Het hotel bleek beter te zijn dan ik had verwacht!
Uitstekende service bij het ontbijt, bij de receptie en op het strand.
Het hotel is in uitstekende staat! Heel licht. Een prachtige combinatie van lokaal karakter en modern comfort.
Alles is tot in het kleinste detail doordacht.
Uitstekende spa.
De locatie is geweldig!
Het hotel ligt aan het strand!!

Ero un po’ titubante all’inizio visto le varie recensioni negative ma posso totalmente smentire il tutto. Camera perfetta, pulita e accogliente. Letto comodissimo. La struttura è in centro quindi comodo per qualsiasi esigenza. Alessandro è stato gentilissimo dall’inizio alla fine. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare presso questa struttura! Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Je krijgt waar je voor betaalt. Alle basisvoorzieningen aanwezig, geen poespas. Vriendelijk personeel dat me hielp met mijn probleem, want er is geen lift.
De afstandsbediening van de tv was onhandig, ik meldde dit en kreeg te horen dat ik de volgende dag een vervangende zou krijgen. Er kwam geen vervanging, maar dat was geen probleem, want er waren alleen Italiaanse zenders.
De koffiemachine in de kamer was gevuld met water, maar koffiecups moeten apart worden aangeschaft.
De wastafel had scheuren, de douche was eerst beschadigd, maar werd al snel behoorlijk koud, bijna koud. De witte badhanddoek had vlekken!
Het tweepersoonsbed bestond uit twee eenpersoonsmatrassen die niet aan elkaar vast zaten, waardoor de twee matrassen halverwege het slapen ongeveer 15 centimeter uit elkaar stonden. De straat is 's avonds redelijk rustig, maar vroeg in de ochtend legen de nabijgelegen bedrijven de lege flessen van de vorige avond in de prullenbak direct onder mijn kamer. Er is ook een school in de buurt waar de kleintjes zich verzamelen om te wachten tot de deuren opengaan. Het opgewonden geklets stoorde mij niet, maar sommige mensen misschien wel.
Geweldige locatie voor goede winkels/restaurants/cafés, trein- en busverbindingen en op loopafstand van de prachtige jachthaven.

De structuur is erg mooi, we kwamen laat in de avond aan en vonden de kamer niet erg schoon, er lagen haren op de vloer, zowel in de kamer als in de badkamer, op de t****e dag was alles echter perfect in orde, schoon, het ontbijt was zeer overvloedig en goed. Als beoordeling geef ik een 4.½helaas voor de netheid, anders was het een 5 geweest

Zeer goede locatie, op slechts 5 minuten lopen van het meest centrale gebied.
Comfortabele kamers en vriendelijk personeel
Onze vlucht was vertraagd, maar ze bewaarden onze tassen de hele dag en lieten ons zelfs douchen in de spa.

De ligging is perfect, alles is erg schoon, de service is erg goed, het ontbijt is uitgebreid en gevarieerd, maar als je de eetzaal binnenkomt is het verwarrend omdat er niemand is die je bedient en je niet weet of je moet gaan zitten of moet wachten.

EEUN-MIIt is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari.
If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. Hope this review helps you to decide where to stay in Chia Laguna.

GGuest UserA short walk from the Santa Gallura ARST drop off in the centre of Olbia to the Hotel.
It is modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable with a lovely pool area and a spa.
It was close to the rail station to catch the train to Cagliari.
The hotel staff were friendly,
helpful and one excellent English especially a young lady named Sofia.
We enjoyed an excellent buffet breakfast in a vast unusual dining room auditorium.
Tea/coffee making facilities would have made our stay perfect.
Highly recommended
Would love to share photos but don't know how to send from phone to tablet.

TThi Thuy AnBeautiful, new hotel in a secluded location on the north western part of Sardinia. We loved the modern interiors, pool area and super comfy bed. Hotel lobby staff were helpful and welcoming. Overall we had a wonderful stay however we felt there are a few things the hotel could do to improve the guest experience especially for a 5 star hotel: 1. We noticed mould in the corners of the shower and on the shower head. Perhaps cleaning staff do not do a thorough clean or think to treat the mould problem which is disappointing for a new hotel; 2. Pool and room service menu is pricey and very limited with only a few options. We don’t mind paying hotel prices however felt the menu wasn’t as appetising and ended up eating outside the hotel the whole time except for breakfast. Given the location away from the town, the hotel could offer simple item like pizza to keep guests in the hotel. Breakfast was great with many sweet pastry options however had limited hot food like eggs, sausages and bacon only; 3. The room we were in felt like an earthquake and startled us each time the guests below us entered and exited their room.

GGuest UserYou get what you pay for. Has all the basics, no frills. Staff friendly and assisted with my case as there is no lift.
TV remote was temperamental, reported this and was told I would be getting a replacement the next day, no replacement forthcoming but wasn’t a big deal as only Italian channels.
Coffee machine in the room was pre-filled with water but coffee pods have to be purchased separately.
The wash basin had cracks, the shower was initially hit but soon went quite cool almost cold. The white bath towel had marks on it!
The double bed was made up from 2 single mattresses which were not adjoined therefore, mid sleep the two parted company by some 6 inches .The street is reasonably quiet evening time however, early morning sees the nearby businesses empty the previous evening empty bottles into the bin directly positioned below my room. There is also a school nearby where the little ones gather waiting for the doors to open, the excited chatter didn’t bother me but it might some people.
Great location for good shops/restaurants/cafes, train and buses and easy walk to the beautiful Marina.

GGuest UserWe stayed for 2 nights because we had a catamaran tour day booked from the marina: We loved the orange and blue interior of the Junior suite which was spotless and well appointed. As ports go, it is nice port to have a view of from the balcony (over the car park). It was October and we had no problem parking directly in front of the hotel in the public parking for €12 a day and it was therefore also a quiet sleep. Reception were very courteous and efficient checking us in and recommending restaurants after we found out that La Gritta had closed for the season already. The location could not be more convenient for bars restaurants and shops too which suited us very well as we were in a road trip and it’s sometimes nice to ditch the car on arrival. The breakfast buffet was extensive especially the variety of pastries but there was also scrambled eggs and bacon which we had not seen in other hotels. The breakfast coffee was from a machine and not as nice as when it is made by a barista during the breakfast service elsewhere.

The staff of the tower are somewhat strange, with a over-dimensioned bathroom taking space to the room that finally seemed to be small but probably due to the architecture of the building. In contrast, common areas were excellent.

GGuest UserHotel is right in front of a big beach. Super not touristy and crowded beach and the scenery is very soft and calming.
There is a cat and dog at the hotel that just walks around freely. They are both very friendly and fun to play with !!!
As for the rooms, it is decently big for a 3 person room. Toilet is clean with enough amenities. Water pressure of the shower head is a bit weak sometimes but still ok. The beds are comfortable enough. However, there are quite a bit of insects flying around (I assume mostly because of the location of the hotel being near the beach and sandy areas).
Restaurant at the hotel is quite good ! Dinner menu has a wide variety but availability of dishes depend on the day. As for breakfast, quite a handful of food is given like fruit platter, crossaints, yogurt, cereal, and choice of drinks. Staff are also friendly and understand English just enough, and are helpful when we ask something. Hotel area is quite small but honestly just enough for a short stay.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Hotel und können es von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Der Service war durchgehend herzlich, professionell und aufmerksam – das gesamte Personal hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht.
Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: große Auswahl, frische Zutaten, köstlicher Cappuccino und dazu der traumhafte Blick auf das Meer – einfach perfekt für einen entspannten Start in den Tag.
Ein besonderes Plus ist der private Strandbereich, der sehr gepflegt ist und genug Platz für alle Gäste bietet. Das Wasser ist kristallklar, und es gibt immer genug Liegen und Sonnenschirme – kein Stress, kein Gedränge.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls top – direkt an der wunderschönen Bucht von Baja Sardinia, mit Restaurants, kleinen Läden und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotzdem ist es ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen.
Alles in allem: ein Ort, an den wir definitiv zurückkehren möchten! Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit! 💙

SSopartWe absolutely loved our stay at Il Nuovo Gabbiano. The location is fantastic, right next to the port and in the centre of everything. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away! The view from the balcony was incredible with stunning views of the sea and mountains. Despite it being right next to the port, noise was minimal. Breakfast was extra at €14pp each day however we chose to buy juice and pastries from the nearby supermarket to have out on the balcony every morning. The room was fairly big and contained a mini bar (only containing bottles of water) and coffee/tea making facilities. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were always friendly and helpful. There’s no parking, however we parked in the port across the road for €6 per day. We came later in the day so we managed to find a spot, it gets quite packed early morning. The hotel restaurant does great food, I would recommend the Sardinian ravioli with potatoes and cheese!
