The location is good, and so is the parking. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which required some adjustments but didn't cause much inconvenience. However, the sealant in the shower area was quite moldy, even though I believe the room had already been renovated. The breakfast wasn't anything special, and the housekeeping left a lot to be desired. Generally, the front desk staff were very helpful, except for the lady who checked us out; when she asked about our stay, she reacted quite defensively.

The stay experience was excellent. The lobby was grand, the room hygiene was very good, and breakfast was abundant and delicious. There's also a gym, which is great for daily workouts, and the location is convenient.

Conveniently located just 15 minutes from both the train station and the main shopping district, this hotel offers an ideal base for exploring the area. It stands out as one of the better options in its category, offering comfort and excellent service. The staff are a true highlight – friendly, attentive, and responsive to all enquiries. A special mention goes to Merle, who went above and beyond to assist us with travel arrangements. Her warm and professional manner made a lasting impression. One area for improvement is the breakfast offering. Guests with dietary restrictions or those who avoid meat and eggs may find the options somewhat limited. Expanding the menu to cater to a wider range of dietary needs would enhance the overall experience. Overall, a highly recommended stay with thoughtful service and a prime location.

TheHilton the Hague in the scenic Zeestraat is worth your money. My room was big size and so was the bathroom with a lovely bathtub. The view is a bit meh, but there is enough to do or to see in the neighborhood. The only thing I did not like was the (too) loud popmusic over Sunday breakfast.

Free hot water is available on the first floor. The beds are clean and comfortable, not stuffy, and good for sleeping. Essentially, two people can sleep in one bed without an issue. The showers on the first floor are a bit inconvenient, especially since I was on the second floor. Overall, the hygiene was very good, no problems there. Some drinks require payment with a wristband.

This hotel is a great choice for business trips to Rotterdam. It's centrally located with lots of shops nearby. Both the bathroom and the room itself were quite comfortable. Being so close to the train station means you won't be rushing to catch a train to Amsterdam for your flight!

The location is excellent and convenient, within walking distance of any art museum. It's right in the city center, a shopping hub, and extremely convenient, just a 1-minute walk from both the subway and tram lines. Highly recommended.

The room was decent but unfortunately the window was right above the entrance as everyone is smoking right under it, so don't think about opening the window. We arrived and there was a sock on the smoke alarm, went downstairs to notify reception and another customer told us it had been there when he stayed days back. Clearly people smoking in rooms, but we couldn't smell it much so that's a plus. The reception staff came to take it down swiftly but it should have been caught way earlier by the cleaning staff! The bathroom was nice. WiFi worked great in rooms as well.

We booked just one day in advance at a very reasonable price and were truly pleasantly surprised! The breakfast is delicious, and I think €20 is a fair price. The only thing I might suggest adding is perhaps salmon or mackerel. The beds are lovely, though the duvet is really too thick for this time of year! (In the middle of summer), which meant we didn't sleep as comfortably as we could have. Otherwise, the hotel is well-insulated; housekeeping started early in the hallways, but we didn't hear a thing from our room, nor did we hear any noise from other guests or rooms. We arrived quite late (10 PM) and were even able to have dinner! The service staff are incredibly kind and genuinely go out of their way to help you. I found the cocktails a bit pricey, but they were delicious. In short, I would definitely recommend this hotel (provided there's an option to change the duvet... after all, you come to sleep comfortably 😉)

Great design, classic style, and an excellent location in the heart of The Hague. The hotel is conveniently close to several tram stops, making it easy to get around the city. That said, the housekeeping could be improved. I'm not particularly picky, nor was I inspecting corners looking for flaws, but as soon as I entered the room I noticed a large white stain on the chair—what looked like a souvenir from a previous guest. It was quite obvious and, in my opinion, something that should be easy to remove with basic cleaning supplies. The hair dryer also looked rather worn and overdue for replacement. These are small details, but they are the kind of things that guests notice immediately and could easily be addressed with a bit more attention from the cleaning staff. Other than that, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room at a very pleasant temperature. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider returning in the future, especially if the housekeeping standards are improved.
