"Such a wonderful and beautiful hotel. The staff are helpful and go the extra mile. I was disheartened to observe several lapses in pool etiquette that compromised the establishment's otherwise esteemed reputation. Guests were seen entering the pool in inappropriate attire, such as pajamas and underwear , which is not only unsightly but also raises hygiene concerns. Proper swimwear is essential to maintain pool cleanliness and uphold the hotel's standards. Additionally, the presence of infants in diapers in the pool area is unsanitary, especially when a designated baby pool is available. This oversight not only affects the pool's cleanliness but also poses health risks to all guests. The disregard for established pool etiquette significantly detracted from the luxurious experience anticipated at a 5-star establishment. The unsanitary conditions and lack of enforcement of pool policies not only diminished the quality of the stay but also raised concerns about the hotel's commitment to guest well-being and satisfaction."

"The hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and polite. The gym is very small and has few equipment. Excellent location. However, the daily rate is too high for what the hotel offers. This is probably because it is a tourist area. I asked for a room with a view of the beach and they gave me a room on the first floor where you couldn't see anything."

"Very good stay...always recommended -Excellent location, near to baga beach -Room size is quite good and so the decor -The balcony is cozy and so the river view -staff is excellent and lobby is as grand as expected -breakfast spread is good Only downside is, external bike vendor were not willing to rent the bike due to local vendor issue."

"Recently stayed at the Hilton Goa and had a pleasant yet inconsistent experience. The room itself was excellent - very spacious with a large king bed, beautiful furnishings, and sparkling clean bathrooms. The location was also ideal.The breakfast spread was nice. However, the swimming pool was a major disappointment. There seemed to be an overabundance of chlorine or other chemicals in the water that made it uncomfortable to swim in. My eyes stung badly after just a few minutes in the pool … it was basically unusable throughout my stay which was unfortunate.Also there is scope of improvement in the healthclub as well! The hotel staff were courteous and professional but lacked some warmth and hospitality I would expect from a high-end resort. I wouldn't call them rude by any means, but they stuck strictly to business with little smiling or engaging conversation. I was hoping for staff that went the extra mile to create a more welcoming environment. Overall, the Hilton Goa has a lot going for it in terms of room and location. They need to address the pool chemical imbalance and inject more hospitality into their service to excel as a premier 5* hotel. The foundation is there but some tweaks could make this a truly worldclass hotel dest.Thanks"

"Taj is the best in every service. We visited Taj Holiday for our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The Breakfast was amazing and had lot of varieties. Taj is the best hotel in hospitality. The Hotel lobby staff Saily helped us very much, upgrade our room to a Cottage and also gave us a complimentary anniversary Pastry and decorated our room. She also gave us some cute gifts on our anniversary. We also visited and enjoyed Taj Fort Aguada property as its accessible from Taj Holiday Village Resort, the property is amazing and has serene and beautiful beach views. Thank you Taj for the amazing service and hospitality. See you soon."

"Ik begin met het beste: het personeel is fantastisch, vanaf de ingang tot iedereen met wie we te maken hadden. Ze waren beleefd, lachend, oprecht bereid om te helpen en zo veel mogelijk aan al je redelijke behoeften te voldoen - dit is gewoonweg geweldig, enorme waardering. We waren er maar één nacht met het gezin, het was een noodstop, maar dat heeft niets met het hotel te maken. 's Ochtends bij het ontbijt kregen we de beste omelet met melk die we ooit hebben gehad, daarna vroegen we om pap, wat er niet was, en cacao. De jongen wist niet eens wat het was, zocht het op en ze maakten alles voor ons! De omgeving is prachtig, de weg naar het strand is aangenaam, de kamers zijn geweldig! Het zand op het strand is fijn, kraakt als sneeuw - gewoonweg een paradijs! En dan de minpunten die absoluut aandacht vereisen: 1. De vloer in de kamer was ERG vies. We kwamen laat 's avonds aan, legden de kinderen in bed, douchten, liepen wat rond in de kamer, en 's ochtends keken we naar onze voeten en waren geschokt. Mijn vrouw nam voor de grap een doekje en veegde over de vloer - dat hadden we beter niet kunnen zien 🤣. 2. Het zwembadwater is erg schoon, het zwembad zelf heeft verschillende dieptes, erg comfortabel - MAAR, in het ondiepere kindergedeelte van het zwembad is het onmogelijk om te zijn, het ruikt heel sterk naar urine uit de toiletten, het stinkt precies op waterniveau en een meter daarboven. Als je naar de tegenovergestelde kant zwemt, is alles in orde, daar waait het door. 3. Wij hebben het probleem niet ervaren, maar ik denk dat er te weinig ligbedden bij het zwembad en op het strand zijn (8 stuks). Misschien zijn de strandbedden relevanter voor Europeanen, dan zou het voldoende moeten zijn."

"Een prachtig hotel. Een grote, comfortabele kamer, tot in de kleinste details verzorgd, waar we enorm van hebben genoten. Modern, stijlvol interieur, enorme badkamer. Een fantastisch kingsize bed, luxe meubels in de kamer en op de veranda. We hebben van elk moment van ons verblijf genoten. Het hotelterrein is relatief compact, maar erg mooi en goed onderhouden. Heerlijk à-la-carte ontbijt in het restaurant. Prachtig interieur van het restaurant en de receptie. Diverse restaurants, mooie zwembaden met comfortabele ligstoelen. Geweldig, beleefd personeel. We konden drie uur eerder inchecken, waar we het hotel dankbaar voor zijn. Het enige minpuntje was dat we een kamer met twee bedden hadden geboekt, maar een kamer met één bed kregen. Gezien de grootte van het bed was dit geen groot probleem; we hebben gewoon een extra deken meegenomen, maar het was in het begin wel even wennen. Ik zou graag terugkeren naar dit hotel."

"Close your eyes and book this hotel you will be very very happy!! Wonderful staff right all around who will give a homely vibe, with care and attention!! Taj heritage is really lucky to have such amazing people working for them!! Rahul in the larajna BF restaurant was a wonderful soul who took care of us extremely well Love this restaurant and great respect to Taj for accomodating all our requests!! Will come back to Goa only for staying at the heritage"

"The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly welcome. We were shown to our room and things explained. The balcony was small but ample. The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue. The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter. The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby. The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way. The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though. The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice. The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning. Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble. We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection. If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss. Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in. All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice."

"Отличная большая территория. На рассвете по газону гуляет много птиц. Классный пляж, один из лучших на Гоа, что мы видели. Номерной фонд немного уставший, но все чисто и по сервису претензий нет."
