De hotelservice was uitstekend! Flessenwater is op verzoek verkrijgbaar bij de receptie en het receptiepersoneel was zeer behulpzaam bij eventuele problemen.

The sort of experience that you would expect from a hotel of this type. Excellent breakfast and faultless service, standard room on the small side, but very comfortable bed.
One very big black mark however that would make me grade the hotel as 1/10. We were woken at 05.30 am by the hotel's exceptionally noisy generator. A city wide power cut, but the disturbed night was unacceptable. They need to talk to Elon Musk about a battery backup,!!!

果然是當地最豪華的酒店，房間大，設施都是星級標準，服務熱情，陽台即可看海，也能眺望到北塔，簡直是度假首選。餐廳出品也很好，牛排多汁，魚很新鮮。可以放心選擇。

In de oude stad, dicht bij de pier en de boulevard, handig om te reizen. Oud gebouw, goed onderhouden. Er werd gezegd dat er ramen zijn, maar de ramen in de kamers aan de binnenkant kunnen niet worden geopend. Ik wilde stil zijn, dus ik veranderde niet van kamer.

Het hotel is prima, begrijp me niet verkeerd, maar het heeft wel wat renovatie nodig, met name de geluidsisolatie van de kamers.
De service is echter ongeëvenaard, wat de ervaring fantastisch maakt! Je voelt je echt betrokken bij je verblijf en je doet er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken.
De keuze aan gerechten in de Topos Bar was vrij beperkt, te duur en de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was over het algemeen niet best. We hebben niet in het restaurant gegeten, dus daar kunnen we niets over zeggen.
Al met al was het een geweldige ervaring en we zouden er volgend jaar graag weer verblijven, aangezien ze in de winter gaan renoveren.

I have never met such kind staff, everyone with a smile will serve you with whatever you ask for!! They surprised us for our wedding anniversary with a cake and a candle, they touched us very much!! I thank them all from the bottom of my heart!!
Thank you very much to Ms. Elvira (maybe I got her name wrong) in reservations who helped me a lot to book the room, she assured me that everything is as trip.com says and finally I made the decision to book it!! Ms. Maria at the reception is very kind and always smiling!!! Ms. Evangelia, the public relations manager, is very sweet and kind to inform us about everything that interests us!! Ms. Georgia, the maitre d' of the dining room, whatever you asked for, you had it right away!! Ms. Fani is so sweet with her perfect eggs and pancakes, she made my eggs exactly as I asked for them!!
Many congratulations to all the staff, they have enslaved us!!
As for the hotel, it may indeed need some minor repairs but I don't stay there because everything else was perfect!! The rooms are clean and tidy, the outdoor areas are all tidy, the pools are large and clean, a nice beach with hotel sunbeds at no charge!!
Reasonable prices at the bars!!

I wish we could have stayed longer!!

GGuest User1) The hotel is new with excellent rooms. It also has excellent outdoor and indoor spaces.
2) I gave 4 instead of 5 to the location because the sea in front of the hotel has rocks and is very cloudy. When I say rocks, I mean lots of rocks, small, big and sharp. In a word, the sea is bad.
3) I gave 4 instead of 5 to the service because I was not informed at check in about the sharp rocks. I was cut badly by the rocks. You can only swim with beach shoes.
4) At the hotel restaurant, we ate pizza with mushrooms. The pizza was not eaten. Unacceptable for a 5* hotel.
5) There are beaches near the hotel, about 500 meters away, that you can go to with your car. They have sand, no stones, they are crystal clear, you can see everything at the bottom and they are not very crowded.
6) The breakfast is fantastic. It even has things you didn't think of.
Would I go back to the hotel? Of course yes. I will swim in the nearby beaches and eat in the village of Ierissos. It's an excellent hotel, but a bit expensive.

VVeljko1992The only thing I wouldn't rate with a strate 10 would be the measurements of the beach.It is quite small with just two rows of sunbeds but there are plenty around the pool so if that does not metter to you this is the perfect hotel to stay at.Near the city center but far enough to have your peace.The staff is very professional and welcoming,especially Andreas who was in charge of us and we were feeling like really special guests thanks to him.The food is great too.Rooms are nice,everything is clean and neath.This hotel is something I would definitely recommend and probably go back at some point.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at the Mediterranean Village Resort. The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the beachfront location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. My room was comfortable and well-equipped, offering a beautiful sea view. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious.
A great surprise was discovering that we could access the dinner buffet for only €15, an incredible value considering the high quality and variety of the food. Everything was delicious! Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely return for another stay!

GGuest UserGreat central location. Entry level service most of the time from very young people. A few options in breakfast but all very good. Small room and urban view very depressing with too much noise When the window was open. AC was not working fast and the control on the wall was faulty. We tried to connect my iPhone a lot of times to the tv to watch Netflix but it didn’t work. We connected only YouTube. Marshall speaker was really good but needed assistance to connect.

The hotel is not far from the city center attractions, and it is very convenient to take the bus or walk. The breakfast is also very rich, with a lot of beautiful desserts. I accidentally ate too much, haha, a very happy accommodation experience.

AAnonymous UserThe room was a good size and very clean, with a fantastic sea view. Breakfast was excellent, as was the entire service. Overall, the staff was attentive and helpful. The only minor drawback was the rather small bathroom – a slightly larger one would have been more comfortable for two people. But that's really nitpicking.
