We hebben een zeer comfortabel verblijf gehad in Pullman Zam Zam Madinah. Het hotel is prachtig en de hygiëne is zeer goed. We verbleven in een vierpersoonskamer, die ruim was.
We verbleven ook in Pullman Zam Zam in Mekka, maar die in Medina is veel beter.

Uitstekend, schoon hotel met een goede locatie. De enige nadelen zijn dat sommige van de kamerservice personeel onsamenwerken en tijd nemen om te bedienen zelfs na aanvraag. Het vreemde is dat een van hen liegt en beweren dat we de dienst weigeren. De meeste dingen die wij vragen, zeggen wij dat ze niet beschikbaar zijn en de koffiecapsules zijn helaas uitgesteld vanuit het restaurant.

De liften zijn beperkt en meestal bezet, er is lawaai op de gangen waardoor ik niet kan slapen. Het is niet makkelijk om de kamers te vinden, omdat een ander hotel (Badr Almakam) hetzelfde restaurant heeft. Hoewel het ontbijt uitstekend is, is de roomservice gemiddeld. Ik raad dit hotel niet aan, behalve voor oudere mensen, omdat het dicht bij de Haram ligt. Ik werd 's nachts wakker gemaakt door onnodige schoonmaak van mijn kamer.

Er is een dief in het hotel. Een diamanten ring in de badkamer kan verloren gaan... Wanneer het Asr-gebed wordt verlaten en het schoonmaakpersoneel vraagt om de ring schoon te maken. Een heilige stad is geen garantie dat de mensen die er wonen, ook heilig zijn. Laat nooit waardevolle spullen achter in dit hotel. Bij de melding maakte het hotel ook geen enkele indruk van hulpvaardigheid. Toen ik hem ermee confronteerde, durfde de medewerker nog brutaler te zijn en vroeg hij mij te zweren op de Koran, ook al was het duidelijk dat hij de enige was die in de kamer was toen ik vertrok om te bidden.
Dit is het enige nadeel. Afgezien daarvan is dit hotel werkelijk een droom. Uitzicht op de Haram, direct voor poort 338, comfortabel en heerlijk eten. Ook al was de persoon die de omelet maakte super gemeen. Waarom hebben hotels onvriendelijk personeel? En de meeste werknemers uit India en Bangladesh hebben een onduidelijk karakter. Er zijn dieven en er zijn onvriendelijke dieven. Zoek liever een ander hotel.

Mashaallah Jahid and Emon have been extremely helpful. They would almost respond almost immediately. They have been very careful towards my 10 year old son who was ill. I would highly recommend them.

*************** Het is een goed hotel. Het wordt geadverteerd als een 5-sterren, maar het is in werkelijkheid niets meer dan een 4-sterren. De kamers hadden een buiten werking zijnde telefoondienst en deze was klein. Windows, we zijn ook super vies. Dit werd echter goedgemaakt met hun uitstekende uitstekende ontbijt. Liften waren traag en klein in de ruimte

We had good experience at the hotel. The distance from hotel to haram is near and the nearest gate was 365 it was very close to Raudah *************. The breakfast were good and delicious. Thank you to Mr. shamem for the pleasant service. May Allah bless him.

Dit is de t****e keer dat ik in dit hotel verblijf en de belangrijkste reden is de locatie. Het ligt vlakbij de Masjid Nabwi, waar je kunt bidden en in elke gebedsruimte weer terug kunt komen. De vrouwenpoort is ook vlakbij.
Ik reis met de auto en er is gratis parkeergelegenheid beschikbaar, wat een geruststelling voor mij is. Beide keren heb ik gratis kunnen parkeren, *************.
Er zijn veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt, ook in het winkelcentrum Taiba.
Over het algemeen erg goed.

AAnonymous UserI booked this room for my parents who were performing their Umrah during Ramadan. They really enjoyed their 5-night stay at this hotel.
One of the biggest advantages is its proximity to Al-Nabawi Mosque, which is incredibly convenient for attending prayers, especially during Ramadan.
The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. My parents felt very much at ease throughout their entire stay.
They truly appreciated their experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Medina for Umrah or a spiritual visit.

The check in was smooth, very responsive CS for asking several things and booking code for nusuk matters, only by WhatsApp. The room is small and no window but we could get some rest here. There is a small restaurant near and affordable. Unfortunately, we left our plastic consists of our shoes at the lobby while catching pick up taxi to Makkah. My mistake but there was no good news about it. At the same day as we arrived at Makkah, directly contact the CS but no one saw it and they did not want to check the cctv. QadarAllah wa maa syaa fa'al

However, it's crucial to arrange transportation with the hotel in advance, otherwise, an Uber ride will cost you an arm and a leg. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the signature Banyan Tree essential oils felt like an amazing bonus in a desert hotel. Overall service was excellent, with friendly staff always ready to assist. Of course, there was one disappointment: the mountain pool was closed due to a safety issue with falling rocks.

From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances.
The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable.
As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram.
Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times.
Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day.
Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

AAnonymous UserIt's on par with a typical Home Inn, but thankfully the location is great, very close to the Prophet's Mosque. During Ramadan, breakfast isn't served at the usual times. There's a kettle, toothbrush and toothpaste, and slippers provided. Parking is free.

The location is excellentjust a short walking distance to Masjid Nabawi, which made it very convenient for prayers, especially during peak times.The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with some offering beautiful views of the Haram. Housekeeping was generally good, and the atmosphere in the hotel felt calm and suitable for a spiritual trip. Many guests also highlight cleanliness and comfort as strong points. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. Breakfast had a good variety, and the service in the dining area was efficient.

GGuest UserWe had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced. We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage.
The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery). Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us. The view outside was heavenly mashAla. Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t. It such an experience and you have to do it. Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house. Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud. All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk. Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all. And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.
Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.
They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44. It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at. You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel. If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.
The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family. Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the Haram. The services inside the hotel are excellent. However, the cleanliness is far below expectations. As for check-in, we were deceived; I had booked for an 11 AM check-in but wasn't allowed in before 3 PM. The reception staff told us that the hotel's policy differs from the website's, and we were the ones who suffered because of it. Therefore, next time I'll book directly with the hotel and not through a website. Wishing you all the best.

From the moment I arrived until the day of departure, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism, care, and attention to detail. One of the most impressive aspects of the hotel was the cleanliness. Every area—whether it was the room, bathroom, corridors, or common spaces—was spotless and extremely well maintained. Housekeeping deserves special appreciation for their consistency and dedication. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, fresh towels were provided, and everything was arranged neatly, giving a real sense of comfort and hygiene.
The staff were outstanding. They were polite, respectful, and always willing to help with a warm and welcoming attitude. Any request or question was handled promptly and professionally, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Their hospitality created a relaxed and positive environment throughout the stay.
The room itself was well equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the room was peaceful and pleasant. Everything worked perfectly, from lighting to amenities, which added to the stress-free experience.
Overall, everything about this hotel was perfect—from service and cleanliness to comfort and management. It is rare to find a place where all aspects are maintained at such a high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation, whether for family, business, or religious travel.
I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. A truly excellent stay from start to finish.
