Lovely stay here. Wanted to give it a try since it is the latest hotel in JB. Lobby on ground floor while check-in reception on the 5th floor. A cafe, club lounge, noodle restaurant and the breakfast restaurant are located on the 5th floor too. Gym, swimming pool, kids wet playground and function/ballrooms are on the 6th floor. We stayed in a normal deluxe room. 39m² Spacious with sitting area and table. Spacious toilet as well. Toilet with bidet. Shower with both rain and handheld shower head. Large dressing table equipped with a lighted face mirror, hairdryer and a variety of toilet amenities. View from the 12th floor was great. Facing the taman pelangi. Unblocked views. Staff were all friendly and polite. Many of them greeted us whenever we pass by. Carpark entrance is on the left side of the hotel building. Carpark is shared with the shopping mall which is stated to open soon in April. Do let the reception know that you are driving. State your carplate number and be entitled unlimited ins and outs during your stay Well recommended. Paid 189sgd for a Friday night

The Hotel Location is easy to access and lots of good food & salon amenities around it. Likewise, the Hotel Room is clean and tidy. The Customer Service is friendly & courteous. Also, I would like to compliment their Technician Staff having good fast response who came to repair our Card Slot System immediately when we notified them that our room has no more power supply due to the faulty card slot system. Keep up thwbGood Work!

trip time: 16feb-17feb 2026. As a rider, I didnt expect the security guard to be so friendly and polite during my trip. i arrived at the hotel to verify whether there is motorcycle parking. yes indeed , even for motorcycle - i could just use the roadside parking but probably due to my phobia or unfamiliarity as a foreigner with the place. So, SGreans welcome over here, is safe! Despite not booking the hotel at that point of time yet, the security remain polite and patient when i try to ask for shelter as it was raining. Yes, once inside the lobby, i immediately went to buy drinks for the guard and book a room immediately. well , i book through 3rd party app seems to be a increase in 10+ sgd but is fine can afford it - moral of this sentence is book early. The receptionist is welcoming, smiling:) They speak fluent English, wasted should come work in SG. facilities wise considered sufficient- didn't manage to use their facilities . spacious room which includes a working desk, mini chair. what they emphasize was their pillow, was more comfortable than their hardened bed. given 4 pillows just for 1 person. yes, i slept on the pillows instead of bed. for those that driving or riding, this hotel is very accessible via the highway. less than 100-200metres away. shopping facilities and eateries are all nearby. Everything was excellent staying with comfort king bed, nice local & Western breakfast, cleaning room and super view from our room, Recommended and for sure I will book again for next trip cos my families also love to stay here again.

Ons verblijf hier was van begin tot eind een zeer aangename ervaring. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, was het personeel erg behulpzaam en geduldig. Ze begeleidden ons zorgvuldig bij het inchecken en zorgden er zelfs voor dat we probleemloos de lift konden gebruiken en de kamer in konden. Deze aandacht zorgde ervoor dat we ons echt op ons gemak voelden, vooral na een lange reis. Toen we de kamer binnenkwamen, viel ons meteen op hoe schoon en netjes alles was. De kamer zag er precies zo uit als op de foto's, zo niet beter. Het bed was netjes opgemaakt, het beddengoed en de handdoeken waren fris en schoon, en er was geen onaangename geur. De ruimte was ook behoorlijk ruim, waardoor we gemakkelijk onze bagage konden uitpakken en ons comfortabel konden bewegen. Tijdens ons verblijf hadden we een kleine vraag over het gebruik van de wasmachine. We namen contact op met het personeel en kregen snel en vriendelijk antwoord. Ze boden zelfs aan om het persoonlijk uit te leggen als dat nodig was, wat aantoonde hoe attent en zorgzaam hun service was. De kamer was ook voorzien van een keuken met basisbenodigdheden, wat erg handig was om eenvoudige maaltijden te bereiden en ons verblijf huiselijker maakte. Een ander prettig detail was dat er tegen een toeslag ontbijt beschikbaar was. Het personeel was zo vriendelijk om ons korting op het ontbijt te geven, wat we erg op prijs stelden. Het was een attent gebaar en maakte ons verblijf nog aangenamer. Hartelijk dank voor de warme gastvrijheid. De locatie is ook een groot pluspunt. Er zijn tal van restaurants en winkels in de buurt, dus het was erg makkelijk om je te verplaatsen. Ondanks de levendige buurt was de kamer 's nachts rustig en hebben we heerlijk geslapen. Het personeel herinnerde ons er ook aan om na 22:00 uur geen lawaai te maken, wat aantoont dat de accommodatie goed beheerd wordt en rekening houdt met alle gasten. Vóór het uitchecken nam het team nog even contact met ons op om te vragen of we tijdens ons verblijf nog problemen hadden ondervonden. Dit kleine gebaar maakte echt een verschil en liet zien dat ze oprecht om de ervaring van hun gasten geven. Al met al was dit een comfortabel, stressvrij en aangenaam verblijf. We zouden deze plek zeker nog eens kiezen en raden het iedereen die de omgeving bezoekt van harte aan.

My wife and I chose Amari Johor Bahru to celebrate our anniversary, and we had a really pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient to explore the nearby malls and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable for our special occasion. We also appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Overall, it was a good experience and a nice place to celebrate an anniversary. Convenient location to go eateries and short distance walk to KSL. Plenty of parking space and quiet environment. Located at level 56 and a good view of the neighbourhood. The unit comes with a water purifier/dispenser, so there is no need to buy drinking water when staying there. It also provides a washing machine at the service yard but you will need to bring your own washing powder/detergent. Bring a pair of slippers/hotel slippers along if plan to go service yard for the washing. Feels grainy for the floor in some areas, would be good to have a mop in the unit. Do note that there is no Netflix but you can watch local free channels. Before we check in, we were informed in the morning that there is a fibre maintenance by the building management and the free wifi for the unit ended with no internet connection during the stay. Hopefully the internet service has resumed after the public holiday. 4G & 5G signal for my Hotlink mobile service was intermittently slow when staying in the unit and disconnected at times. Generally, it is a nice unit for family and friends to stay.

De omgeving is prachtig en comfortabel. Het personeel bij de receptie was erg vriendelijk toen ik incheckte en elk personeelslid had een warme glimlach, wat me een zeer aangenaam gevoel gaf. De hotelfaciliteiten waren allemaal goed onderhouden en erg schoon. Ik had bij het boeken een speciaal verzoek voor wat decoratie en de regeling overtrof mijn verwachtingen – het voelde erg attent en ceremonieel. Het eten in het hotel was ook heerlijk, vooral het ontbijtbuffet, dat een ruime keuze bood en schoon en hygiënisch was. Het was een geweldige ervaring en ik kom zeker nog eens terug.

Had to wait till very late before being contacted by them. Replies weren't answered unlike most hotel that answers promptly. It is almost impossible to stay if your hand phone malfunction. Nonetheless the apartment was well kept and it's smooth once the instructions were sent to me. I told them the lobby letter box area was super dark. The bulb had blown for few days and it was so hard trying to open the letter box to collect the apartment key.

If you like a quiet, cosy place that give you a resort feel, then this hotel will be a good choice. Initially booked this hotel is because wanting to try the Gem Spa, as previously I tried their other outlet which was very good. But sadly due to time constraints, we didn't manage to go the spa. What I like about this hotel is, there is a hard rock within the hotel. So if you do not want to travel 15mins out, then you can actually chill and eat there. The room is cosy but sadly that even I had booked the sea view, the view was not directly. I was allocated a room that faced the road and far right is the sea. But the plus point is I have a bathtub. Overall the service is good, breakfast is average and the occupancy of the hotel is high but you do not feel crowded.
