provided a car to take us to the train station. The hotel breakfast was also excellent; despite us eating half an hour early to catch our train, there was a rich variety of dishes. The restaurant staff, especially Xiao Wang, provided wonderful service and even arranged two servings of nut yogurt for us. It truly felt like a home away from home, I was so touched! Definitely a five-star rating!!!
