攜程付過款。到店前台以為我沒付款讓我刷卡，我以為是收按金，就tap然後輸密碼。發現金額太大，提了一嘴，這是按金嗎，我房費付過了哦。前台才發現重複扣了，又給我撤銷扣款。 到這裏還算正常。 然後騷操作來了，半夜2點給我又扣了一次，無卡交易，不過我鎖卡了沒扣成功。 最後酒店解釋是實習生操作失誤。就看你信不信吧。還説下次來給我打折。亞洲遊客能來幾次呢。這操作很難評。 既然知道我付過了，為什麼要記下我卡號。問過銀行，沒可能tap一下就知道所有卡號訊息，衹能是酒店自己看卡片記的。 不想掏卡想用現金的，也別想了，我去交40歐城市税的時候，前台説了cashless。

Hotel zdecydowanie godny polecenia, świetnie położony w samym centrum zabytkowego Rzymu, co docenią zarówno turyści, jak i goście biznesowi. Jakość obsługi jest na najwyższym poziomie. Od momentu wejścia ma się wrażenie, że personelowi zależy na tym, aby pobyt był naprawdę komfortowy. Robiąc to, personel dokłada wszelkich starań, aby wszyscy goście zostali zapamiętani, a ich potrzeby zostały spełnione. Doceniłem to, że pomimo pełnego obłożenia, nie tylko udało się dostać pokój wcześniej niż pierwotnie deklarowany czas, ale także zgodzono się (bez dodatkowych opłat) na opuszczenie go godzinę później. Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie, to może trochę niewygodny jest brak bufetu, ale można to wytłumaczyć tym, że trudno byłoby go zmieścić w hotelowej restauracji, więc jedzenie jest dostarczane do stolików. Goście mogą jednak jeść do woli, a wybór potraw jest naprawdę zadowalający - w ramach każdego śniadania jest zawsze jedno danie na ciepło. Taras na dachu jest bardzo klimatyczny, gdzie można zarówno zjeść, jak i wypić drinka. Pokoje może nie są duże, ale w zupełności wystarczające. Jest nowocześnie i czysto. Definitely a recommendable hotel, well located in the centre of historic Rome, which tourists and business travellers will appreciate. The quality of service is of the highest standard. When you enter, you get the impression that the staff are committed to making your stay enjoyable. To this end, the staff go to great lengths to ensure that all guests are remembered and their needs are met. I appreciated the fact that, despite the hotel being fully booked, not only was it possible to get a room earlier than the time originally stated, but it was also agreed (at no extra charge) that we could leave an hour later. As for the food, the lack of a buffet is perhaps a little inconvenient, but this can be explained by the fact that it would be difficult to fit it into the hotel restaurant, so food is delivered to the tables. However, guests can eat to their heart's content, and the food choices are really satisfactory - there is always a hot dish for each breakfast. The roof terrace is atmospheric and a good place to eat and drink. The rooms may not be large, but they are perfectly adequate. It is modern and clean.

We were so happy with everything that the hotel was about. Most importantly, such a warm positive vibe and energy from the hotel staff, restaurant, food and artworks, totally worth the stay! Reasonably priced, a prime location to every important part of central Rome, The restaurant Donna e Bistrot deserves a Michelin star, because the breakfast is so good, with the options they provide, quality of the food and pastries are impeccable! We had a wonderful tasting menu dinner, with wine pairing, and we thought it was better than a couple of other Michelin star restaurants in Rome that we visited. Restaurant personnel were so warm hearted and friendly, as are everyone else! Can’t praise highly enough. Must come back!!! Nicollo, Sara, Alessandro, and all others are the best people in hospitality!

Our stay at Palazzo Roma was simply wonderful. A perfect blend of heritage charm and modern comfort. The hotel is beautifully renovated and immaculately maintained, preserving its classic Italian elegance while offering a refreshed and refined ambiance. Every corner, from the art-filled hallways to the grand dining rooms with frescoed ceilings, felt like stepping into a piece of Roman history. Breakfast was an absolute highlight — beautifully presented, with fresh pastries, breads, and a delightful selection that made every morning feel special. The service throughout our stay was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making us feel both welcomed and cared for. Our room was spacious, elegant, and perfectly comfortable — a true retreat after exploring the city. Palazzo Roma exceeded expectations in every way, and we will definitely return on our next visit to Rome.

Location is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.

Het dakterras biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de zonsondergang en het ontbijt wordt vers op bestelling bereid – fantastisch! Het bed en het beddengoed zijn van hoge kwaliteit en comfortabel, maar de glazen deur boven het bad is een beetje onveilig omdat je de neiging hebt om hem open te trekken.

Het hotel heeft een toplocatie, op loopafstand van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden. Het ontbijt is uitstekend, bereid door een zeer bekwame chef-kok, en het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk. Het balkon van de kamer is een heerlijke toevoeging aan de vakantie; meeuwen wachten elke ochtend om de kinderen te voeren, wat een favoriete bezigheid voor hen is.

De kamer is brandschoon - het beddengoed wordt soms TWEE KEER PER DAG verschoond (!), ik verbleef in de deluxe kamer met prachtige Romeinse architectonische elementen, zoals extreem hoge plafonds met een golvend patroon en grote ramen met een antieke uitstraling. De kamer is modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik geef het hotel extra punten voor het gebruik van toiletartikelen van ”Acqua di Parma”, dat waardeer ik enorm wanneer een luxe hotel luxe toiletartikelen gebruikt. Het hotelpersoneel is fantastisch - zeer behulpzaam, vriendelijk en gastvrij. De receptiemedewerkers zijn erg geduldig en doen er alles aan om de gasten een zo aangenaam mogelijk verblijf in Rome te bezorgen. Wat de locatie betreft: het hotel ligt op 8 minuten lopen van het Colosseum, moet ik daar nog iets aan toevoegen?

與家人一起去羅馬玩，選擇了這家酒店，酒店體量不大，但很有設計感，藝術氣息很濃，前台很熱情，在辦理入住時會問你要不要喝香檳。房間有點小，但床很舒服，好眠。早餐是點餐制，顏值在線，味道也很好，出去到大部分景點都可以步行15-20分鐘抵達。很慶幸沒選錯。
