I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The restaurant was excellent, and every meal was delicious and well prepared. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax. Most of all, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always making me feel welcome. Thanks to their hospitality, my stay was truly enjoyable, and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Dit is absoluut een geweldige plek om weken te verblijven als je behoefte hebt aan een schone en rustige plek om uit te rusten. Alle medewerkers zijn zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Meneer Sudeep heeft mijn verblijf onvergetelijk gemaakt. Hij regelde een ophaalservice naar de luchthaven, hij wijzigde mijn boeking toen ik snel terug naar huis moest en hij zorgde ervoor dat alles goed met me ging. De locatie is ook geweldig, op een paar minuten lopen ben je bij de stoepa en allerlei kleine eetgelegenheden. Vanaf de stoepa kun je zo naar de supermarkt lopen voor je dagelijkse boodschappen. Je kunt trouwens vrijwel al het eten en fruit dat je wilt vlakbij de stoepa vinden. Ik kom zeker terug om hier te verblijven, alleen, met familie of vrienden. Heel erg bedankt aan het hele team!!!! 😊😊

I recently booked Sara Sadan Hotel in Kathmandu for my parents, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hospitality and clear guidance provided by the staff were excellent. My parents were very comfortable during their stay and were truly happy with the service. The staff were extremely friendly, respectful, and always helpful. Ik schrijf zelden recensies, maar ik kan dit hotel in Kathmandu van harte aanbevelen. Het hotel ligt aan de hoofdstraat van Thamel, waardoor het zeer gunstig gelegen is ten opzichte van Chinese restaurants, bars, winkels en meer. Het hotel heeft een uitstekende smaak, met kamers die vergelijkbaar zijn met die van hotelketens, compleet met elektrische gordijnen en een slim toilet. De eigenaar is erg aardig en biedt zoveel mogelijk hulp. Het lokale personeel biedt uitstekende service en je merkt dat ze een systematische training hebben gevolgd voordat ze aan de slag gingen.

Nice, clean rooms, big comfy bed and pillows. Shower was okay. Water did not get hot, lukewarm at best and refrigerator was not cold at all, I almost thought it was broken. Food was good if you stick to Nepali and Indian food options, but lassis were watered down. Drinks were also not cold. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful, but I had two instances that really turned me off. They have a free buffet breakfast, but if you opt to skip it, they call you very early in the morning to ask if you're coming or not. This disturbed my sleep several times until I asked them to stop. Today was also my last day here and although check out is at 3pm, I received a call from reception at 10:30am asking when I'd be leaving. He informed me that a big group would be arriving and told me that the check out time was noon, when it was clearly stated otherwise online. He asked if I'd be staying another night instead as if I was bartering to not be pushed out of my room before check out time, when I was right. I've never had such an experience before and have traveled all over the world. Such a lack of professionalism and tact. That is not how you treat guests at a 4 star hotel. Not recommending this hotel to anyone!

Het was en goede ervaring in het hotel ze waren heel vriendelijk. Voor hulp gingen ze gelijk helpen zonder twijfels. Zelf bij de receptie kreeg je hulp waar je moet gaan , Welke plekken mooi is zonder gedongen te worden. Ik had zelf het chauffeur van het hotel genomen zelf hij was heel aardig.Hij heeft ook andere plekken gebracht zonder dat we hadden afgesproken Dat was top geen extra kosten. Ook met manager gesproken hij had alles in kaart gebracht en het totaal kosten voor drie dagen gezet. Ik ga zeker terug naar Nepal en het zelfde hotel nemen. Zonder twijfel. Een goede ervaring gehad, een aanrader

Me and my mum recently had the pleasure of staying at Royal Boutique Hotel. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. It is close to the airport which is quite convenient. The staff was professional,welcoming and attentive. The check in went smoothly. The room was lovely and spacious and clean. Food provided was fantastic. All the services were top notch. Taxi services are also available through hotel if you need to go places during your stay there. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a hassle free stay. Staff members always happy to go an extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable as possible.

The skyline restaurant is the best at sunset in this hotel. They have a transparent glass floor to watch everything under your feet. Many locals also get dressed up and come here to enjoy the million-dollar-worthy sight. You can also enjoy the buffet breakfast at the same restaurant if staying here. I used the swimming pool and sauna on 9 floor. The staff there are very attentive and friendly. Feel like a queen being there! The room is super clean and smell nice! I am amazed by the A.C. System. Believe me that’s very rare to find in Kathmandu! All is very good from the beginning of check-in and till the end. They have free drop-off transportation to airport. So I would highly recommend to book the last nights in Nepal and enjoy a relaxing evening of here!

Vanaf het moment dat ik aankwam, voelde het personeel me echt welkom, de check-in was soepel en efficiënt, en ik werd gegroet met warme glimlachen en verfrissende dranken. Mijn kamer was spotloos, mooi ingericht en bood een prachtig uitzicht elke detail was gedachtenvriendelijk geregeld voor comfort en ontspanning. Het ontbijtbuffet was uitstekend, met een brede selectie van verse, smaakvolle opties om elke smaak te passen. Het huishoudelijk team hield alles perfect bij gedurende mijn verblijf. Ik waardeer ook de rustige sfeer en de uitstekende WiFi-verbinding, waardoor het ideaal is voor zowel vrije tijd als werk. Wat dit hotel echt afscheidt is het niveau van gastvrijheid. Elk teamlid ging boven en verder om ervoor te zorgen dat ik een aangename verblijf had van het aanbevelen van lokale attracties om te helpen met het vervoer. In het algemeen combineert dit hotel luxe, comfort en echte zorg op de beste manier mogelijk. Ik zou het zeer aan iedereen die het gebied bezocht, en kan niet wachten om snel weer terug te komen!

This is the second time I stayed at Ramada Encore in Thamel. I was not wrong to choose it again. Absolutely everything is good here ... the staff, the room,the breakfast (oh my, sooooo good), the location, the friendliness of every single employee, from the door in. A special recognition to Nikhil in the reception, whose service and support with a sincere smile is as comforting as the sunshine on an early autumn morning. And to the staff and therapists on the spa where I took a couple of massages that were superb. Kathmandu is a beautiful, yet hectic city. Thamel even more, so to have this oasis to come to after a long day wandering around or trekking is something to treasure. In my case, this is even more meaningful as I left all my stuff to go hiking on the Himalayas for several days, coming back to the hotel with the certainty that I was going to be happily and truly welcome. Again, I was not wrong. Thank you for making a difference and for understanding what the word service means. I will certainly choose you again and again every time I come back to this unique Kathmandu I learned to love. Namaste, 🙏🏼.
