Perfect voor gezinnen, zakenreizigers en iedereen die waarde hecht aan comfort en gemak. 🏨 Locatie (5/5) Het hotel is gelegen in Mall Pekanbaru en biedt ongeëvenaard gemak. Winkels, restaurants, entertainment en zelfs supermarkten liggen op loopafstand. Dit maakte het vooral gemakkelijk voor gezinnen en zorgde ervoor dat iedereen zich kon vermaken zonder dat er vervoer nodig was. 👨👩👧👦 Gezinsvriendelijk comfort (4,8/5) De kamers waren ruim, schoon en comfortabel. De bedden waren knus en de indeling was geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen. De schoonmaak was gedurende het hele verblijf consistent en attent. 👥 Service & Gastvrijheid (4,8/5) Het personeel was beleefd, professioneel en altijd bereid om te helpen. Het inchecken verliep soepel en al onze verzoeken werden snel afgehandeld. De service heeft de algehele ervaring echt naar een hoger niveau getild. 🍽️ Eten & Ontbijt (4,7/5) Het ontbijt bood een goede en smakelijke selectie – voldoende variatie voor zowel volwassenen als kinderen. De eetzaal was schoon en het bedienend personeel was attent. 🏊 Faciliteiten (4,7/5) Het zwembad was schoon en goed onderhouden, ideaal voor gezinnen die willen ontspannen. De fitnessruimte en andere faciliteiten waren ook in goede staat en comfortabel in gebruik. 💰 Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding (4,9/5) Gezien het comfort, de netheid en het aangrenzende winkelcentrum biedt het hotel een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Check in time supposed at 2 pm. We have to wait until around 4 pm to check in. We book 2 rooms but only can check in one room first. They still cleaning the other room. There was only coffee maker inside the room. Hot water available outside the room. Iron also upon request. Got stains on the bedsheet and quite smelly. Bathroom need to upgrade. The good side is, the staffs were very friendly and responsible. This hotel also situated opposites Indomaret and nice caffe name Kangen 49. The menu was awesome.

Good location, just beside SKA Mall so it is easy to get food and anything we need. The room is ok, just there is a bit weird smell on the bed sheet and pillow. Other than that, everything ia good

Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Hotel is good. Near by few indomaret n alphamart. Street foods available near by the hotel area. Upgraded to executive room for free

I was very impressed with my experience. The hotel's strategic location, just a few steps from the city center, makes it very convenient to get around. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They provide excellent service, always ready to help with a smile on their face. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, equipped with all the facilities I needed. The hotel facilities also deserve a thumbs up. Their swimming pool and fitness center ensured I stayed active during my stay. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was also excellent, with a wide choice of delicious food 💯💯

The hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.
