Nice location. If you visit mid-night, it may be a bit different to find the entrance door. Free parking is available in the back yard.

Chcem sa veľmi poďakovať pani majiteľke Janke za jej ústretovosť a pomoc. Bola som tu ubytovana 3 dni a cítila som sa veľmi dobre. Izby sú jednoduché a čisté. Penzión má rodinnú,idilickú atmosféru a hneď sa cítite vítaní. Pani Janka vám všetko vysvetlí, pomôže a poradí. Ak má čas, môžete si s ňou sadnúť a len tak sa porozprávať. 😉 Ďakujem ♥️

마을 전체가 그림같은 최고의 장소에 있는 호텔입니다. 모든 사람들이 친절하고 레스토랑의 음식도 맛있습니다. 대신에 편의점이나 마트가 없어 사가야합니다

Well where do i start? Has to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are very attentive but not intimidating and could never do enough to help. We arrived early but nothing seems like it could be a problem to them, had the key cards within 5 minutes and were in our room. The wellness area was spotless and the staff more than happy to bring the drinks to you whether you’re in the hot tub or sat by the pool, plenty of towels and slippers available if needed. The bars and restaurants also spotless and the food in the restaurant was truly amazing and I just wished we had booked to eat there earlier in our stay as we would have gone several times as the menu was so varied. Location is excellent for skiing and also visiting all the attractions in the area. Would we go back? Definitely we will be going back again but longer stay so we can relax and feel pampered for longer.

酒店早餐供應還算不錯，衞生保持良好。位置在市區較為方便的地方，性價比良好。衹是如果自駕開車入住的話，停車位可能不太好找。

I use this hotel a lot, it’s clean and comfortable. However, they struggeled to refill the stations at breakfast this time. More staff would be nice. Also, if you want a late checkin (I did 11:00PM), you need to call them, they will give you the door code and leave your room key on the reception desk.

Very clean and friendly looks just as advertised

Das Panorama in Štrbské Pleso ist eine architektonische Ikone – allein dafür lohnt sich der Aufenthalt. Darüber hinaus hätten wir uns für einen zwar nicht exorbitanten, aber doch stattlichen Preis stellenweise etwas mehr erwartet. Die Heizung in unseren Zimmern ließ sich praktisch nicht regulieren; uns wurde empfohlen, die Temperatur durch Lüften zu senken. Das Frühstücksbuffet war insgesamt in Ordnung, wirkte jedoch bereits eine Stunde vor Ende deutlich ausgedünnt. Der Kaffee aus den Automaten war grenzwertig. Zudem war – anders als bei den anderen Hotels – die Zufahrt zum Haupteingang nicht von Schnee und Eis geräumt. Dem stehen positive Eindrücke gegenüber: Das Hotel befindet sich insgesamt in gutem Zustand. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet; kostenfreie Getränke in der Minibar sind ein angenehmes Detail. Unser Auto konnten wir bequem in der Tiefgarage parken. Der Blick vom Hotel auf die Berge und in Richtung Niedere Tatra ist bezaubernd. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man den See, die Wanderwege oder den Bahnhof. In der Umgebung finden sich Cafés, Restaurants und kleinere Imbisse. Das Personal war freundlich, professionell und sprach teilweise hervorragend Deutsch. Fazit: Ein Erlebnis, das wir nicht missen möchten – und mit den genannten Hinweisen durchaus anderen Freunden der Tatra und markanter, bewusst eigenwilliger Architektur empfehlen können.
