Uitstekende service Ik verbleef onlangs in het Hilton Garden Inn in Mumbai en mijn algehele ervaring was ronduit goed. Vanaf het moment dat ik aankwam, was het personeel hartelijk, gastvrij en professioneel, waardoor het inchecken soepel en probleemloos verliep. De kamer was schoon, goed onderhouden en bood alle comfort die je van een Hilton-hotel mag verwachten.

We stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace for 5 days and 4 nights as a couple, and our experience was truly unforgettable. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade from the Tower to the Palace wing, which made our stay even more special. The welcoming ceremony set a beautiful tone, and the complimentary drinks and chocolates sent to our room were a thoughtful touch—especially the hot chocolate, which was honestly the best we’ve ever tasted. The breakfast buffet had a good spread, and everything we tried was delicious. The à la carte portions were perfect as well. A special mention to Kiran, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was always spotless thanks to Sachin, our housekeeper. His attention to detail truly impressed us—flower-petal art on the floor, towels neatly placed under our shoes, and beautifully arranged toiletries. These thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely cared for. We also want to highlight Sapna from the front desk, who went above and beyond to arrange breakfast to be sent to our room on our last day since we had an early morning flight. Her efficiency and kindness made our departure smooth and stress-free. K. Singh, the bell boy, was always welcoming with a pleasant smile and ensured we felt comfortable each time we entered or left the hotel. The gym was well-equipped and enjoyable to use, rounding off a perfect stay. Overall, our time at the Taj Mahal Palace was exceptional from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely return soon.

Onlangs verbleef ik in het Marriott Mumbai en had een fantastische ervaring. De kamer was ruim, onberispelijk schoon en bood een prachtig uitzicht op de stad. Het personeel deed haar uiterste best om een ​​comfortabel verblijf te garanderen en bood op elk moment uitstekende service. De voorzieningen van het hotel, waaronder het fitnesscentrum en de eetgelegenheden ter plaatse, droegen bij aan het algehele genot. Een eersteklas keuze voor zowel zakenreizigers als vakantiegangers. I really enjoyed my stay here! The team was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed that gave me a great night’s sleep. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and I loved the calm atmosphere. A few small improvements could make it even better, but overall, I would definitely stay here again.

馬哈拉施特拉邦盛行Sai老爹崇拜，他是一個聖徒，據説是無私助人所以在當地享有盛譽，也特別受企業主的歡迎，不知道是不是馬邦的財神爺。在舍地有一座重要的Sai老爹神廟，很多來這裏拜廟的人入住，因此服務水平很高，感興趣的話還可以去拜廟。 壞處也很明顯，對中國人來説，這個地區是嚴格的純素食，每天吃辣椒大料糊糊拌飯蘸餅實在太酸爽。這個酒店包括整個舍地還嚴格禁酒，啤酒也不行，酸爽加倍。對我這個出差的人來説最要命的是趕上崇拜Sai老爹的大集會，凌晨三四點開始高音喇叭放聖歌有點扛不住

The hotel and the environment are good for a stay. One of the decent hotels to stay at Pune. We definitely will come and stay again.

Great room and great location...but the service was bit slow and the in room menu prices and quality I'd inversely proportionate.

Over all good for family stay

We checked in at 1am in night and before that we had a word with someone from hotel that can we check out at 3pm next day as we will be leaving 3pm, that time the staff said that okay you come down here and then we settle things up for you. Once we reached here, they totally denied that they wont be able to help, still we understood their things we told them atleast provide a place for keeping our luguage to which they certainly provided us. Once we were back to hotel and asked the reception guy that if he can provide us a room for 1 hour as we wanted to rest and we were ready to pay for the same to which he totally denied that no we dont have a room when entire hotel have so ***y vacant rooms. Atleast hotel ***agement should have basic hu*** decency to gove their guest the most memorable stay instead of spoiling the trip. Pathetic experience. Also they dont have basic eminity of dustbin in the rooms, their health faucet was broke, they don't even provide basic toiletries also. After few minutes we again went to him and asked him what will be the charges for 1 hour and he asked for Rs.600 and we booked this hotel for a days in 850! Comm'on guys like seriously? Won't ever recommend this hotel as the reception guy is not at all helpful.

Beetje gedateerd hotel. Locatie niet in de buurt van goede plekken maar wel dicht bij de luchthaven. Maar het ontwerp van het hotel is fantastisch en geweldige faciliteiten zoals sportschool, sauna, zwembad, verschillende restaurants. Geweldig verblijf als je in de buurt van de luchthaven wilt verblijven en wat plezier wilt hebben voor je vlucht. Zou hier zeker weer verblijven in de toekomst.
