Excellent stay! Great value for money. Although the rooms are a bit dated, they are well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The shower had great water pressure and temperature, and the hairdryer was powerful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. There's a convenience store and a pharmacy right downstairs, so everything you need is readily available. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to and from Narita Terminal 1 and 2, and Terminal 3 is easily within walking distance.

This was my second stay here, after a 7-year gap. This time, to avoid the hassle of switching hotels, I decided to stay for a full 9 days. First, the positives: 1. **Great Location & Easy Access**: It's right outside Shin-Urayasu Station on the JE line, directly accessible via a connecting skybridge. 2. **Convenient Amenities Nearby**: There's a large shopping mall close by with plenty of dining options, and a Lawson convenience store downstairs. 3. **Free Disney Shuttle**: They offer a complimentary shuttle service to Disneyland. 4. **Excellent Airport Bus Service**: The airport bus stop is conveniently located at the hotel entrance. We took the earliest bus at 5:10 AM to Haneda Airport and arrived in about 40 minutes. 5. **Kid-Friendly Feature**: There's a projector on the second-floor reception area that keeps younger children entertained, which my child really enjoyed. Now, for the downsides: 1. **Shift Towards Budget**: Compared to my stay in 2019, it feels like the hotel has adopted a more economical approach. Is this a post-pandemic consequence? Disposable amenities are self-service on the second floor, and their quality is quite mediocre. 2. **Surprising Housekeeping Policy**: Upon check-in, I was explicitly told that housekeeping would only be provided on two of my nine days (once every three days), with only towel changes on the other days. I thought I misheard and had to confirm it. Honestly, this is the first time I've encountered such a policy in all my domestic and international hotel stays. I can understand changing bed linens every few days, as I don't change them daily at home, but being told that actual cleaning services wouldn't be provided at all on certain days was a first. This wasn't the case in 2019, and there was no mention of this policy in the hotel information on Ctrip, which surprised me. After complaining to Ctrip, the issue was resolved, and daily cleaning was provided thereafter. If they're not going to clean, then they should reduce the room rate for those days. But the daily rate remained the same, so why wasn't my room being cleaned? 3. **Lack of Guest Hospitality**: My 9-day stay was to celebrate my child's 4th birthday. I emailed the hotel beforehand, hoping for a small cake, which most hotels in my home country readily provide. However, the hotel's reply only provided a link to an all-Japanese website for me to purchase and reserve one myself. A 9-day stay for a birthday, and that's all they offer? It really felt like the hotel has no guest courtesy policy. 4. **Subpar Room Cleanliness**: The room cleaning was generally poor. There was dust on the kettle and table. On the day I checked in, I even found a pink hair tie left by the previous guest in the light trough behind the headboard. Perhaps because I stayed here in '19, I had certain expectations. But times have changed, and it seems the hotel's operational policies have too. Guests should decide for themselves if it meets their needs.

We stayed here specifically for a few nights in Tokyo as Disney was part of our agenda. Overall I enjoyed this hotel - the location was great, very close (and covered) to the subway - less than 5 minutes. There are a couple of malls just next to the subway with lots of food options, supermarkets, Uniqlo etc. Great! Shuttle bus to Disneyland/sea was also one of the reasons we chose to stay here for the convenience to the parks and the service was great personally for us as we planned ahead - got to the bus stop (at DisneySEA) with some buffer to ensure we got a seat. However, there were no checks if you were a hotel guest for the service and guests from the adjacent hotel used the service which became very crowded, by the time it got to the DisneyLAND. For context this shuttle was only meant for Urayasu Brighton Hotel guests. The adjacent hotel had their own shuttle. Service here was great too - staff were very friendly unlike another hotel I stayed at in Ginza on the same trip. Rooms were refreshing for Tokyo as the room we were in was very spacious. It was clean also but did not offer complimentary water. Room also had a foot massager which I enjoyed. There was a Refa shower head and hair dryer. However just some “interesting” elements to this hotel. There are irons you can use - just call the front desk to use, but the catch is you only have 1 hour to use it. Must call the front desk to tell them to pick up. Didn’t want to chance going over an hour as I didn’t want to pay for this. Also, there was no door signs for this hotel - I.e do not disturb, please make room etc. House keeping entered and cleaned up the room which is opposed to their information they provided as it stated if you want house keeping to clean your room you needed to call the front desk by a certain time which we did not do. The house keeping was not detailed they put the extra pillows I used for MY bed on my sister’s bed. Also the bed runners which we took off and set to the side they put back on the bed and they put the extra pillows on it - which is simply gross as those runners are not clean. Bathrooms were spacious and clean also. But the marks on the sofa were very noticeable and kinda gross. Basic amenities were provided but could have been better. Overall would recommend.

No need to reserve hotel shuttle is a relief, especially if arriving at airport and unable to clear Immigration on time as in our case. The timings of the shuttle is displayed at the board at Bus Stop 16 where most hotel shuttles pickup ate there. The highlight for our stay is the Yurajuko hot spring resort or complex next to the hotel from which we were given complimentary Pass to the hot spring. All shoes, footwares must be put away in the lockers outside before going into the front desk to register entry. to collect a special wrist band for payment later at the front desk after eating in the restaurant or foodcourt inside (which turned out to be satisfying in terms of quality and price). There might also be entertainment on the stage; eg a Hawaiian theme dance segments were performed during our time there. The room was ok. Only one issue is we didn't know how to turn on the Aircon. Later, we found 2 switches at the bedside table for switching on and off the Aircon. But that night, we decided not to use the Aircon at all but simply open the window which is netted to prevent insects from entering. The cool air during the day and the cold air at night is fresh enough for sleeping comfortably. Since it's May and the weather was good that day!

The hotel's location is great, very close to the airport, and they offer a shuttle service. However, the room facilities are a bit old. It's suitable for catching an early morning flight. But my check-in experience was very unpleasant. The front desk staff on duty showed a stark contrast in their attitude towards different guests. They were warm and attentive when assisting local guests, but when it was my turn to check in, their attitude was cold, their responses perfunctory, and they were very impatient with my questions. When checking out for my flight in the morning, there was zero service. Unfortunately, that day coincided with a massive storm in Chiba, and all transportation to the airport was cut off. I ended up having to charter a car and didn't arrive at the hotel until 1 AM. Being the last day of a tiring trip already, this kind of discrepancy left a very sour taste in my mouth. I hope the hotel can strengthen their front desk staff's service training and treat all guests equally.

The facilities are excellent and the conditions are superb, plus there's a sea view. The breakfast quality is incredibly high, almost impeccable. My only suggestion: Currently, the hotel provides a video showing the pick-up spot for the return shuttle from Disneyland. However, by the time you leave Disneyland, it's already dark and hard to see the way. Also, after a full day of fun, foreign tourists might have run out of battery or data. I recommend simply providing a Google Maps location. This way, it can be navigated offline.

The hotel offers a shuttle service to Narita Airport, with two buses an hour during peak times and one per hour at other times. The journey takes 15-20 minutes. The hotel itself is quite large and a bit old, and the cleanliness is just so-so. It seems they do a rather hasty job of cleaning, likely because most guests are just transiting and staying for one night, leading to a high turnover rate which makes thorough cleaning difficult. For food, your options are either the convenience store in the lobby or the hotel's own restaurant; there are no other choices. I heard there's also a free shuttle to Aeon Mall and JR Narita Station, where there might be more dining options. However, the downside is you'd have to wait for the shuttle both ways.

The room was spacious enough to fully open a 29-inch and a 20-inch suitcase, which, for Japan, speaks for itself in terms of value. It's very close to Maihama Station, making travel convenient, and it's a hundred times quieter than the Hilton across the street. The first floor of the Hilton was like a noisy flea market by comparison.

Closer to Narita airport, nice breakfast, spacious room but very small bathroom space. Nothing nearby to visit, just for overnight stay if you have connecting flights from Narita airport within 24 hours ! Best part is the availability of airport pick up and drop shuttle bus service from the hotel terminal 1 and 2 - terminal 1 pillar 16 south wing exit S2 ! Otherwise don’t feel like we stay in Tokyo, though keisei subway line available from airport terminal to the main city. Rate as 8.5/10 as bathroom space is too cramped, no amenities not even water bottles !! Fortunately Lawson convenience store is available in the ground floor near reception area.

Pros: 1. **Convenient Airport Commute**: Easily accessible from the airport by bus. Just buy a ticket on the 2nd floor of the airport and catch the bus on the 1st floor, which drops you directly at the hotel entrance. There's a Lawson convenience store a short walk to the left from the hotel exit, making shopping very convenient. 2. **Quiet Location & Spacious Rooms**: The hotel is situated in a quiet area, and the rooms are generously sized with comfortable bedding. There's a free shuttle bus service directly to Disneyland and Shin-Urayasu Station (where you'll find an Aeon supermarket with plenty of dining and shopping options – great for trips to central Tokyo). Getting around is easy, but do check the shuttle schedule. 3. **Excellent Service & Breakfast**: The hotel staff are friendly and efficient; check-in was quick, and their English proficiency made communication seamless. Breakfast offers a good variety of options at a reasonable price, though it can get busy, so it's best to go early. 4. **Well-Equipped Rooms**: The room facilities are good, with everything you need. The shower pressure is excellent, perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. Cons: 1. **Limited Nearby Shopping**: The closest shop is a Lawson, which is only good for daily essentials. The nearest major supermarket is quite a distance, at least a 30-minute walk (depending on your pace). 2. **Housekeeping Needs Improvement**: Room cleanliness could be better, especially in corners and on the top edges of furniture, where dust accumulation suggests it hasn't been wiped down in a while. Summary: Overall, it's a good place. The price is affordable, offering great value for money, and the room facilities are relatively new. Although the location is a bit out of the way, the free shuttle bus service makes it very convenient for getting to nearby attractions. Just remember to keep an eye on the shuttle schedule. I would definitely stay here again for future Disneyland trips. Highly recommended.
