Ons verblijf was aangenaam en de kamer zag er recent gerenoveerd uit. Er ontbraken echter een aantal voorzieningen, zoals een waterkoker, wat naar mijn mening standaard is in de meeste hotelkamers.
Het merendeel van het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hadden echter een probleempje met een man van de bar beneden (die aan het hotel vastzit). Hij stond erop ons te laten betalen voor warm water voor instantnoedels, terwijl de receptioniste ons al had verteld dat dit gratis was. Het leek echter alleen hem te zijn, want al het andere personeel was erg gastvrij.
Het inbegrepen ontbijt had een ruime keuze en we waren er erg tevreden over.
Al met al was het een prima deal voor de prijs en we zijn blij met ons verblijf.

Eerstelijnshotel. Recreatiegebied. Zeer correct hotel, comfortabele zwembaden op het dak en werknemers met uitstekende behandeling. Het enige nadeel is het publiek van het hotel. Jongeren die de rustschema’s doorgaans niet respecteren. Anders heel goed.

Het hotel was uitstekend. De locatie is perfect - dicht bij de bushalte (vanwaar je naar het stadscentrum kunt) en het strand. Ze zorgden ervoor dat er steeds andere chocolaatjes klaar lagen na de roomservice, wat erg attent was.
Het verblijf was zeker de moeite waard!
Een tip: neem contant geld mee voor de bus, want je kunt alleen contant betalen. Voor intercityreizen accepteren ze geen kaarten.

De aandacht zeer goed. Het uitstekende buffet. De esthetiek en de faciliteiten/kamers zijn een beetje oud, om eerlijk te zijn, maar het bed was zeer comfortabel, schoon en om de nacht door te brengen was het geweldig.
Er is geen televisie, maar naar mijn mening zijn de belangrijke zaken (bed, badkamer, buffet en bediening) wel gedekt. Ik zou het zonder twijfel herhalen. Kwaliteit/prijs verhouding zeer sterk aanbevolen.

Het hotel ligt op een goede locatie, met een prachtig strand in de buurt. Supermarkten, winkels en openbaar vervoer zijn allemaal erg handig. Er is een directe bus naar het centrum van Palma.
Het landschap van het hotel is ongeëvenaard! Gelegen op de klif, kunt u dankzij de onafhankelijke parasolpositie genieten van het prachtige landschap
De hygiënische staat van het hotel is gemiddeld, de toiletartikelen zijn erg moeilijk te gebruiken, de handdoeken zijn vies en oud, de quilt is niet schoon en er zijn opgedroogde insecten te zien. Op het strand kan het dekbed vochtig zijn en zijn er geen slippers of toiletartikelen. Neem uw eigen wegwerptoiletartikelen mee. Anders wordt er een toeslag in rekening gebracht
Het ontbijt is geweldig, met veel variëteiten en best lekker

Het hotel is schoon en de locatie is goed. Ik zou het echter niet opnieuw boeken vanwege het lawaai! Als je van feesten houdt en luid schreeuwt in de gangen, dan is dit hotel absoluut de juiste keuze. Waarschijnlijk niet voor iemand die op zoek is naar een vakantie.
Toen ik vroeg of ze de kamer konden ruilen omdat de buren erg luidruchtig waren, zeiden ze dat dat overal in Arenal het geval is.
Conclusie: Aanbevolen voor jongeren die van feesten houden. Waarschijnlijk niet voor normale mensen die op zoek zijn naar een vakantie!

Hostal Villa Maruja ligt in Palma de Mallorca aan de promenade, op 5 min. rijden van Playa d'el Arenal en op 9 min. van Parc de la Mar. Dit hostal ligt op 13,5 km van Basiliek van St. Franciscus en op 14,8 km van Catedral de Santa María de Palma de Mallorca.
De accommodatie heeft een terras waar je van het uitzicht kunt genieten, maar profiteer ook van gratis wifi en conciërgeservices. Andere voorzieningen in dit hostal in mediterraanse stijl zijn een spelletjesruimte, een televisie in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte en een automaat. GGuest UserThe room is big and relatively new, but the shower room is designed for disabled people? It is very difficult to take a shower... I don't know how the front desk guy arranged it... The Mini bar was open for drinking on the first day, saving the trouble of going to the supermarket to buy water.

Facilities & Comfort:
The resort offers a unique blend of tranquility and professional amenities. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable desk space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi – essential for any working traveler. The ambiance was quiet and calming, perfect for focused work sessions between meetings or calls.
Meeting & Work Spaces:
Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably.

GGuest User“I recently stayed in a room with a sea view, which was quite nice and comfortable. However, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom lacked essential amenities such as a shower cap and hair conditioner.
The swimming pool area had comfortable sun beds that provided a great opportunity to relax, but the loud music played throughout the day was quite disturbing. It felt imposing to have music chosen for you, especially when you might prefer something different or silence.
The reception service was acceptable, though not exceptional. I found the women at the reception to be more friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast was a highlight of the stay, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel’s location near the center of Ibiza is convenient, but the street where the hotel is located is frequented by lower-class locals, which can feel unsafe after 23:00.
While the street noise was not audible in the sea view room, I would strongly advise against booking a street-facing room. The lack of double-glazed windows makes it difficult to sleep, especially with a noisy supermarket nearby playing loud techno music late into the night, along with its rowdy clientele. Additionally, the restaurant was also noisy.
Furthermore, there are limited parking options available. The reception does not provide information on this matter, and the street itself does not seem to offer much parking, which can be a real problem if you plan to rent a car.
In summary, unless you plan on being out day and night and don’t require parking, I recommend avoiding the street view rooms due to the noise and lack of comfort.”

The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation.
The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years.
One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island.
