Voor de prijs van iets minder dan £11 per nacht (+ toeristenbelasting van 4 dinar per nacht) was het een heel goed hotel. De locatie is perfect en biedt een prachtig uitzicht op zee. Het personeel was ook vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het enige minpuntje dat ik kan bedenken, is dat de kamers in de winter wat koud kunnen worden, maar verder krijg je een schone kamer met alle benodigde voorzieningen.

Het resort wordt bezocht door Europese gezinnen, voornamelijk blanke gezinnen.
Het lijkt erop dat elke kamer een familiesuite is; de woonkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden en de slaapkamer drie eenpersoonsbedden, maar er is slechts één badkamer met toilet. Er zijn keukenfaciliteiten, maar geen servies of kookgerei.
Ontbijt en diner worden in buffetvorm geserveerd met het polsbandje dat u bij het inchecken ontvangt.

GGuest UserOverall, it was a good experience. We had contacted before arriving asking for an early check-in due to traveling with a 2 year old, but no rooms were available.
The room was brilliant, and they delivered a cot straight away when we got in there.
The pool was great for the little one. Drinks were fairly prompt.
When going back to the room, various appliances were not working. A quick word with reception, and someone was there immediately and fixed it all. Someone then came to check 30 minutes later (great service).
Had room service. Mixed our order up but they came quick enough and apologized. Salad was tasty, but the jambon and cheese sandwich had no cheese.
Breakfast had a good range. Fresh omelets were nice but wish I could have had fresh scrambled eggs.

GGuest UserThis is a standard all-inclusive hotel in Sousse. It’s a little dated in places but very clean and you can’t go wrong for the price. The staff are very helpful and I love how they include lots of Tunisian dishes at breakfast and dinner. I had a great stay.

LLouise ThorpeWonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously.
The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay.
The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day.
The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay.
I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

The hotel provides a chilled relaxed atmosphere. It’s not a hotel for partying .
Staff are pleasant and couteous .
The bar manager Lotvi is attentive and professional is.
My waiter at breakfast and dinner, Mahmoud was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble .
The dining experience has definitely improved since previously, with more problem solving and visibility from all members of staff . I feel the quality of food could still be improved. When I choose to eat at local grill barbecue cafes, it reflects the poor quality of fish then being served at the hotel.
It was lovely to come back for a return visit and feel welcomed . The hotel is spotless and the new Director has encouraged very positive changes. I am very thankful to have enjoyed another beautiful stay and I will continue to return to Green Park .

This traditional Tunisian hotel is an absolute gem. I was immediately mesmerized by its welcoming charm, enveloped in a stylish and tasteful ambiance that feels authentically local yet serene.
My spacious room was beautifully decorated, continuing the elegant theme. Mornings were a delight, thanks to a breakfast that felt like a genuine treat. I also adored the thoughtful touch of a boutique corner in the lobby, showcasing upscale, modern takes on traditional handicrafts.
Above all, it was the hospitality that defined my stay. The host, Farah, was the epitome of class and kindness. Without a moment's hesitation, I know I will return. Thank you, Farah, for your wonderful care.

IidleduckFacilities: old, the hotel room layout is not good, there are rooms similar to the underground first floor. The breakfast room has been repainted, and the paint smell is still strong. It is not directly adjacent to the beach, but there is a garden.
Service: The service level is below average. The omelette lady in the breakfast room is very friendly.
The hygiene is very ordinary, quite poor, and the sheets are also worn out.
The room does not come with water, so I was asked to get it from the bar myself.

GGuest UserThe location is very good, right by the sea. The room also faces the sea. The house is quite spacious, there is no parking lot, just park on the roadside. However, all cars park on the roadside, so it doesn't affect much. The facilities in the room are a bit old. The toilet lid is a later installation, and it can't even be lifted up. I have to hold the lid with one hand when I urinate.
