This hotel is a gem. The location, the friendly staff, the room, the historical added bonus of staying in this place. We loved here. My bed was incredible. Overall it was a remarkable staying. I want to thank the hotel staff for helping us. We had many suitcases and wheelchair. The helped us since the moment we arrived to the hotel. The food from the restaurant is outstanding and there are many choices. We will definitely stay there again. Gracias

Het hotel ligt op een goede locatie, op 10 minuten lopen van het trein- en busstation, en op minder dan 10 minuten lopen van de oude stad. Er zijn supermarkten en restaurants in de buurt.
De kamer is erg groot en de badkamer is ook groot. De kamer- en badkamerfaciliteiten zijn zeer goed.
Jammer dat er geen waterkoker op de kamer aanwezig is

Nos ha encantado el servicio de desayuno a la habitación. La puntualidad y el buen trato en recepción. No hemos quedado muy satisfechos en la parte de camas individuales, pues preferiríamos una doble y tampoco nos han cambiado las sábanas de un día para el otro.

a very nice and cozy hotel Fall in love with it at first sight. The staff was very nice too. Introduced everything we need know for our few days' trip in Santiago.
Only 10 to 15 mins away from Cathedral.

Het is echt een goed hotel gelegen tegenover het strand, prachtig uitzicht, vriendelijk personeel, moderne en gezellige inrichting, schone en ruime kamer!
Het ontbijt was fantastisch met veel stemmen van brood, ham en kaas!
Slechts twee kleine dingen moeten worden verbeterd:
1) de koffiemachines in het ontbijtrestaurant, er was een knop voor cappuccino, maar er kwam chocolademelk uit en geen koffie. Ik geloofde dat er iets verkeerd was ingesteld op de machines!
2) de Engelse standaard van het personeel, we ontdekten dat alleen het personeel van de receptie heel goed Engels kon spreken, maar toen we de uitbreiding naar de bar en roomservice belden, moesten we wachten op iemand die het kon begrijpen en vertaalde naar de gerelateerde afdeling!
Verder was alles perfect!
Beveel het ten zeerste aan aan mijn vrienden en we zullen de volgende keer zeker terugkomen!

GGuest UserIt is really a good hotel located in front of the beach, beautiful view, friendly staff, modern and cozy decoration, clean and spacious room!
The breakfast was fantastic with many voices of breads , hams and cheese!
Only two little things need to be improved :
1) the coffee machines in the breakfast restaurant, there was a button for cappuccino, but it came out the chocolate milk not coffee. I believed something wrongly set to the machines!
2) the english standard of the staff, we found only the reception staff could speak english very well, but when we dialed the extension to the bar and room services, we needed to wait someone who could understand and translated to the related dept.!
Other than that, everything was perfect!
Highly recommend to my friends and sure we will come back again next time!

Ssusan ᐝUnable to book the Double Kings Hotel next to the cathedral, I opted for the NH Hotel, which turned out to be quite good. The Double Kings Hotel in the city center was under renovation, with makeshift sheds at the entrance, which negatively impacted the experience. The NH Hotel had a great location, situated in a suburban area resembling a forest park, with beautiful greenery nearby. It's a short walk to the cathedral, about 18 minutes. However, walking there at night was a bit scary because it was so quiet. I went for a walk to the cathedral at 10 pm hoping to see the festivities and the cathedral illuminated, but it was pitch black, and I left disappointed. The NH Hotel rooms and service were good, and I highly recommend the breakfast. The only regret was that the gym was missing one of the 14kg dumbbells; I don't know why. However, the gym was open 24 hours, which was nice.

For us, something overloaded in its decoration and somewhat outdated. Very large rooms and huge beds. I think they assigned us a lower category room after taking an offer. Views of a dark patio and somewhat dirty bathroom floors.

AAnonymous UserClose to Alameda Park, walk about 1 km to the cathedral. The deluxe king room is also very small, and because it is an old building, the sound insulation is very poor, and there is that kind of gloomy taste. I can accept these, if I can't accept it, I don't recommend staying here.
There are not many types of breakfast, but it is delicious and satisfying.
Drinking bar, fitness equipment, indoor pool, free drinking water in the room.
