The staff are very nice and have even given us the bigger apartment for the first two days. Unfortunately, the equipment was not perfect in the bathroom. But whoever is perfectly looking is in Ecuador on the wrong place.

Hotel fajnie położony 2 centrum miasta , blisko do wszystkich atrakcji, jedynie w mojej ocenie powinno być lepsze śniadanie , dodatkowo pokój położony obok ulicy gdzie jeżdżą motorki - trochę słaby wyciszony.

Wanneer je verblijft bij HOTEL SIERRA NEGRA in Puerto Villamil, bevind je je aan het strand, in de buurt van Nationaal park Galápagos en Strand van Puerto Villamil. Dit hotel bij het strand ligt op 1,3 km van Concha de Perla en op 1,4 km van Pier van El Embarcadero.

Breakfast was satisfying with delicious breakfast such as fruit and bread. Also, when the taxi I requested did not come, it was very helpful that the inn sent me to the bus terminal.
Unfortunately, during my stay, a large burdock of about 6 cm came out of the bedroom and I couldn't sleep with peace of mind.
I also took a bath with water instead of a hot water shower.
I was surprised because it was my first event during my stay in Galapagos.

Superb accommodation! 2 separate rooms each with a bathroom. Spacious, verandah overlooking an immaculate pool. Included tasty breakfast served beside the pool. Games room/ gym available. Only draw back its 15 minute walk to town. But taxis are $2 and plentiful.

KkkkkkkkkkkkkuuuuuuuThe service is up to five-star hotel standards—clean, and everything is done according to regulations. It's already the best hotel on the island. Airport shuttle service is not provided; a taxi ride costs 3 pesos. The hotel has its own sea lion beach, hot springs, and swimming pool. It's probably the best hotel in the Galapagos Islands. It's also the closest to the airport, making it a perfect starting point for island hopping.

BboctoLovely family run hotel! Everybody goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at home. The lovely family who runs the hotel are so helpful! The dad helped me book all tours and transportation in the Galapagos Islands. The mum is and amazing cook and provided me with the best meals I have had on the islands! As a solo female traveller I can not recommended this place enough, I have felt totally safe and comfortable!
The location is a little bit out of the city centre but it makes for a perfect place to start or finish your tour of the Galapagos Islands, a very calm and quiet hotel in a beautiful location!

PPoppy99This was a perfect place to stay, especially for the price. The rooms were cleaned and towels changed every day, good air con, slightly out of the centre so quiet at night but still within a few minutes walk of everything. Everyone was so hospitable. On the second day we were given breakfast to take away as we needed to leave for a trip before breakfast hours began (at 7am) and on the last day they made us a big delicious breakfast with extra food as we hadn’t taken breakfast on the first day. Really good experience and would definitely come back

LLeonitoI had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Los Algarrobos. The hotel is quiet, clean, and well maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere after long days exploring the island. My room was simple but comfortable, with good air circulation and cleanliness. The location is convenient, not far from the town center and the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with local information. Overall, it’s a great value option and a solid choice for travelers visiting San Cristóbal.

GGuest UserThe service is very good (the front desk is very good and helped me recommend other hotels and provide transportation information after I checked out). But some questions still need to be raised: the bath water is either too hot or too cold. This is not a solar problem, but an equipment problem. Internet, although the entire island network is not good, there is no network signal in the room.

GGuest UserWiFi: Bring your own. Starlink is the way to go because here, WiFi is hit or miss; more miss than hit.
Rooms are very clean, but no TV. Breakfast is good, but it’s the same every day - boring. So if you’re here for more than 2 days, prepare to have breakfast off-site. No elevators, be prepared to walk a few flights. Staff is attentive, but with no smiles. No need to set alarm, loud construction right next door began today at 7:15 am.

GGuest UserLava House is a little oasis within Puerto Ayora. The room was very clean, with soap, shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom. Lava House provides a very relaxed environment, where I felt I could unwind after adventuring around during the day. The breakfast service was particularly impressive and offered so much variety! The perfect start for a day of diving. And Lava was so cute!

GGuest UserWha an amazing place! The property really lives up to the name. The staff are incredibly attentive and go out of their way to accommodate. The food is amazing and the chef is very skilled in his craft. Pedro, checked me in and ensured that I had a vacation to remember. Paúl, an employee and local taxi driver became my personal chauffeur. This was the best vacation spot I’ve ever stayed in.

Amazing
HHanna ChaudhriClose walk for Darwin centre(15 minutes) , tortuga bay (20 minutes) and playa mann(10 min walk). They have a Terrace with Bahai Marr which is a good view for relaxing in the evening.
They provided good information for travelling from airport to Hotel.
Staff was friendly and managed to speak English. Breakfast was good. Water bottle , beach towel and complementary bags provided .
