Niet in het centrum van Cusco, maar dicht genoeg, 5-10mins aan het hoofdkwartier. we verliet onze bagage in het hotel toen we naar Machu Picchu gingen en toen we terug kwamen, wachtten we al op ons in onze gereserveerde kamer. fatsoenlijke grootte bed/kamer, badkamer maar klein en de ventilator is koud in de winter als het direct aan de douche/ton. Maar in het algemeen goed service. ontbijt was ook fatsoenlijk, hoewel ze niet goed bemand in het restaurant lijken

The team is wonderful, always feel welcome and offer their services . The morning buffet spread offers wide variety and a great start for the day .

Excellent service, staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. I had altitude sickness and they kept checking in on me, whenever you call the hotel for oxygen they show up within minutes to assist you with getting more oxygen and whatever you need. Location is superb. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I come to Cusco next time!

The rooms were great. The staff was especially helpful. Not of all Gonzalo. August was also wonderful. And the server Juan Marco always helped.

Even after trying two other higher-priced Belmond properties and the JW Marriott, I still firmly believe this is the ultimate choice. The beauty of this hotel is beyond words. The elegant public spaces and tranquil gardens create an atmosphere of timeless serenity. The classic, historic walls whisper stories of the past, while the dazzling golden chapel adds a breathtaking sense of grandeur. Every detail is a masterpiece. Yet, what truly sets Belmond Monasterio apart is its service. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their service attitude is impeccable—perhaps the best in South America. A prime example: when I lost my credit card, they found it and returned it promptly. Compared to the Los Cabos Waldorf (which I mention due to its premium pricing), this hotel’s service is on another level—infinitely more personal, thoughtful, and heartfelt. I would love to give special recognition to my butler, though unfortunately, I have forgotten his name. In short, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Endless love for Belmond Monasterio.

素敵なホテルでした。到着後に１時間程度マチュピチュの案内が予定されていましたが、部屋に行っていた私たちはそのツアーに遅れてしまいました。ところがその旨を伝えると、女性スタッフがさっと動いて私たち二人だけのためのプライベートツアーを実施していただきました。３時間近く、みっちりと案内していただき、遺跡や当時の文化や習慣だけでなく、マチュピチュの花や鳥など、自然についても学ぶことができました。食事や飲み物もよく考えられていました。翌日もマチュピチュ登山後に部屋でゆっくり過ごしました。安価ではありませんが、その分得られるものはたくさんあります。

The hotel is amazing!!! It’s little far away from the city, but is worth it! We really enjoyed! And we really recommend it.

We had an amazing stay. The food was incredible, especially the breakfast. And the service was better than anywhere else. They helped us with everything we needed and treated us like family :)
