Very smooth experience with Ibis new Delhi Aerocity. Though there was an initial confusion on booking the staff made sure everything was in place to ensure a smooth stay. Great spread on the buffet breakfast menu. Also the chief chef/restaurant in charge was kind enough to offer some freshly prepared food with less spices for my 3 year old kid. I highly recommend this

공항에서 거리가 멀지는 않습니다. 다만 저는 인도 친구분이 차를 태워줘서 우버나 택시로는 이동하지 않았습니다. 호텔은 청결하고 방도 넓었습니다. 호텔 앞 2차선 도로 확장공사가 있어서 조금 시끄러웠지만 공사가 끝나고 도로가 넓어지면 사용하기에 더 좋을 것 같습니다.

A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food. The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise. Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!

Best service, best food and staff is very humble. Specifically dining area staff members are very professional, proactive, supportive and humble. In my last visit with my family, Mr. Biranjit Singha a young boy shown best hospitality. Really, it’s my favorite place to stay in Hyderabad with family.

The location is good. Easily reachable and accessible for all. The hotel itself is going through renovation works. Hence a bit noisy during the day. The decor is a bit dated and does not give the feel of a star hotel. The amenities are great though. The gym and steam room are fantastic. Plenty of water and fruits available there. Nice clean towel is additional amenity worth mentioning. I had breakfast, the buffet was fantastic and chefs were available at the counters and constantly the staff were asking if I require anything that I don’t see on the menu - another positive impression. Verdict : overall good experience and friendly staff. Would recommend for short stay.

作為一個經常出差的人士來説，選擇酒店對我非常重要。我很少做出評價，但是對這家酒店我必須要做出評價： 首先在預訂酒店的時候，我要求房間需要安靜的房間，但是等我入住之後，我發現我的房間是面對着城際鐵路，並且運行到12點，房間非常嘈雜。電話前台之後要求更換房間，他們説需要20分鐘的時間，但是我等了20分鐘之後他們依舊沒有到達。在我再次電話他們要求必須立刻馬上更換的時候，他們3分鐘就可以做出解決，這個證明他們沒有真正的在乎客户的感受。 其次在到達新的房間之後，房間的枱燈是壞的，我再次等待了30分鐘來更換枱燈。 最後，點餐的時候，點了個素菜，第一次服務員忘記點，在第二次點了之後催了他們三次，在等待一個半小時之後，素菜終於上來了，可是我已經早就吃完了。酒店工作人員表示很抱歉可以免單，但是我沒有要求免單，衹是需要退掉這個菜而已。第二天的早晨，廚師長在餐廳等我，表示非常抱歉，送出一份小小禮物。我對此很感謝，但是這依舊錶示這家酒店的上餐服務非常的慢，這嚴重影響了客人的時間。 希望酒店可以做出改進！

Exceptionele Gastvrijheid & Delicate Keuken! Vanaf het moment dat we aankomen, was de gastvrijheid van dit hotel niets minder uitzonderlijk. Het personeel ging boven en verder om ons te verwelkomen en comfortabel te voelen, altijd welkom met warme glimlachen en echte zorg. Elke interactie, of het nu op de receptie, op het huishouden of in het restaurant, weerspiegelde een hoge mate van professionalisme en vriendelijkheid. Het accent van onze verblijf, zonder twijfel, was het eten. Elk maaltijd was een culinaire vermaak – mooi gepresenteerd, gebroken met smaak, en gedachtenvriendelijk bereid met de nieuwste ingrediënten. Of het nu de lavish ontbijt was, de authentische lokale gerechten, of de verleidelijke desserts, elk stuk was onthoudend. Het is zeldzaam om een plek te vinden waar zowel dienst als voedsel zo perfect evenwichtig zijn, maar dit hotel is echt uitstekend op beide. We hebben vol harten en zelfs meer maags. Zeer aanbevolen voor iedereen die wil worden gepamperd met echte gastvrijheid en top-notch keuken

This hotel is perfectly located if you want to overstay at the airport to catch an early flight the next day. However, you have to shortly go out of the airport and then come back at the hotel entrance where you have to pass an annoying luggage security check. The room was clean and very modern since the hotel is relatively new. A few months ago, they were serving a breakfast buffet but now it is a ”a la carte” menu which takes very long to be served, eg. about 30 minutes; important to know if you are in hurry to catch a flight.
