Came here on Business... It was a beautiful stay. The location is convenient for Business if you are just staying in the Airport vicinity or Aerospace District.... but quite a ways from the "real life" experience of India (i.e., Street food vendors, etc.). The staff are very kind and helpful... very attentive. The food is delicious with such a large variety. Seriously the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!
The only Con is that if you are coming from the airport and do not have a driver there to pick you up, you have to deal with all the scammers trying to extort you for the short ride... would be nice if hotel made it known that transportation could be arranged (I asked the police guards there and they said Novotel did not offer a service for pick-up) Maybe a miscommunication on their part. Other than this, PERFECT stay.

Nice hotel, close to the airport. Staff were very helpful and accommodating with an early check in. The rooms were clean and nice, but not particularly luxurious, just solid and comfortable.

Most horrible experience at the restaurant
As breakfast not booked - my 1st mistake - they charged 2,500 Rs and de***ded cash saying that they could not add to the room account
Same situation for dinner also

Hotel room size was average. The bathrooms were on a smaller size. The food was really good and pool felt amazing.

The property and rooms need some improvements. Also give better room for short stays as you charge the same room rate.

I stayed because I had a very early morning flight. I called the concierge desk and told them two things:
1. I need to be on the 4:00 am shutt;e
2. Please send someone up to help with my bags.
Next morning, nothing. When I called a few minutes after 4:00 am. They were surprised by my request. In other words, they did NOT make a NOTE of the customer request. Disappointing. To say the least. And stressful, as I am 72 years old. I cannot run or hustle. I also need help with bags.

Not as good as expected. I’m glad to be out of there. The security guards were more helpful than the hotel staff. Food was subpar. Gym was very dirty, old used towels lying on equipment and nothing to wipe/clean equipment (although it had signs everywhere saying they do before and after each use). Had a two hour massage which was very inexpensive so that was nice and although it was good (not great) some of it was unpleasant and painful - my neck and shoulder hurt afterwards and is continuing to hurt today. Then they tried to charge me $100 to drive me to my next stop a few miles down the road. I took an Uber for $7
